Matt and his associates are very customer centric. They go out of their way to provide the best advice and buying experience. I purchased a bike two months ago and discovered quickly that it was beyond my ability and asked Trek if they would trade it back for another bike that really met my needs. Great bike shop! They have a decent selection of Trek bikes available to choose from, lots of accessories and safety gear, and riding apparel. They do not carry recumbents or trikes. The people are quite knowledgeable.

I have been thinking of upgrading my bike for awhile and getting more serious about biking longer distances. I spoke with Brian at Trek and he helped me decide on a bike that I really love. I also worked a bit with Jeff, who set the bike up for me to ride it around for a bit before purchasing it. Everyone there was knowledgable, kind, and totally not pushy. If you have ANY questions at all, they will answer them (trust me, I tested this). Will definitely be going back there for future upgrades.

I stopped in at Trek of Granger to look at some bicycles as I was in the market for a new bicycle. Brian and Jeff were very helpful with helping me find the right bike. They asked me several questions to help narrow down what would be best for me. They showed me the bikes that would suit my needs best and encouraged me to test ride them and find out what I liked about them or disliked. Each bike I tested they setup and adjusted for my height/size to make sure the bike would ride as it was designed. Any questions I had were answered well and they were very informative. These guys know what they do and with their help I was back riding again in no time. I would recommend them to everyone. Outstanding service and a very neat and clean shop!

Browsed this store, first time being in a trek factory store? Ive been in local bike shops that carry treks but not a trek only shop. I appreciate the brand so I loved it, however low inventory. Not much gear or apparel. Would loved to have a wide selection of the pro team branded gear but only saw one single shirt for sale with the team sponsors and logos on it. I also only saw one project one bike, if its gonna be a trek store Im looking for the cool stuff!! But overall I liked it, clean.

The store manager, Brian, was extremely helpful when I took my daughters bike in this morning. He worked quickly and efficiently and itll be ready to go again tomorrow! Thanks, Brian! Couldnt ask for a better mechanic and a better turn around time!

Too bad I cant give negative stars! I drove an hour from my home in Michigan to support a local bike shop and buy a Gamin Computer. When I got home I discovered the Garmin did not work. The following week I returned in an attempt to get a replacement. They told me I should have brought my bike in to get it to work. Silly...they couldnt even get it to turn on. They refused to give me a refund, and said they would order me a rebuilt Garmin. When the shop called a week later for me to pick up my REBUILT computer, I drove over, and they did not have it. They refused again to give e a refund. It has been a 6 weeks now! No replacement! No refund! No call! I called again and asked them to send me the computer, another week and NO computer. I have make 3 round trips (6 hours total) in the past 6 weeks and spent 500.00 and still no computer. This place has terrible customer service! Time to BUY from AMAZON!

Bought our third bike from Steve yesterday. Great to have him and his team in Granger. Terrific and knowledgeable staff and service.

The online shopping interface is horrendous. You keep getting directed to some screen to purchase accessories, and cant continue doing what you want or getting product info. Completely lost all interest in this brand from the hassle.

Very helpful and allowed us to demo 2 bikes on the road.
