This is a great option for everyone. Some smoothies for kids, Many coffee options for adults, and some food options for the toddlers/babies. Also, amazing service. My drink was out in 35 seconds! Even though the coffee did have a tea bag in it, the coffee tasted decent.

I had a birthday drink and tried the waffle breakfast sandwich. It was 25 times better than the McDonalds version and I love that I dont have to go in on my actual birthday for my birthday coffee here. Always great and they can lower the drink temperature on request, I didnt do that today but think thats worth noting.Drink sizes here are pretty large so most people would probably be good on a small.Thank you guys for the service I rarely eat out these days and you all nailed it, stay positive!

I decided to try this place as I was tired of Starbucks already, this place needs a better customer service. I walked in no “hi” nor “bye” waited a good few minutes, the girls behind the counter pretended they didn’t see me standing there trying to order something. I know they’re busy with the Drive Thru but they could’ve at least say that they will be with me in a little bit, whatever... this is a review for the service not the coffee which I am assuming is probably good...

Coffee is great as always but the service was not good 😞 cashier was rude and not friendly at all. I had a coupon I was attempting to use in the Drive-Thru. She was having issues scanning it. I apologized because I didnt want to drop my phone and she actually rolled her eyes at me.

I’m usually a late comer to this place around 11-2p and somehow this place always misses the mark.They happen to always be out of bagels and/or their “oven is turned off, so sorry”. If a place like this wants to compete with Dunkin’, they need to make sure that their availability is as good as their supposed quality.

If the price isnt posted, ASK for it. I tried one of their special Boost Smoothies and it came out to be like $8. No thanks. Ill just stick with plain coffee which is average priced. The drive through is a bit wonky though.

Very friendly staff and usually pretty fast at any time of day! There are a couple baristas in particular who have started recognizing me on the speaker, and when I start to ask for Large, iced, mint mocha latte, extra mint, no whipped cream they already know!Stop by and get something delicious! Dont forget the rewards program!

Amazing and quick baristas, always super sweet to me! i’ve been there a few times whenever i’m in Indiana and someone has complimented me every time, it makes my entire drive home back to Michigan and the rest of my day!

I have waited 15 minutes for a bagel and coffee even though I was the only one in the lobby. I have walked in and waited in line for 5 minutes without being greeted even though I was the only one actually in line and in the lobby. Now the lobby is closed from Oct 22nd to Dec 31st even though it was open not even two weeks ago. I know because I went in and there was an old guy taking forever ordering and I left. Today was the last straw for me. Im tired of it. Im not showing up anymore. Im shredding my Biggby card. You lost a regular.

I understand the lobby closing, but the restrooms? Not cool.

Had the pleasure of visiting not only this location but Biggby Coffee for the first time this morning!!! They did not disappoint!!! I must say they have the absolute best customer service EVER!!! The manager went above and beyond and brewed the specific flavor that I wanted despite it not being one they usually have brewed today! The store was clean and smelled amazing and the coffee was Fantastic! A 10 all around!!!

We arrived at the drive thru at 6:55...nobody came on speaker, so we proceeded to the window, where we were informed that they were closed! My wife asked what their hours were...we were told they closed at 7 pm...well it wasnt 7 pm yet...we will not go there anymore, we will go to the one in Roseland from now on!

After me and my 2 year old very sick daughter got thrown out of the car on my way to orientation, and stranded in the freezing cold I walked carrying her until I found the closest place that I could use a phone to get a ride home back to south bend ... Well walked into this coffee shop and asked to use the phone, and the ladies in the front allowed me to. As I was trying to get a ride home, I was crying due to being over whelmed and not being able to reach anybody and the fact that my daughter was already very sick and was just out in the freezing cold.... When I finally did reach someone, the manager comes out and tells me I have to leave because I was crying and he had customers.... I said fine I will just let me know the name of the place, I asked him several times and all he did was keep telling me I needed to get out.. instead of him telling me the name of the place so I could tell my ride, he literally went to the back and disconnected the phone and told me to get out ... KNOWING that I was stranded with my 2 year old sick daughter ... But made me get out anyways, all because I was crying. He had no customers, the ones he did have came in got there stuff and left without saying anything... The only customer he had sitting at the place was someone who was using there wifi, not even a customer... My point is, the guy was rude, and instead of helping a mother who was historical from a very overwhelming and traumatizing experience, he decided to just put us out. He didnt even care why I was crying, but only cared about his customers and he could have easily gave me the name of the place so that I could tell the person I was on the phone with so that I could get picked up, he instead disconnected the phone on me leaving me no contact with anybody and put out into the cold. Thankfully a nice officer ended up taking me and my daughter to my orientation where I got help . To the owner of this place; you never know what someone is going through, or why they are hurting the way they are. You knew I was stranded because I told you why I was crying, but you didnt care... I cant imagine the type of business you run, if you can treat a young mom and a kid so poorly, can only imagine.....

Fast internet and good coffee. Yeah it doesnt have the fancy pictures of coffee beans on the wall like Starbucks, but Im sick of Starbucks. This seems to be the only good alternative around here. They have a drive through, a rewards program, and the price is on point. Great place.

Absolutely loved the service here! I never spend money at other coffee shops, but this Bigbys is the only one I go to. The workers are all very kind and provide amazing service, and do so very quickly. The manager was solicitous and attentive, and everyone there looks like they truly enjoy what they do.

Beats Starbucks by a country mile

Went to Bigbby this morning. Had a coffee spill in my car. After cleaning up went back in to get new coffees and the barista Amanda remade my order and refused to let me pay again. 😃😃 Excellent service! Superb coffee!I recommend the Mocha Carmel Latte with and extra shot, hot frozen or iced is amazing.

Best coffee and staff in town. The baristas are always cheerful and you never feel like youre being rushed. The owner visits the store often and helps the workers behind the counter - something you never see at Starbucks. Excellent coffee and espresso drinks. The layout is great and they even have a conference room!

I went there today, a Wednesday, at 10:45 am. I had a cookie freeze with one espresso, and the richness, and depth of flavor of the espresso was of such quality that I smiled.

Whenever I said frozen I didn’t mean a giant ice block in my drink

First time at biggby and the owner would not honor coupon when I was told from a different store that they would. Its a shame, I was hoping to make this my new stop, but I will stay with Starbucks. Wanted to brag to my co-workers and hope for them to make the switch with me, that wont be happening.

Such a nice place for hanging out, their coffee and beverage choices are great! Loved their coffee and would choose it over other any day. The ambience of Biggby is so relaxing and comfortable, beautiful colors.. quite nice options for beverages and food both.. they also have a conference room for office meeting which we found really cool!! Nice place for teens also to hang out ..highly recommend trying their coffee and the place!!! They have an outlet in Granger and in Elkhart..and yes very courteous staff... a must try.

Very friendly staff. Gave us a smaller size frozen drink than we ordered. Told them and they corrected right away with no issues. Mistakes happen and they fixed it with no arguments and a smile on their face.

Fantastic little chain coffee shop! Not really a place for specialty coffee(pour overs, etc.), but a very great entry into the coffee world for anyone wanting to break away from Starbucks. Biggby Coffee isnt available central to southern Indiana, so it was nice to get casual coffee away from the norm. My wife greatly enjoyed her experience her. Shes a big fan of flavored coffee and the overall selection here is fantastic for flavored coffee and drinks like frappuccinos is very nice. The atmosphere was very casual and welcoming to any and all. I would highly recommend Biggby Coffee to anyone wanting a quick coffee without the intimidating atmosphere of some upscale coffee shops.

Wish there was a NO star option! People, believe the hype about the owner for this location. He also has the one on cr6 in elkhart. Let me say as a business owner, this guy is a real joke. Very rude unprofessional & YES he does treat his employees very bad! Ive noticed the recent changes in staff at the Granger location, why did he bring the slow idiots from elkhart to here? The red head from elkhart is THE WORST!! thats why I started coming to Granger, but now my favorite ladies here are gone or are leaving soon. The people there NOW, I wait FOREVER for a simple 1 item order! Service has definitely GONE DOWN!! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING HERE!!! Slow, rude, unprofessional!!

Amazing coffee way beyond better than Starbucks

Ive been to this location a few times in the evening and have a real issue with the way the owner speaks to his emoloyees. This individual treats the women under his employ like third rate serfs...if he spoke to me in the fashion he speaks to them, he would be missing teeth. While the service is good and the quality of the drinks is ok, the fact that the owner is such a clown makes me not want to spend money at this Biggby location.
