Just newly moving into the area we called on T&N Appliance for a washer repair and Service Tech Justin fixed within a matter of minutes! On-Time, fast, friendly, and efficient. I was concerned this repair was going to BREAK THE BUDGET! It didnt! Very fair and reasonable pricing. 3 days later our refrigerator failed to cool and freezer not working, contacted them again,same experience, Responsive, On-Time, fast, friendly and efficient! Repair again reasonable. Justin will ALWAYS BE OUR GO TO GUY when it comes to appliance repairs. Cant say enough about T&N Appliance/Justin other than THANK YOU SO VERY VERY MUCH! We are VERY SATISFIED with their service. Justin KNOWS HIS STUFF! 5 STARS!

Stephanie was very polite on the phone when I made the appointment for a tech to come check my stove. Justin was on time and very polite and professional. He was friendly and told my husband how much he appreciated our business and if we have any problems, give him a call back. I previously bought a washer and dryer from T and N and they work great! Justin fixed the burners very quickly and made sure we understood what was wrong with them. I will continue to purchase appliances and get repairs done at T and N and also will recommend them to my friends.

Best ever Ive dealt with. On time and took 3 seconds to diagnose the problem and 10 minutes to fix it. Very nice young man, well groomed, polite, sorry I didnt get his name but said his Grandpa was the owner. Family business. Fair price.I will definitely use them anytime I ever need them. I am so impressed by T & N Appliance. I called in the morning for service and by the early afternoon Justin came to analyze my refrigerator. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He had the part he needed in his truck and quickly installed it. The Staff at T&N Appliance are very Knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased a used dryer from them a year ago, and havent had an issue yet. Justin is a great service tech. My fridge quit working and I wasnt sure who to call. Got online and found T&Ns site. After reading the reviews I figured Id give them a try. I wasnt disappointed!Justin showed up right on time. Super friendly and professional. After working for some time he discovered the problem. Although my fridge was beyond repair, he didnt try to charge me for something I didnt need or give me the run around. Straight forward and honest!If youre like me and want a company you can trust call these guys!

Justin was prompt when we called him to repair our freezer/fridge. He made an appointment with us for the next day, and showed up to do the job. He made an original diagnosis, but had to order in some parts he didnt have in stock. He was back out the very next day, and made the repair--and were back in business! He was very well-informed, gave us helpful advice, and of course--repaired the fridge back to working order! Our refrigerator/freezer went out and I had visions of a very expensive and time consuming ordeal. We called T & N Appliance on the recommendation of Sears. The service was fast, professional and very reasonable. The original call was placed late on Friday afternoon and Justin (repairman) was here first thing Monday morning. We could not have asked for better service. From the first contact to the completion of the job, the service was excellent. We recommend them very highly.

Our refrigerator had quit working. We called T & N and Jason came that same day. He figured out what was wrong and ordered the part. We thought we were going to have to buy a new refrigerator. He came back exactly when he said he would. Installed the part and now we have a great working refrigerator.

T & N phone service was fantastic. My oven died and the lady that answered the phone took the model number, diagnosed the problem and confirmed to me that parts were no longer available. She was friendly and very helpful.

I bought a washer and a dryer from them and they were very nice and explain things about the washer in the dryer that I wouldnt normally know since they werent made in America

These guys are the best, my dryer was having all sorts of issues and even though it took 3 tries to figure out what was wrong with it (not their fault, just a severely strange issue) they sill only changed me for the original trip out.Highly recommended

After another Parts shop sold me the wrong part multiple times and told me my Drier was broken I went to T & N to buy a used drier. I explained to him what was going on and he told me that the part i wanted wasnt what the other guy was selling me. He ordered the part and the drier has worked ever since. I have bee coming back to him for all my parts and advice and havent been steered wrong.

Justin has come out to our place several times to fix our Jenn Air. Each time he has gone above and beyond to make it work correctly. He has also gone above and beyond repairing our washer.
