Love this family owned business! They’ve just recently remodeled I heard, the owner actually hand painted the murals on the walls- beautiful attention to detail! They have both froyo AND ice cream. A plethora of flavors and toppings along with shakes and boba! This place has it all. Great customer service. A MUST visit in South Bend

This was our first visit. The staff was friendly, the store was very clean, and there were a lot of frozen yogurt flavors and many topping options available. Everything tasted great!The nearby outdoor seating area was clean with well placed trash cans and nice landscaping.

Decent selection of ice cream, mostly the basics plus about 5 special ones, cleanliness was so so, but inside decor was pretty to look at. Has outside in the sun? Doesnt mix with ice cream. Could keep up on wiping things down more. Great for school fundraisers I guess?

We came here for the first time today for a school fundraiser! The staff was wonderful, and they handled the large crowds well. We had a flight of ice cream, which is really an awesome concept! We were able to try 6 flavors and it was more than enough for our family. The black cherry was absolutely delicious! I just wish our school had an awesome tile on the ceiling! We will be back for sure.

It was absolutely delicious! Me and my family went and there is yogurt that tastes like expensive ice cream! It is yummy and worth the while.

We have been back 10 times already since spring. We always have heaping bowls full, between two were around 32oz+ each time. Join their rewards, you get $5 off after you purchase a few bowls. They have local ice cream in addition to the frozen yougurt too.

Urban Swirl and Scoop formally known as Urban Swirl has a great variety of frozen yogurt and ice cream. They had a friendly staff member greet us at the door showcasing all of their new menu items. This is the place to be during the summer as it is a local staple in our community.

It was a good experience. For myself my daughter and my two granddaughters.

So very excited that they are selling Graeters hard pack ice cream. The raspberry chocolate chip is delightful. Owner and workers were very kind and had quick service. Prices were reasonable too. Have no clue how the froyo us because we went for the Graeters.

Great ice cream but prices seem to have raisedEdit to response: I got a normal scoop of mint, it wasnt much, but was more than the froyo. Since normal ice cream is expensive I get that, but I wish the upcharge wasnt as much. But as I said, the ice cream there is amazing nonetheless, and I will return soon!

Our families go to for a sweet treat, staff is always welcoming and friendly and they have an always rotating selection of frozen yogurt and amazing toppings. We love that it is locally owned and they completely went out of their way to make it an amazing experience durring covid delivering ice cream to our front door!

Good selection! They do a good job with cleaning after each family to clean the handles. Safety and health is well maintained.

Employees were goofing off, not professional. They were kind, though and offered good service. The icecream is okay, not really worth the price in my opinion, but a good place to splurge a little and hang out with friends.

A nice yogurt shop, the flavors are quite good, bit the toppings are more geared toward ice cream. Our last trip they didnt have much fresh fruit, but they do have a good variety for whatever you might want. I dont have a set favorite, bit non of the flavors have been bad. It is one of the best yogurt places I have been in.

Urban Swirl is a childs dream. The best place ever for adults and children. The flavors are perfect and they get better the next time you go there! The price is ok and there are a lot of coupons you can get to make it the cheapest treats ever! Overall I love it and you should go there too.

Love this place. They have flavors that are inclusive, such as no sugar added or dairy free. Such a nice little spot.

I enjoy the fact they always have a different mix of flavors when I go in there. My nieces and nephews love it when I take them here. They do make sorbets and other dairy free flavors to buy. The allergen signs are clesrly displayed. There are dividers for the containers, so you can do multiple flavors or use different toppings all in the same container. The toppings bar has different toppings on each side, so check out each side before starting to add them. The pricing is weight based.

The best yogurt store in the area (and beyond) and Urban Swirl has several great characteristics - very friendly staff, great yogurt, and very clean. At a normal visit for us, we are welcomed and always asked if we need a cup for a sample. There is a great variety of yogurt including several choices of non dairy and no sugar. The staff spends time keeping the store clean like wiping down each yogurt section, cleaning the tables, and making sure the fruit/extras section is in order. This is the only place in the SB/Mishawaka/Granger area that we will visit because of all of the qualities above. Wish we had a place like this in other areas of the country.

By far the most toppings I have ever seen at a yogurt place. Two separate sides loaded with toppings! Can eat healthy or fun....

Good variety & tasty selections. Great for a date or family outing. Toppings are wisely distributed in two “bars”. One side has sprinkles and smaller items. The other side is Reese’s, Oreos, Kit Katz, and fruit like cherries & pineapple.Swirl flavors offered too, between the main flavors. So between “cake batter” and “brownie mix” is a swirl of “brownie batter”. Very yummy combinations and fun to make too!

Ice cream selection was ok, service was slow, and topping selection was ok, but not what we expected.

This place is awesome. Its completely do it yourself. You get one cup size and there are dividers for flavors if you like. They do offer two sugar free flavors. Besides that there is a pretty big selection Id say 10-12 flavors to choose from. Once you put the yogurt in you move on to a buffet table of toppings. Everything from cereal, to candy or fruit and hot fudge. You pay by weight which may be an incentive for some to not overindulge.A bonus for pet lovers is that this place is dog friendly. They offer ice cream for dogs and even have a cutest dog contest! Very happy with my experience and I recommend you give it a try.

Have loved going here for dessert with a friend for a couple years, finally got to take my kids though. There is such a fun atmosphere, and sitting outside with a gentle breeze on a warm summer night is just a perfect way to spend the evening.

Great quality yogurt and great selection on toppings. But I went in at a completely dead hour I was the only person in the store and and I didn’t get a hello or anything from the worker who was there. She just stood there until I was ready to pay, told me my price and when I said good bye and thank you she didn’t even respond. Won’t return.

We go here all the time. Super laid back, amazing local decorations and a fun place to hang out. They DO have a punch card system so you can save up to free ice cream! A ridiculous amount of topping choices and at least 10 ice cream flavors. Parking stinks but a little walk never hurt anyone.

We love that the flavors change and that they have dairy free options! The topping bar is AHHHHMAZING! So much to choose from that it makes you think about your next visit! The fruit is ALWAYS fresh! My little guy loves to pull up a chair to see what toppings he can get (it’s always the same chocolate, chocolate and marshmallows 😝) We can’t wait for the EXTREME desserts!

I love the concept of this place! Build your own frozen yogurt masterpiece! They have a great selection of toppings (healthy for me and ooey, gooey, chocolatey for my son). It is always incredibly clean and the staff is friendly and helpful!

This is just a knock off version of Pink Berry. Pink Berry came way before urban swirl. In fact frozen yogurt was popular in California before it made its way to Indiana. People here act like its the hottest thing since sliced bread. Please... Californians have been enjoying this treat before you even knew what it was. This place isnt original, and the toppings arent that great. Its just a bunch of candy, and not very many fresh fruit options like Pink Berry. The rating is not for this place specifically is for frozen yogurt in general. I dont really care for it, and havent had any for a couple of years. Decided to go for that very reason and because me and the kids had frozen custard the day before. Just like I remember if your are going for a frozen treat frozen custard or ice cream are way better option than frozen yogurt. The kids enjoy it for all the different topping you can put on it and I guess that is a reason to like it but in flavor and texture froyo doesnt compare at all to the other two frozen treats. If you are going to consume the calories you might as well make it delicious. Go for ice cream instead.in term of this place they should have a smaller cup for the little ones. I could only find the on size and my daughter got carried away serving herself. Is also a little expensive at least for me.

My fiance and I were visiting from out of town and our friends told us we had to come try out Urban Swirl. We were not disappointed! Loved the selection and the atmosphere. Just remember, you pay by the ounce, so dont make it too huge or youll be surprised at the register!

Went today to find them closed until 12:30p. There was a sign on the door that someone had gone to dairy queen since they were not open. I did the same and will not be making the extra trip over to Uran Swirl. You lost me and some other people as customers because you dont want to pay a part time person.
