They had everything I needed to decorate my lawn yesterday. Didnt need to spend a whole lot! We were able to get our costumes and decorations in one shopping stop!

Staff was VERY helpful when I went in. They also explained why they had no animatronics up the last 2 weeks of business. They get so busy they can’t get over to take them down for customers when they buy them. And with the lines they had I’m not surprised! Everything was in sections so you knew what to look for. Very impressed hope theyre in the same space next year! Thank you for all your hard work!

I love these shops because I love to see scary Halloween decorations and displays set up so we can see them working. This one was a let-down. I know staffing is hard to find and I know people dont want to work but if I cant see how a 200 dollar decoration works Im not buying it. The costume selection is fine but even the staff have no idea what Wil show up on the shelves. I spoke to one guy. They just open boxes and throw stuff on pegs. Not sure what I was expecting but this is a seasonal thing and the only way for a store like this to survive, they need to inspire Halloween. I didnt feel it this year.

Store was trashed! They were also sold out of a lot of animatronic decorations.Most prices were completely outrageous compared to online prices from sellers on EBay, Wish, ...etc.

There is nothing inside this store.FIRST STORY. I knew they had Dunkin products at Spirit. I was very excited to go here. Guess what? THEY DID NOT HAVE IT! My brother went to tell someone of they had it, the person was a bit rude about it. A few days later, I checked online to see the Dunkin Products. They were online only.Forget about the Dunkin story. They have the restrooms blocked off here, so you would haft to use the Old Navy or Kohls restrooms if you needed to use the restroom *P.S. Shoe Carnival, the store next to spirit does not have a public restroom I think.*SECOND STORY. So I did not go to Spirit that day *Oct 17. 2021* Although, We did go to Old Navy. This day, the Plaza was busy. I saw people walking enjoying the nice fall weather.Although, Spirit had an long line. I saw a review saying that you would be waiting for 30 minutes. In that line. Thats a waste of time as there is nothing inside the store I want.Thats all...

Store is large and they have a decent amount of costumes. They didn’t have a lot of exterior decorations. Prices are high on some things but to be expected.

Amazing store!! Staff was very friendly, especially Cody. Helped me find the perfect costume for my little one - Princess Peach! It was even ten dollars cheaper than at Walmart. Awesome Trick R Treat and Hocus Pocus merch, great displays!

I when here with my grand daughter and my daughter went. I it was a little unorganized but it was fun and scary overall. I dont live in town but I would probably go back only one more time.
