I Like it but there were a bunch of people in there and the kids were running all over place prices are a little high for used clothes.

The prices are too high, name brand short sleeve shirt 8.99 to 12.99. name brand t-shirt 8.99?? I was surprised. I already look for the hot brands that are not on the stores radar.. usually I can find short sleeve for 4.99.. no thanks gw in Granger..😠🥺🙁😩 Waste of time

Love 1/2 off days at Goodwill! We got a few things for back to school at really reasonable prices. (Yes, the kids are going back in January during C-19)Bonus....we even found a couple items with the store tags still on!It never ceases to amaze me what you can find at Goodwill.

The customer service was good. The young black, lady was very sweet and well manner. Shes a keeper.

Can always find something that you need.

Always clean and always reasonably priced. Usually a good selection my favorite Goodwill store hands down.

OK. Dont like the fact that theyve jacked up their prices when most people could use a bargain. On top of that they ask for money change from your purchase. NOPE. NOPE

I come to this store often, and it is always disorganized and cluttered. It seems as though they need to employ someone whos only responsible for keeping their sales floor clean and organized. Prices are higher than Goodwill Industries of Southwestern Michigan. I come to different Goodwill in Indiana and all are overpriced. I might add that I currently work for a Goodwill in Michigan. I like finding unique items but the disorganization, uncleanliness and prices dont make it an enjoyable experience.

Not every happy with the supervisor nor two of the cashiers. Had two customers cut in line even after being told where the back of the line was by the customers they were cutting in front of. They pretended as if they didnt know what anyone was telling them and the cashiers proceeded to help them. All the while they are yelling loudly and rudely to the customers in line that are now having to wait longer because of them. The cashiers lied to the supervisor about what happened and she herself was rude to my friend at the check out as if she did something wrong. This is unacceptable. I guess if youre loud and rude you get what you want in this store.

Favorite stop. I spent an hour carefully looking thru clothes for my granddaughter. I found 4 sweatshirt/ hoodies. I was able to snag a great windbreaker type shirt for hubby & a small basket for frying...which I intend to use as a small burn barrel. My last treasure was a replacement lid for my favorite small crockpot. Good day! Staff is always friendly & polite, thats bonus!

Found the most beautiful snow suit for my great grand daughter today. She will be 2 next month and and it is a pink and white polo brand 2 piece looks like it was never worn must of cost an arm and a leg new, and senior day today, got it for a mere 450, what a blessing of a find today.

Got some outdoor toys for grandkids including a Schwin tricycle in great condition.

This Goodwill is consistently over-priced!

Goodwill of Granger, Indiana or as I call it, Gucci Goodwill, is the best location for your thrift store finds. It is a local favorite, clean and full of excellent clothes; along with many other things.

Some articles in the china and glassware that I would have bought had no price marked on a lot of things.

Way too expensive.

I just left this place. They overcharged me 6.49 for my purchase and I caught it before I left the line. They then ran my refund as a return and said they dont refund money it will now be a store credit!!! Then tell me they thought I understood what was never explained to me. They made a mistake that now cost me 6.49 more than I wanted to spend and if i want to get my refund i have to back to this store where the manager swears in front of customers. Well played goodwill well played!!!!

They need a staff that actually treats customers with respect. The manager on duty should not be working with the community i have never met someone so rude and dressed like they didnt care about their appearance. It is people like this that give others in retail a bad image. Truly sad.

Goodwill is just awesome...if you are looking for used clothing,furniture, electronics,glassware,chinaware,you name it,they got it.Itsike an indoor yard sale everyday!!!

Re: Store 28 in Granger IN I had a bad experience with the Manager in this store tonight. I question her ethics and believe she sets a bad example for the other people who work there. I applaud the premise of offering employment opportunities for the people who work for Goodwill but come on, taking a item out of my cart and giving it to another person? If my child or someone I knew had a job there I would be concerned. I have not shopped this store before and left feeling that I did the right thing by simple telling the manager that her behavior was not acceptable.

Today was there 50 percent day awesome deals in Granger.

I must say this...i have renamed them GREEDWILL. The prices are ridiculous for used clothing. People used to come here because they couldnt afford New Clothing...Heads Up ...You can now. General Dollar...Family Dollars...Walmart. Yard Sales..etsy...Poshmark....Cheaper...Sad.Goodwill...whose pockets are you filling?...not those who needed you. Shame on you...

My absolute favorite place to shop. All the employees are a joy to see each visit. Im there 4 days a wk. GO GOODWILL!!!

This location has steadily been the worst in the area. Items are overpriced . Staff is fine but Goodwill thinks they can capitalize on being in Granger.

Great selection of womens clothing.Their regular prices are a bit high, but they tend to run some sort of discount on a daily basis. Its clean, the staff is friendly, and I dont think Ive ever walked away empty handed.

Goodwill has raised its prices over the last several years and has done away with coupons that they once offered when you donated merchandise. They now offer a Goodwill rewards program that frankly does not offer as much savings as the coupons once did.

A great place. Some stuff is priced a little high, but still good deals to be found.

They wouldnt let me return a sgirt I bought there just, because I didnt have their points card! That is just not right. I would have gladly come back if they just let me return it. No one should have to have the store card just to return an item. Horrible coustomer service.

I went into this store today. I came across a bread box I like, and have been looking for a while. I also picked up a few other items. I was second in line in checkout where I waited for 15 minutes. The store manager finally came out of the back, and said she could help me. Instead of apologizing, she gives me a bunch of excuses. As she was ringing up my items she looks at the price on the bread box, and decides the price is too low and insists on charging me more. After a short protest, I agreed to pay the price, and she decides she will not sell only that item to me. Then when I said no to rounding up my change she rounded it up anyway, and gave me a hard time about giving me my propper change.
