While this store has lots of foot traffic, the staff is welcoming, cooperative, professional and friendly. Our wait time for service was less than 15 minutes and our representative was thoughtful and responsive to our needs. HIGHLY satisfied.
I agreed and signed for one amount, but found they had charged a larger amount to my bank. Thats illegal. I caught it, while I was at the store, and my bank didnt approve the amount. I told the customer service person about this, while I was still there, and I was told it was a glitch AND that I was paid up.I called multiple times to figure this out and to make sure that Xfinity had received the amount I agreed to. I was told multiple times that I didnt owe anything. Then, my service was shut off, and they want the larger amount, which I never agreed to.At this point, I may be switching to a different service and reporting this activity.
Two people greeted me at the door and directed me to follow a yellow line, to wait in line for the one person that was doing customer service. I expected nothing less from Comcast. If I had any other option in my area, I would choose to not go with Comcast. I waited 20 minutes to do a 30 second transaction. They did get me taken care of in the end.
Although Im no longer a comcast customer, I cant say enough about this store. Clean and well lit. Enough staff to suit customer needs. Fast, friendly and courteous service.

Super great and helpful with resolving issues. They helped me when I was having problems after moving and the automated phone system is absolutely no help. Highly recommend going to here if you have problems over the online chat or phone system

I’m sure the people working at the store are lovely. HOWEVER, potential customers beware. Comcast will take your money and not deliver services as promised. The automated system is the worst, and while only capable of solving the most basic issues, is the most effective gatekeeper on the planet. Prepare for war if you actually want a chance of dealing with a human being who can actually resolve your issue. So run, run far far away before considering Comcast. Go with absolutely anyone else if you can. If you have a neighbor who knows how to pirate their services DO IT. It’s no less theft than what Comcast does to their customers.
I am beyond happy with the employee we had handle our swap form boost to Comcast mobile, from 84$ to 30$ a month. Pretty sure the same guy helping us today has helped us in the past. Great service!

Dont get me started. Not impressed with their tech support at all. It is affordable, but their techs need to be able to give you an answer instead of saying I dont know. The store in Elkhart needs more sales staff. You have to wait sometimes over an hour to get served. They need major improvement in assisting a customer.

Honestly, it was amazing. It was brand new, so it smelled good and nothing showed any signs of wear and tear. From a design standpoint, the whole place was very visually appealing. Its pretty clear they took cues from an apple store, in my opinion. But I didnt have to wait long at all; there were plenty of people working there to help, and the gentleman that helped me was very friendly. The furniture was comfortable and there was plenty to look at/play with while youre waiting. It was a great experience and wouldnt mind going back again for any issues.

Went in for what should have been a simple reactivate my account and grab a router and it wasnt so simple.The guy I worked with apparently did not hook it to my old account so I cant get into an account because I dont know what account it is. They also didnt package a coax cable in my router box so I had to go buy one of those. Now Ive been in chat for an hour and a half with a technician trying to help me set up my Wi-Fi which should have been as simple as hooking it up signing into my account and changing the router name and password.
Not helpful at all. If you order a phone online or over the phone, they wont be able to do anything for you. They just tell you to call customer service. Makes no sense since its the same company. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
Worse service every. Been with them 7 years and the last straw was when I talked a supervisor and rude . I try to cancel not without my equipment. And all this for hitting me with a 10 dollar. Because my bill was late from the mail. Remember I have never been late. After it all I owe 18.75. I wont pay..
Went in to have my mobile account updated and to purchase a new phone. Rep told me that the customers line behind me had more priorities then me. I asked for a manger he said there wasn’t on on staff. Ask he he worked on commission explained I was buying a new phone. He said he didn’t care about his commission he was done helping me.
Wifi hasnt been working for over 2 weeks and they wanna give me a 15 dollar discount thats not even 1/4 of my bill dont choose xfinity they just want your money horrible customer service

Went in store to inquire about internet and mobile services, as they sent me a mailer stating I had service in my area. Spoke with a man who started an account for me and stated that they would send a tech out to see if they could set up service at my address. Tech came out and said they could NOT set up service at me address as my home sits too far away from the nearest line. So my thought process was that was it, nothing else would happen. A month later they charged my bank account $210.99 for service I DID NOT HAVE!! I do not recommend xfinity or this store. The man I worked with there just used me probably to meet his quota for the month!!
I’m giving them 1 Star because 0 wasn’t an option. Their customer service is terrible. They need to replace their automated call system. It automatically hangs up, it takes too long to speak to someone, and it regularly sends me to the wrong department. Comcast also regularly reduces my Internet speeds thinking i won’t check it. They could be so much better if they overhauled their system. I hope they fix this soon. Please note: this is not a reflection of the Granger location, only the service as a whole once you become a paying customer I’m sure Granger is great.

Getting helpful information from these guys is like pulling teeth. Walking in to the store It feels like the only thing they want is for you to leave. I kept it at 2 stars because the xfinity mobile service is great! The staff could use some work on basic customer interactions.
If you want to talk to a robot for 10mon before you can talk to a human who isnt capable of helping you then you should go with Xfinity because thats the experience you will recieve. they 1st sent me the wrong modem aka gateway then returning it to their store they replaced it with a new one but didnt give me all the cords to go with it. then i still couldnt get it to work so after an hr on phone with tech support i was told that most likely Xfinity cut the cord to my house because the qddress hasnt been with xfinity for more than a month sl they cut the lines and it would cost me $100 for them to repair the lines that they cut to begin with. what a scam.

Great customer service! I had my 2 yr Olds with me at the time and I couldnt give the representative my full attention and the representative was so understanding and even gave my kids little nic nacs to mess with during my 45 min vist. THANK YOU XFINITY! YOU ROCK!🤘🤟🤙🤙👊

But, the goober manager left my case open and walked away and it cleared it out and cancelled it after my having waited over an hour in store already. I dont dislike because of customer service. I dislike -1 you can not use cash.2 thier card machines wouldnt work on 4 of my cards. Had to use a card on file that I literally only use for bills. So I had to transfer money to it. But couldnt see point 33 they wont activate/ open your phone in store but they want you to reset your trade in phone before you touch the new phone. ( so i had to reset it before he even rang me up for the new phone this is why I couldnt transfer money to the bank account/card on file) anyways, you better hope everything is backed up and or on a memory card.4 stock is limited. I came in there 3 times the 3rd time they finally had the phone I wanted in stock. Mind you I didnt go the release day or even days after. This is like 2 months after release.5 every problem you have in there, they say call customer service. Well customer service is a joke 95% of the time, if you dont know someone personally- you dont get help.6 the products have a mark up, if you buy a new phone, go down the road to best buy and get better stuff a little bit cheaper.
This is the absolute worst xfinity store I’ve been too, I was seated and watched 3 to 4 people who came in after me be helped there was employees outside looking at new cars rather then waiting on people while half they’re other employees stood around and talked.
Xfinity was at bago valley estate area Wednesday 2/11/12 morning doing maintenance my speed drop in half again. Now Im paying for 300mb and getting 103 at 3 am when no one is on. This happens Every time I see the truck. Takes 2 weeks of calls to get any results and it never is as fast as when I first got service. Even at 3 am. Wish there was another high speed service in this area.

THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER WORKED WITH.First of all, their agents are too lazy to talk on the phone and answer questions, so you have to work around an automated system and no matter how many times you say talk to an agent, she redirects you to a thousand different menus. Second, you make an appointment time from 3-5 and if you arent around right at 3, theyll leave and not even come back before 5. I just feel they are incredibly hard to reach and arent very rational about the appointment times.

After waiting for over 40 minutes to upgrade my phone I was told that I cannot upgrade if I do bot have their internet, which is not available in my area. Why is this a company policy? This has forced me to shop a competitor. So if you are unwilling to do business with a customer who has been with you since you have been in the cell phone game simply because you want to sell internet to me, I want no part of it.
The representative gave us what we asked for, pretty much 5 word answers so not very helpful. He said all we needed to transfer data from old phones to new was our Google password But here is an app to use as a last resort if you fail to know your password. He was condescending. He did not offer to explain USB-C. He seemed to see his job as selling us phones and moving us out of the store as quickly as possible.
The gentleman that helped us was very friendly and helpful. But as usual they do not have enough people working in the store. When we left there were nine people waiting to be helped.

Not sure what happened but I have been a customer of Xfinity Mobile for several years and just bought an iPad from them with no issues but when I went to upgrade my phone to iPhone 12 in store, they told me that my social security number was wrong and was unable to complete my order. Called the Xfinity customer service number and was told it was right. Now I have to wait up to 72 hours to try again.
Beware if you are returning equipment here. They will make a show of checking it in, but in fact have not. It happened to me a couple times, and then I forever get billed for equipment that I turned in. After a year of being billed and being blown off by staff when trying to resolve, it took me threatening to make a police report and start an investigation before Comcast finally stopped billing me for equipment that I returned to them at this store.
I was extremely disappointed by the disrespectful and rude level of customer service. The employee behaved as if customers dont have other internet options. In summary, it was not a good experience.

My trip was a quick in and out.
Not only have they jacked my bill up $10 a year, they have now been ignoring a service outage in my area (or throttling me every night) at 5:00PM. My upload speeds drop to .03mb. The techs only come out to work on my HOME, and not the area. It is effecting my neighborhood, not just me. Its been happening since Dec. 8 after they did service in the area a day or two prior. For my call, all the tech did was replace a line to the tap for my home after I said multiple times that the issue was also occurring across the street from me. No follow-up tech was scheduled and I was told we will call you when the issue is fixed. The issue isnt even showing up on the outage map IN THEIR APP. Theyve completely ignored my neighbors and I. WE ARE PAYING FOR THIS SERVICE AND CANNOT USE IT.I cannot watch Netflix, cant play a majority of my game library, cant stream. SO whats the point of paying $70 a month for a useless connection??

I was given the wrong equipment, then charged for using it. When I returned the equipment, I was told the charges would be waived. That was false, as I am now sitting with a bill exceeding $200 dollars that includes early contract termination and they are threatening to send a collection agency. Apparently, a contract is signed when you turn the equipment on. The staff at this store is as helpful as they can be, but Xfinity as a company is predatory. It seems they will keep adding costs and threatening to collect, even though the store said all charges would be waived since I would not have used the incorrect equipment if they had not given it to me in the first place. I would not recommend starting an account here if you are a population that can be seen as vulnerable to predatory companies, including young college students, busy people, and elderly parents. They will try to get every dollar they can from you, even when they are in the wrong.

This is a very welcoming and pleasant place to visit. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pay your bill kiosk is a huge help where people can bring their statements to scan and quickly pay effortlessly. The only downside to this location is that there is insufficient parking available, because there are other stores that share the parking lot. Finding a parking spot takes longer than paying your bill!

My husband and I arrived at the Granger Xfinity on 8.6.19 about half an hour before their closing time. My phone wasnt working (through no fault of Comcast) and of course I couldnt go another day without getting it fixed. We ended up both being eligible for phone upgrades. The man who helped us (pretty sure his name was John?) couldnt have given us better service. He turned us on to a rebate deal on new Galaxy phones even though it meant more work for himself to set these up. He made sure to answer all of my many questions and was extremely knowledgable. Above all, his attitude was awesome; we were in the store almost an hour after close and John didnt rush us, act short or annoyed and did a thorough job setting us up with our new phones. I am so pleased and impressed with the excellent service from John (I think thats his name) and the other employees at the Granger Xfinity store!

I went to this Xfinity store to set up my internet for my current apartment and to change it to a different apartment after five days. I thought it was going to be a difficult thing to do but the associate that helped me was Teresa and she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She resolved many issues that were arising with my account, that I already had, and she never skipped a beat. It was very apparent that she had done this before and with the way that she was handling it all, asurred me that I was in good hands and that it would work out perfectly! I also want to note that all of the associates that I was in contact with deserve a lot of praise for the stress they go through daily. In the time that I was there, there were many people that were unhappy with the Covid changes for the store and were being very rude and childish towards the associates, who have to enforce the rules that their company makes whether or not they agree with them. I just think people need to give some grace and understanding for what these employees deal with everyday and think of how a customers tantrum will affect them.Regardless, loved Teresas help and I appreciate all of the employees hard work!

Have trouble with my WiFi ALL the time was told it was my modem so I got a new one and still have same issues. I cant just talk to a rep have to go through the automated system and go through the same steps over and over every time I have trouble. All I want to do is talk to a rep so they can send someone out

It is interesting that the store will not or cannot match Xfinity online pricing. Why have a location when you will not get the same pricing. Now I usually do order stuff online, but I needed to return equipment so I decided to go in and see how they could help me with changes i needed to make (eliminate premium stations and increase internet speed). By doing this, including returning my piece of equipment, my overall charge went up $20. Not much, but doing it online my monthly service went down $40. Shame on Xfinity for not allowing same pricing for both in store and online. As for the Senior Sales Executive who was helping me, you may have been having a bad day, dont let customers know. It made me think, should I be with Xfinity.
