The store was a physical mess with merchandise strewn all over and even on the floors. What will you do with that merchandise? Pick it up and put it back on display? No thanks! The check out lanes were horrendous! Many of the items we were looking for were out of stock. It was just a mess! I dont want to go back.

Customer service: no one was at counter. I waited 8.5 minutes for someone to assist me. When I was finally helped, I was unable to return an online order for full credit…a $60 plus sized dress which I was only able receive $19.26 in return. I also returned men’s shorts and was able to receive full credit for them. I’m now going to boycott purchasing clothing from Target unless desperate or in an emergency pinch. Truly disappointed in your company/policies.

Target has a slightly better feel to it while shopping then Walmart, the staff seems to be more willing to help you with questions.

The store is brightly lit and welcoming. It is organized and clean. The aisles are clear. Checkout process is quick and easy.

The Mishawaka Target is consistently a good shopping experience. It may sound silly, but the shopping cart tracked straight and smooth, the store was clean and in order and the several store associates that we crossed paths with during our visit were friendly and pleasant. This store is not in our neighborhood, but it is worth the trip.

A lot of people this time of year, was kind of difficult to keep up with social distancing, & several customers were rude. There werent many employees throughout the store to help with customer service, most of them were lumped up front by the cash registers. I liked their toy selection though, they had a lot of different things that other surrounding stores dont carry.

This Target is huge and has much nicer items than a typical Target! Theyre also being safe. Theyre counting how many people are in the building.

The cashier thats older, blonde, with glasses and I think 54 was so rude when we asked her a question she acted like she was annoyed and rolled her eyes.. Then when my friend and her husband bought a stroller and said we couldnt leave without the security checking it even know she watched them pay for it. Then proceeded to go on break and not say anything to us and security finally came up said go ahead. The only reason it got 2 stars because the skinny brunette with Indianapolis college shirt was nice.

Employees are always friendly and very helpful. The store is kept well stocked and very organized. This store in entirety setup is far superior to your compitition. Also love that you offer sales and other ways to save on the everyday products I buy (unlike Walmart). Also I would like to mention how the clientele that choose shopping at target is preferable to others as they are just as polite as employees and dont continualy loudly cuss or act like others Ive bared witness to in other stores throughout a visit here.

I love coming to this Target. It’s clean and offers a large selection. Today I was stressed because I needed something that wasn’t carried online and had a limited supply in store. I forgot to scan my cartwheel to get my $10 gift card when you buy $40 in skincare and haircare purchase before I checked out. Rita at the self-check was really nice. She took a look at my receipt and then went and got my $10 gift card. Super accommodating and helpful.

I returned an item and continued to browse through baby stuff because Im 30 weeks pregnant and I was followed for at least 15 to 20 minutes. I bought my items and was still followed at the check out. He was very very obvious. It hurt my feelings alot because Im a christian and I am a good person and I dont steal so the fact that I was so heavily followed because of browsing is rediculous . I really wanted to just put my stuff down and not buy anything from that target but I didnt. Train ur undercover staff properly.i also recorded him because he literally was right next to me.

This is known as the Gucci Target because this is a very nice Target. The carts are absolutely superb. The store is always clean. Because of the proximity to Granger, the clientele always seems classy. Very few screaming, wild children roaming the store. Everyone seems dressed appropriately. Overall a good store to shop at.

I had a wonderful experience with 3 of your retail associates. Rita the cashier was so attentive and accommodating. While I was on the floor, I had a question and Brian M. was very friendly and made sure I was happy with his answer. He even double checked with another worker. When Claire H. came over to help she did a great job suggesting I try Cartwheel. She took the time to help me download it, navigate, and found me a $10 savings! What teamwork on all three!! The date was 3/8/19, time, 8:15a to 8:35a and the store location is Mishawaka, IN.

The remodel is...frustrating. The new layout makes no sense at all. Half the store is groceries, but then the other half looks like it was designed to cram as much as possible, in as random as possible a way. I find it confusing and very difficult to find things. I purposely go to the Target on the south side because the one in Mishawaka is just...awful.

I am always so impressed that I can order online, walk in, and then walk out with my purchases. The worst part is waiting for someone to acknowledge me at the service desk. Still worth ordering online and not having to find things in the store.

Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone, called bed bath and beyond, talked to someone, she went and found the item I was looking for while I was on hold on my wifes phone. Literally faster to call another store than wait for anyone at this super Target to even answer the phone.

Gotta love Target, and this one seems especially friendly and clean. They started caring a new line of mens clothes designed for a little older, more style conscious person. I would prefer it if they carried better shoes, theirs are cheap and fall apart easily. My wife and I love to go on dates here to find things for our home. Plus we know we wont break the bank...

Very poor customer service. I called for help on the special red phone, no one answered and it hung up on me. I called back and someone answered. I asked where boxes of diapers were. She said in infants, which is where I was. She put me on hold... Picked about again after quite a wait and told me to check in grocery. I must have sounded confused because she asked if she should send someone to help me. I said yes. NO ONE CAME. I bought a bag of diapers (but come one, I have a baby I wanted a BOX!) Then I couldnt find brownie bites.My quick diaper run took 45 minutes and I left with 1 out of 3 things that I needed.Do better Target.

The best Target Ive been in. They carry everything and its all well stocked. Very friendly, also love the café. Only complaint is that sometimes there arent enough cashiers but I still give then 5 stars!

I have trying to call some at your store to ask questions about our wedding registry. I have try multiple times with no answer. My last attempt someone hungup once answered.

Would give you less. The website updates slower which i was told today after 2 times coming to your store for something you didnt have. 2 times and 2 hours of driving. If i need to call before i come take down your site. The inventory will lie online

I love shopping at my Target store. Its clean, bright and cheery. The staff is always both friendly and professional. Selection is good and prices are great.

The staff was helpful in locating the type of product we were looking for. When it came to checking out, the staff member rang us out quickly as our purchase would not scan. The reason I gave 4 out of five stars was because the product we were looking for was not in the store and there was not a satisfactory alternative.

Thank you to the kind girls working the Customer Service desk! I had tried to return some clothing items my daughter got for her birthday in March which I havent been able to return because of COVID-19 to the Goshen Target. I didnt have a receipt but tags were all on them and they had never been worn. They refused to return them and I simply asked Why cant they be returned?, like any person would, and the lady literally yells at me CALM DOWN LADY, CALM DOWN! I was actually startled by it because I had never even raised my voice so I was so confused where her anger came from. She was extremely rude and stated they were salvaged and no longer in their system so there was nothing they could do. So I left and I took them to the Mishawaka Target and explained to them what happened to me at the Goshen Target and they returned them no question. They said they should have returned them and I never should have been treated that way. So, thank you Mishawaka Target for having great and generous employees who know how to do their job!

This was my second time in the store, the first time I dealt with a person you was like dealing with a robot I was there in the parking lot wondering if they bring the order out or what I do, he said oh no you come in for that, he said if you want us to bring out your order that’s a different app, and picking up in order is just that, I had just had surgery the day before so I just wanted to get my things and leave and I needed a cart so I got one and on my way. That’s is what you normally expect these days, then today 5/24/2019 I walked in after ordering more stuff to pick it up, but also wanted some rugs not much but I wanted some rugs and Ashley at the service desk this time was a gem, she told me exactly where to go for the rugs and added my new target card to my app and just went out of her way to help me, I was all setup. That going way out of your way to help a customer, thank Ashley at the service desk, because of you I will be back.

One week away from Christmas on a Monday they were pretty packed with shoppers but Target was well prepared with employees everywhere I looked! I was even asked if I was finding everything alright! Love Love Love the selection of Christmas decorations!!! Best anywhere!

I would say this is one of the better Targets that I have been to. Its a super store so it has a full sized grocery section and a larger selection of product throughout the store. The staff is fairly friendly and actually asks you if you need help. This seems to be a rarity in supermarkets these days.

This Targets customer service went above-and-beyond to help me and my significant-other. Our stroller broke (Eddie Bauer). We only used it twice. We went to trade it and found that they didnt make that model anymore. When we told customer service about this they had an employee look at the strollers with us. To our dismay, our stroller must have been on sale when we bought it. So all the equivalent strollers were ~$100 more than what we initially paid. They told us they would eat the difference in price. Im still in awe that they did that for us, especially in a time of need. Thank you Target, and the employees that helped us. I wish I could remember your names.

Target wanted to jump on-board the self checkout train, but without sacrificing the inconvenience traditionally associated with making a purchase at their stores.They solved it by making sure your cartwheel discounts dont show up on the screen whe youre scanning. That way, you find out after youve paid that your discount didnt happen and you have to decide if its worth a dollar to hassle an employee to fix the problem (hint: it is not).Theyve also trained the checkout watchers to be helpful in a manner that will make you question their sanity and yours. If you leave without wanting to break something, youve probably already given up on life.

Ah, Target. There’s so much to say. Is it more expensive than Meijer, Kroger, Walmart, and Aldi? Yes, but you can offset some of the expense by saving 5% on every purchase with a Red Card (debit or credit). Regardless, it’s worth spending a bit more if it means you get to avoid the dreary atmosphere of the aforementioned stores. I shop here for everything, including groceries, although it would be nice if they’d expand their selection of organic and frozen produce. Shops here, folks.
