So many problems and unresolved issues with this company. I could write a two page paper, but I’ll spare you. Our first time using a sprinkler system company after buying a house with one previously installed. Truly disappointed that this was our first experience. Don’t waste your time or money.

Terrible experience. They charged me $165 for the replacement of a PVC pipe without even making it water tight. They wanted to convince me that the problem with my irrigation system was the insufficient pressure in the house, and to spend $750 so a plumber could replace a 1/2 supply pipe (it was actually 3/4) with a 1 pipe. The problem turned out to be completely different, and related to a valve in the backyard that wasnt working, and a disconnected pipe in one of the zones. Glad I did not listen to them and called someone else with the patience and the determination to solve my problem.P.S.: I have a gravity system that does not require to be winterized.

I have an older home with an old sprinkler system, and Trademark has been taking care of it for years. They are very knowledgeable and helpful…from normal maintenance to small repairs to major reworks, their work is always excellent. I highly recommend this team!

Mark came out to my new home construction the same day I called and provided a competitive quote that day for a complete irrigation system. I gave Mark the green light to perform the installation and his crew was on-site the next day and completed the entire system a day later. If they cant deal with you in the morning they will not do business with you, people have to work and dont get home until middle of afternoon.

Have had Trademark out twice this year - once to fix an inoperable system (thanks to the prior vendor who left our system completely disconnected electrically so we had to call them back), and once to shut the system down/blow out the lines just a couple days ago. Steve was our guy who was on site both times, and he is great - concerned about doing it the right way for the customer, and making sure everything works right before he leaves. Trademark is very good about being at the scheduled appointment time. I will be using Trademark Irrigation for all my sprinkler needs going forward! Thank you, Steve, and thank you Trademark!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Last year, after being a customer for 12 years, I was required to make immediate payment before service was rendered. This was without any notice of their new requirement. I called the office to ask why and I was informed it was from a late payment over 5 years prior. I tried to explain we have had multiple service calls (and payments) since that time and have not been required to pay on the spot before.I explained I understood it is there company and they are allowed to make changes at anytime to their policy but a phone call, text, or email to alert me would have been appreciated. I spent about 10 minutes on the phone with their receptionist expecting an acknowledgement of this and/or possibly an apology. I received neither. The customer, obviously, is not always right.To add to this, weeks afterward, I received an invoice marked past due for that same service call I was required to pay for on the day of the call. This was the second time this company double billed me. I am hoping it was just incompetence and not criminal. Either way this company will never work at my home again.

If you read the negative reviews you will find that ALL the 1 star reviews are all about BILLING issues or a misunderstanding and have nothing to do with the actual service or quality of their work. Billing issues can be easily resolved whereas high quality, reliable and affordable service is hard to find! Joe has been out to dig in preparation for a major project twice and I have nothing but praise for the work done so far. I will update again when the final work is complete..** Update 8/7/20Fast forward two weeks later to the actual irrigation repair which was just completed last week. One zone was completely destroyed by the septic work and one zone partially damaged. By damaged, I mean completely torn out of the ground. Trademarks crew of 4-5 arrived right at 8AM as promised and powered though the work until its completion by 1PM. I did not ask their names but they were polite, professional, and accommodating. They even added a couple extra heads to our system which is 30 years old (the design of the landscaping has changed a lot since then so it was needed) without me having to ask. One of my neighbors came out and asked them to run the zone a bit further away from her property compared to where the old zone was located and they complied perfectly. Happy neighbor and happy customer!I have had many experiences with getting skilled labor jobs done during COVID. They have ranged from poor to barely par to slightly above average. Im not overly picky and I expect some level of professionalism...but what really matters is the finished job and WOW! Covid or before, this has been one of the BEST experiences I have had as a 20 year homeowner with any company. Definitely my new go-to guys for irrigation should anyone ask.I received my invoice today which was very detailed and the price was quite reasonable!

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. After working on our sprinkler system, I came home to water gushing out of a pipe into my lawn. Twelve days later I finally received a response from their customer service regarding the situation. They said the pipes were old so they refused to assume any responsibility for the damage. Never again!! (6/3/2020) Its amazing how quickly the company responded after the review was left. I guess that matters more to them than their initial customer service.

Trademark Irrigation is very professional and responsive. I had the underground sprinklers installed, then the sod laid. We were in the middle of a heat wave and the sprinklers needed to be adjusted after the sod was laid down. They showed up on my doorstep within 24 hours to make sure the sprinklers were adjusted and save the sod from scorching. Now THATS customer service! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic company - weve been customers for 17 years. Always diligent, customer service is wonderful, and completely trustworthy (even inside the home for shut-off in the winter). Trademark does an excellent job!

Terrible customer service, no bill for over a year, no call, no certified letter of a bill and my system was never fixed, they say the technician don’t know what they charge, any other company will give you a total at the end of their service even if they have to come back out to replace what needs to be replaced.If I could give zero stars I would.
