My son lost his glasses. Insurance wont cover another pair for another 6 months and he HAS to have glasses for driving. We went to Eyemart Express hoping we could get a pair FAST. Not only did we get a pair of glasses, but a pair of sunglasses too. It was a special, two complete pairs for $38.71! And they had them ready in an hour! You cant beat the price or the speed, and my son can see again! Shout out to Colette, she was awesome!! Ill be going back soon to get a spare pair for myself!

Excellent customer service. The store was very busy when I arrived but I was greeted immediately. I had a prescription already so I did not need an exam. I signed in and started to browse the selection. It was only 10 minutes or so before an associate called my name. It was Colette. She was really nice and very helpful. The prices and selection are great. I was able to pick up one pair in 1 hour(actually only 50 minutes) and my other pair will be ready in a week or so. (I wanted something special). Great experience.

From the moment we walked in the door of the Granger IN location we were greeted with friendliness. The person helping us was more than patient as my son is very picky about his frames. We were told about the special offers, but did not feel pressured in to anything. When picking up my sons glasses we were greeted with the same friendliness, and I was amazed to hear that the frames had a full 1yr warranty on them no matter how many times we may need them replaced. They saved me, I am functionally blind without my glasses. Unfortunately I broke them the night before. I was going to a different store who told me it would be 2 week before they could get me a pair of glasses. I was desperate so I called around and found eye mart. They immediately helped me, I had a pair of glasses within a few hours. Without them I would not have been able to even cook for myself. Not only were they fast, they were friendly and welcoming. My glasses I got from them are perfect and I am even getting a second pair, for the same cost as I paid to the other store for 1 pair, thats even with me getting a higher priced frame for one of the pairs I picked out, and not using vision insurance. I just wanted to say thank you again to the employees for everything they did to help me❤. This is now my go to place for all my glasses going forward.

Cant tell you how much I was dreading shopping for my boyfriends glasses. He kept mentioning how it was going to be expensive and time consuming. Was incredibly relieved when Leanna took charge of what he tried on. She made it quick and easy! He ended up with 2 pairs he really likes, and they made them SAME DAY. As a matter of fact they were done before we could eat lunch and stop for dog food. Would give 10 stars, truly.

My husband was past due on a contact lens exam. We called in on Friday and they were able to set up an appointment for the next day. We were only there for about an hour and my husband received a contacts exam, a prescription for contacts and glasses, two sets of contact lenses and two new pairs of glasses. We were able to pick up the glasses about an hour and a half later. Joyce helped us out tremendously. She showed us to the discount glasses and told us about the buy one get one offer going on. She remembered me when I came in to pick up the glasses and had them ready as soon as I walked in. It was a great experience, the prices were reasonable, and, even though it was busy, we were helped promptly and thoroughly.

The lady that helped me find my glasses was very helpful! She looked through frames with me and gave honest feedback on how they looked. With her help, I found 2 amazing frames for myself that I absolutely love! Then I was told my glasses would be ready in an hour, but they were both ready in 15 minutes!! When I picked them up, they helped make sure both pairs fit me well and sent me on my way! SUPER pleased with my experience there. Ive never had glasses ready so quickly, and the help I received picking out my frames was phenomenal!

Very professional and when a major piece of their equipment went down, they were able to only miss the pickup date by two days. Very friendly staff. No public restrooms available. Very pleased with the glasses they provided.

The eye doctor here is great and very nice . The man that helped me fit my glasses was also wonderful. The price is a great deal. So if you need glasses this is the place fast service a big selection of frames and friendly people.

My daughter, who wears contacts all the time, had to deliver her son 3 weeks early by a C-section. They would not let her wear her contacts for the surgery, and she would not be able to see her son be born without glasses, which she did not have and which Eyemart Express was able to make for her in time for her surgery that same day! They are wonderful!!

Sales people were handy but not hovering and we found the style we wanted quickly. Both my son and I were getting glasses. He got my “second” pair! Unbelievably his were ready in 17 minutes!! Of course I have to wait 10-14 days for mine due to polycarbonate lenses. They have to be ordered but we found the exact same style that I have now even though it has been a few years since my last pair of glasses!!

Excellent service! I was in a rush and was able to be helped very quickly. Also, the deal I got was awesome. I went to a competitor that same morning and they almost charged me double if not more with a week time of wait. I left and went to Eye Mart. Love that Eye Mart is so quick! So convenient.

The staff was as quick as customers would let them be, I watched one staff member go out of her way to help/hand hold an older women who was by herself, even tho there were people in all the seats waiting to be helped. I got 2 set of glasses and had a coupon but the staff member figured out a better deal for me. Happy with my choices, might go back occasionally to see if any other frames I like.

I brought in a pair of designer sunglasses in hopes they could put my prescription in them. For a very reasonable cost they did it perfectly. Even matched the lenses color exactly. All within an hour. So happy with their service!

I saw Dr. Heddle here for an eye exam. It was the most informative and thorough eye exam Ive ever had. He explained everything going on with my vision. It was honestly an eye opening exam. Im so happy I decided to go to Eyemart!! Also, the lady who helped me to pick out my frames was very helpful and let me take my time. She helped me pick out the perfect frames! The warranty alone is reason enough to buy from Eyemart. Each frame comes with a one year free replacement warranty. We have had to utilize this in the past and it was simple with no questions asked to replace them. Couple that with their outstanding prices and phenomenal customer service and you have the best vision center around!

I ordered my glasses at Eyemart after having an eye exam elsewhere. The glasses at eyemart were about $125.00 less then the place I went to initially, AND the initial place was in network with my insurance. Eyemart who was out of network and yet it was still significantly cheaper. I was a little hesitant order them because I have a complicated prescription but they turned out great! Everyone was very nice, and the optician easily figured out what size and shape frame looked best with my face and gave me some great suggestions.

This was my first experience and let me tell ya! Everyone was so kind, helped me pick out some very cute glasses, and was done in a timely matter. I am 100% satisfied with the service, prices, and quality. I absolutely will be doing all my eye care needs at Eyemart from now on!

I am the most impatient person ever so I am incredibly pleased with the entire staff here. I came to my exam at 11am and by 1pm I had new glasses. Doctor was thorough and to the point, amazingly friendly, and super helpful. Kathy, the woman who helped me pick out my lenses was on track with me about what I wanted, I didn’t feel rushed, overall fantastic experience. Not to mention I was told it was going to take an hour for both of my pairs of glasses to be finished and they both were done in half that time. These guys are seriously awesome, 10/10 would recommend!

My eye exam was great. Dr Geoffrey Heddie explained more about my eyes then any other eye Dr. I have gone to. And I have been to a lot of different eye Dr. to. He explained all about my eyes and what they are looking for when they do the exam. Had a great experience there with the explanation of the costs of my glasses to. Will definitely go back for my next set of glasses.

I was pretty disappointed with my last visit here. I got a new Rx from the Dr. the lab was behind so my glasses were ready in 2 days. When I put them on I told the lady I cannot see through these at all. She instructed me to try it for a few days and then if I was not happy to come back. So I did just that I returned and got a different lady and I was told the same thing that my eyes just needed to adjust and they checked my RX and assured me that my lens was cut properly. After a few more days I went in and a gentleman told me that I needed a new Eye exam. So I went over to the doctors office and made an appointment for three days later which was their first opening. When I got to that appointment I was instructed to go over and have my lens checked again. I spent my entire time waiting and my appointment was over and now I’m really aggravated. So I went over to the doctors office to make a new appointment where I was informed that I would probably have to pay again if I rescheduled.So I just left and took my prescription to a competitors store where 40 minutes later I walked out with a pair of glasses I can see Perfectly with. So I made 4 40 min. Trips one way to this place and spent $200 to put lens in my 8 month old frames I had bought here and cannot even see through them. Update. They called and they worked hard to get my glasses done today.The Drs at the office are great—- this review is not a reflection on them.Glasses are never complete and ready when quoted. When I picked up a pair a month ago I told them something was wrong. They said no they are right. 30 minutes later and after further looking at the lenses she noticed the lenses were defective. Funny —— you should listen to your customer when they tell you something is not right. Next issue a month later, I went in on a Friday afternoon to have the my prescription redone and I was told they would be done the next day. I said ok the next day in the morning would be fine. When I called them to find out the status of my glasses I was told they may not be done until Monday. Wait—— What???! This is unacceptable! It seems to be a pattern with Eyemart. TO LET YOU DOWN. It also took Them a month to get my moms lenses correct. The funny thing was when we were in there about my glasses my mom specifically asked about her lenses and if they were back, the lady checked, she said no I do not see them. An hour later she got a text message telling her her lenses were here ready for pick up. Wow!

The slection of eyewear was great even had some name brand fashion at a reasonable price I had two pair of bifocals cut one with a tint one clear non scratch no glare and paid just over one hundred after taxes put them into be cut they told me they would be done around 4 pm he next day I received a text message at 1:30 pm they were done great job all around the staff also. Did an amazing job even looked up on taking my insurance next time around thanks Ill not ever go anywhere else again!

My son’s glasses were run over by roller skates. I didn’t think they could be fixed and was prepared to get new ones. I decided to take them in to ask just in case. They were able to fix them back to like knew and for free!!! I was so excited we didn’t have to get a second pair. I got a new second pair for my daughter and they said the wait may be up to 2 hours. It only ended up being 18 min! That seems fast for glasses. The lady who helped fit the glasses to my kids was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable about what she was doing. She got the glasses to stop sliding down my daughters nose and straightened out the unevenness in them. I highly recommend eyemart express. They are helpful, fast and kind.

Let me begin by saying my wife and I are both handicapped. As this was our first visit to Eyemart Express and Dr. Longnecker we were not sure what to expect. Unfortunately there were a few technical glitches early on. Despite this everyone was pleasant and helpful.On our second visit to pick up our glasses they absolutely put their best foot forward. Everyone worked together as a team to assist us and our optician. Communication and customer service are exceptional.If youre looking for a new full service eye care center I highly recommend these guys.

Our son went in found the kids frames, picked the ones he liked within about 4 minutes. Kathy asked if we needed help and he said he would like the ones he was modeling. He handed her his prescription. She measured him, explained the polycarbonate lenses and kids insurance plan, we paid and expected to have his glasses ready in 2 hrs.15 min later I received a txt that they were ready and now have the happiest 9 yr old around who sees better and loves his new look.

Had to get glasses right away, so I made a last minute appointment anywhere I could, lot of places would not see me til the following week. Called eye Mart & was scheduled the same day and by the afternoon I walked away with 2 glasses which were ready in 23 minutes. Fast & friendly service, good selection. Okay prices . For a last minute last resort option I was pleasantly surprised .

I have very poor vision and so my glasses are usually very thick. Eyemart Express was able to send my glasses out and have the lenses sides flattened. I am very happy with my care there and any adjustments that are needed are made or done quickly and easily and free.
