My daughter bought her car from Weber Chevrolet in Granite City last year and it was such a good experience that I decide to buy mine from them. Will was an amazing salesman, facilitating my purchase without being pushy at all. My husband was out of town and Will walked me comfortably through the whole process. Thanks to Will Parker and Dave Wooden for all their help. I love my Equinox.

Very knowledgeable and very happy with the work they did on my 2004 trailblazer. I expected for them to find more things wrong with my car and only found 2 things wrong which is pretty good for a 17 year old car. Very satisfied.

I hope this review serves as a warning to those who consider doing business with Weber Chevrolet. I would also like to clarify that this review does not reflect my experience with my salesman. Don Vernier at the Columbia location is a great guy. This review mainly reflects my dealings with the company post vehicle purchase. Back in may of 2018 I purchased a certified pre-owned 2013 Yukon Denali XL from the Columbia location. At the time of purchase it came with the two CPO warranties. I will say we paid a little more than what I wanted but the vehicle coming with the warranties was supposed to be my piece of mind. At the time I was looking at a compareable Yukon for 3 thousand less somewhere else but we bought this one because of the warranties. I really didnt have too much trouble in the beginning. It came with a couple oil changes I had them perform. The first oil change, their mechanic crushed the filter during installation and left it on. I caught this afterwards when I was inspecting their work. My vehicle shouldnt have went out with a careless mistake like that. They made good on it and replaced the 3 dollar filter. Flash forward to about 6 months ago when the dashboard started to crack over the instrument panel cluster and by the passenger air bag. I called G.M. and put in a complaint. They know this is a repeat problem on these models. The dashboard is mainly a one piece assembly and is prone to cracking because of that flaw of design. Notice how on the new Chevy/G.M. SUVs they went back to a multi piece dashboard? Thats why. They told me to take it to the dealer and have it quoted. Then the dealership would submit it to G.M. to see if they would pledge money towards repairs. I took it to the Creve Couer location for the quote. It was around 1600.00 with parts and labor and guess what? G.M. wouldnt pledge a dime towards the repair. Nor would Weber Chevy at that matter. I called the service manager at the Columbia location to see if they could do anything for me. My Yukon only had about 12,000 miles put on it since I bought it and maybe they wouldve made an exception. That was wishful thinking. They could tell I didnt drive it much because it wasnt my everyday commuter. Their service manager wouldnt completely stand behind the vehicle they sold me either. He offered to do the job for 1000.00. I told him I dont think I should have to pay anything on it because its a CPO vehicle with hardly any mileage put on since purchase. I even told him if they just gave me the part I would put it on myself as Im a mechanic by trade. Its clearly a defect in G.M.s product. They shouldve had no problem standing behind it. Regardless, I am left with a vehicle that has a cracked dashboard that keeps getting worse. The damage instantly takes off thousands of dollars from the value of my car and I get to listen to it flap up and down over bumps and crack further. Now a couple weeks ago I noticed a transmission cooler line leaking. I figured that this would be covered under the CPO powertrain warranty. When I took my vehicle back into the Creve Couer location last week I was informed that it wasnt. I asked why since its in the transmission fluid cooling circuit. It delivers fluid to the two external coolers and directly back into the transmission. That is part of the powertrain. He replied that it was covered under the other warranty that already expired. I asked him for a quote from the hip and it was about a 700 dollar job. I declined the repairs and took my vehicle. I called down to the Columbia location again and left a message for their service manager asking for clarification. That was last tuesday and I still havent gotten a call back. My powertrain warranty expires in a month so it was basically useless the whole time. G.M. wont stand behind their products and it doesnt seem Weber will either. Now Im apparently stuck with a vehicle the needs over 2000 dollars worth of repairs that had two warranties in which my claims were rejected upon. Overall just a bad experience as a customer.

I had my Chevy Silverado in for routine maintenance yesterday. Service technicians were very thorough and got me in and out quickly. Went over options and recommendation for future services, very informative and not pushy AT ALL. Definitely a great experience,

I went by to look at a car on a whim after seeing one online. My best friend and I were greeted by Chris The Greek Kavadas and had honestly the best experience Ive ever had in all my years dealing with cars. Not only was he friendly and helpful, he talked to me and not down to me like most car sales men do! He listened to what I was looking for and why, then helped me get the best deal possible. He made sure he understood that running an exotic animal rescue I sometimes have to put some odd sized enclosures in my car and helped to make sure that the one I picked would see as many animals helped as possible! I wasnt planning on picking out a car tonight or a dealership, but he definitely got my business! If youre looking for a vehicle, check him out!
