My appointment was at 6 am, i was on site on time. Took me in at 6.30. I was free by 7:15. I think thats decent.

Overnight parking for about 6 trucks, fast unloading, friendly workers ( my experience )

My appiontment was 7 am and i was there 6:30am ...they empty my flatbed at12pmthey are very good at ignoring u ...avoid this place if u can

They are very slow Ive been here a few times it dont matter what time your appointment is expect to be there at least half hour to 45 minutes before they even start on you

Be prepared to wait couple hours even you have an appointment. I did a check in at 6.30am, appointment was at 7am, empty at 11.30am

Made a special order at a Home Depot (6/5) for a fence that this company was going to make. Nothing complicated, Just a picket fence. It’s been one week since my expected delivery date (6/12). I was told my item was out for delivery yesterday, so I waited all day for my call. I called today to verify at Home Depot, to which they had to call the manufacturer because the manufacturer apparently does a poor job communicating about their contracts and when they will be able to fulfill them. The manufacturer of the fence is closed weekends so there’s no one to talk to. Awesome. I could have built this fence myself in the time that it took to still not have this fence at my home. I paid this company so I wouldn’t have to waste my time or labor to make something. I thought I could pay someone to make & deliver my product at a agreed upon date and that would be much faster than me putting this together myself. What a fool I was. At this point I’ve wasted so much time by not acting sooner that I have to wait for this to finally come in, I’m sure I wouldn’t be refunded anyways. The product better be worth the wait.

So as for all the comments about rude people, I have not cone across a single rude employee, the other drivers however seem to be in a bigger hurry then you. Also the story of being here all day no, my appointment is for 8pm and I got here at 5:30pm so did I have to wait yes cause other people showed up. But it just hit 7 and they are unloading me now. So yes make sure you have an appointment and yes they are a little slower but it could be way way worse.

If you deliver here make sure you have an appointment and you will get in and out quick. If not you will wait. They opened up a much larger space to untarp which is very nice.

4-5 hours minimum to unload, workers don’t care about anybody, it’s terrible !!!!

It takes way to long to get in to get loaded anywhere from an 1 hour to 5 hours do not recommend getting loads from. There and the pay is not great for the amount of time that it takes to get loaded

We delivered a load of lumber to them. We had a 5 p.m. appointment for delivery. We were there, unstrapped, untarped, at 10 minutes to 5. We had to wait over an hour and a half to be unloaded. The guys were nice but the wait was unreasonable.

Avoid this place no respect long wait to unloading

Big sign in the check IN office “ATTITUDE” well they aproach you with that ATTITUDE. Checked IN at 10am, checked out at 2pm for a load of lumber. Wouldn’t come back unless broker pays in advance plus $300

First time here my appointment was at 0800 got here as soon as gates opened (0600) they will not unload you before your appointment. I got called in the yard at 0730 and got unloaded around 0750. If you have an appointment they will try to get you out of here ASAP. I don’t know the cases where they take 3 hours unless they didn’t come here with an appointment.
