Extremely happy customer after getting rugs 101 and experiencing quality products. This place has immense variety and you could spend a day here looking at different rugs. Dont forget to go through the clearance section as well. It doesnt have a strong net presence. So while my brain was going in circles about which rugs to buy online, Im happy I came here (twice in one day) and got to see them and feel the wool,silk and hybrid material rugs. See pictures :)

Where to start! This store has VERY high quality rugs for a VERY good price. Spent a entire Saturday driving all around just to find out not to many places sell great rugs in Michiana. We dealt with the owner Shalo (forgive my spelling) the entire time. She was extremely friendly and shot us her best price on every rug we inquired about. I HIGHLY recommend this store! I have had carpets cleaned in the past, but never have I experienced such wonderful results and professional service. The colors in the rugs really popped with this thorough cleaning. Everyone in the store was friendly and helpful. As I browsed around I saw so many beautiful rugs. The widest and loveliest collection in one location that I have ever seen. I recommend unequivocally.

Great experienceThey did a great job educating us on rugs and were very patient. We took weeks to decide on the rug for us and they let us take a number of rugs home to try out. Ultimately we found the right rug. If you care about quality and customer service this is the place.

I brought Persian carpets in to be cleaned. Each rug was carefully and thoroughly washed, and repairs were made if necessary. Staff is wonderful: professional, knowledgeable, and cordial. There is a wide selection of beautiful rugs at Rug Imports. Our next carpet will absolutely be purchased here.

I had no idea this place existed until a few weeks ago. But this is an amazing place for rugs. I dont know anywhere else you can find every single rug handmade and the quality is leaps and bounds of everyone else.

Great place yo hang out and learn about rugs. One of the largest selection of Rugs in East of the US. I really liked visiting their showroom when I visited Indiana and Illinois, where you can see all designs, ask questions and get some education given the vast choices. They can even design what I want and then have it made for me. Overall a great experience... I highly recommend them... Was worth traveling there. And prices were overall lower than Southern California. In fact, with prices of true Persian rugs so high, you can justify the price of flying there...

We purchased two rugs from Amir, they are beautiful and we are very happy with the rugs. He provides excellent service: to help us select the best rugs for our home he took the time to bring over many rugs to match with our furnishings. His selection of rugs is incredible: silk, wool, hand made, modern and antique designs. Excellent quality. Many of the rugs are custom designed. The showroom is like a rug museum. And Amir is very knowledgeable and can give you a detailed background on his different rugs.

Ordered 3 smaller custom rugs last April, they didnt come in until late January of this year. I was told it would take 3 to 4 months tops to receive my products. I believe some of the reason was due to excessive weather issues where they are manufactured. Which I understand but after 9 plus months of waiting (we had just built our new home and was looking forward to using them for the holidays and/or open house) you would think that they would have made it right with us by AT LEAST offering a small discount on the original price. That would have been good business. Although after having me pay the full price (which was more than I thought because they never added the sales tax when I gave them my deposit) I was offered a bottle of cheap red wine. I also tried to call and cancel the order so that I could buy something else and was told a flat NO. Sooo, I will not be doing business with this company again.

Unbelievable inventory, if you are looking they will have it.

Have very rude staff & he doesnt want to do business look like almost running out of business & all the good from overseas are also not paid I guess by him as per employee!
