Kevin our sales person was great. A few other couples came in and apparently he was the only one working. Must have done a great job because we all ended up buying a new bed. He did a great job explaining how everything works. Looking forward to seeing how great our nights snoozing will be!

We had heard good things about sleep number beds and wanted to learn more. We met Kevin in the showroom and he was very helpful to answer all of our questions and show us the different options. We ordered a new bed and now cant wait for it to be delivered.

The sales team, specifically Matt, were great and got us an amazing deal. They took us through the entire process of finding our sleep number and made sure that we felt the difference between all of the beds. They made the process as easy as possible for us and made sure that we were comfortable with what we were getting while not pressuring us to buy more than what we needed. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone!

This was our first time in a sleep number store. We had no idea where to begin or what to expect, but Kevin was outstanding! He took us through bed by bed explaining the differences and helping us understand what we really wanted. This experience exceeded my expectations by far thanks to Kevin!

Jeremy at Granger store was very helpful and not too aggressive. We bought a bed happily. One hitch: he told us the bed would deliver on Sept. 16 and we ordered movers for that day. Then, 3 days later, I got an email saying it would deliver on Sept. 22, a full week after the date he gave us. NO NOTICE for the change. We will be sleeping on the floor for a week if this doesnt get resolved...

Sales people were accommodating and answered all my questions. The only issues were with the sleep number company policies regarding warranties (base and mattress covers) and scheduling of installation. Scheduled more than a month out and from an installer 2 hours away instead of 45 minutes away.

A very nice store. Kevin was very nice and professional. He was very knowledgeable and answered all ourquestions. There was no pressure onus and very patient. This is not my firstSleep Number Bed. I wouldnt have anyother bed. I did choose a grade up fromwhat I had. The quality is excellent.

Purchased an i8 at the Granger store. Staff was very helpful in picking out the right bed. They also recommended a place for dinner (Corndance) which was AMAZING. Even if I hadnt bought a bed, Id give a 5 star review just for the great restaurant recommendation.

My wife and I worked with Matt Noffsinger at the University Crossings store. Matt did an excellent job educating us on the beds as well as the features and differences between the various models. We spent time on different models, adjusting the sleep numbers and determining which one would be best for us. With Matt’s help in answering all of our questions and the warranty to back up the bed, we felt comfortable in making a purchase. We are looking forward to the delivery of our new bed. If you go to the Granger store, ask for Matt!

We were greeted at the door by our salesman Tim. He was very friendly and spent a good deal of time with us. We tried out three different models of beds and he explained each one to us. He was not pushy at all. We decided on the lower priced bed and are waiting for it to arrive. We also purchased the water resistant mattress cover and knee pillows. Cant wait to start sleeping on our new bed. PLUS - we got 12 months at 0% financing.

Sleep number folks worked with my family as we encouraged them to get a better bed for their backs. And the bed tracks their sleeping info/ hours of rest / quality of rest.

Good location, easy to find. Visible from main road. Store was clean and nicely organized. Salesman was knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy. Assertive...not pushy. He new the product he was selling and answered all our questions.

We found them very informative and pleasant to work with. The end results we bought our first sleep by number mattress. Looking forward in receiving and sleeping in our new mattress.

Went in here while looking for a new mattress. The gentleman who waited on us wasnt pushy, he just showed us the product and gave us the information and then left us alone to talk and discuss. We ended up purchasing a bed that day and LOVE it! Very happy and highly recommend!

Great store, they had all the models we wanted to try and the salesman was ultra patient with us while we tried the same beds multiple times until we decided on the C4.

We had a great experience and learned a lot about pressure spots with sleeping. We look forward to our new bed being delivered and getting some very restful sleep.

We Didnt buy. But I felt the need to comment on the great customer service from Tim. We went through the process and got our sleep number and found that these beds are top of the line. Little too much for us but great experience nonetheless.

Little pushy seams like just wanted a sale. no follow up on 100 day trial. no calls seeing if we liked our bed. call them once to see if could get help with remote problem. Was told to go on line and trouble shoot problem got run around from them. Remote goes through batreries every 2-3 weeks. I really dont think I am or my wife is getting any better sleep after spending 7,500$ on a bed. I thought mabe in that 100 night trial mabe could of up graded to better bed guess not too late and all payed off they got there money I got back and neck ache still unsatisfied customer Timothy M
