Ordered lumber at noon and was told it would be deliver within a couple hours, so I paid my crew to stay. Five o’clock rolls around and no lumber, so I send the crew home. I get a call at 6pm from them to tell me their on the way, I tell the driver that we ended our day at 5.I get a call this morning from Mark at the Granger location to tell me that they won’t deliver the load and I can come pick it up. Lmao! Good luck guys you just lost thousands on a new construction.

Our Company purchases the majority of our supplies from Big C locations. The in store service is always great and jobsite deliveries on time.Yes, we could sometimes buy cheaper at a big box store, but time is money. The amount of time wasted at big box stores is incalculable. We make money by producing a final product not by standing around waiting for assistance or not receiving timely deliveries.
