Patient and service oriented. No pressure on new sales. Ordered two Polaris 70cc for my boys and they came early, were setup perfectly and they even helped me load them on them on the truck with their forklift.

I found Absolute Motosport very service oriented. Both Grants Pass and Roseburg stores went all out to make me happy. I liked it that they took the time to answer my questions and never were pushy. I walked away feeling good with my transition.

I purchased a Turbo S from them after the sales staff patiently went through all the models with me. Outstanding staff and great prices matched with great customer service makes Absolute Motosports my go-to. I also have ordered many aftermarket products through them and they arrived in a timely manner. Great place, great people, thank you.

They are open on weekends and if they dont have what your after they try their dangdest to get it for ya really a great outfit for your atv needs

Only took my Polaris into be serviced once. They did a great job on doing what needed to be done. They didnt try to get me to do a bunch of unnecessary work. Completely satisfied.👍

Ive been looking for an ATV for over a year. Ive called up and down the whole Rouge Valley from Medford to Grants Pass. Out of all the options, I decided to go with the Polaris Sportsman. So I went into Absolute Motosport and dealt with Ron. The whole process was low pressure. He did say that it was the only one left...and it was the only one left in the whole Rouge Valley. So the next day I went there and decided to pull the trigger.The 1st day I was there, I was checking out the potential new ATV and accessories I wanted for it. Cargo pack for rear, front extender rail, wench and such. So that night I went home to research all this and Absolute was cheaper on everything! The Mossy Oak rear cargo bag was cheaper than Walmart! I couldnt find a better wench online that was cheaper. Plus they installed the wench on my ATV for FREE once I bought it!! The front extender bar was also cheaper from them than I could find on Amazon. Plus...I know that all the accessories are for my machine!!! You dont always get what you want when theres a box at your house and you have to try and install it yourself. They guys also installed the front extender bar too!! They were also cheaper on gun mounts and such too.Thanks Ron and the other guys at Absolute Motosport!!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This is by far the absolute worst business I have ever dealt with! I would not recommend this business to anyone. I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for fraud, reckless, and endangering my safety - left bolts loose on the motorcycle as well as almost zero COVID-19 precautions. The level of incompetence is seriously concerning with respect to how they provided service to an UBCO 2x2. I am seriously considering taking legal action against this business and the company (UBCO) they are representing.

What a great buying experience. Riley was the greatest!!! Very informative and patient with all my questions. Riley sold the featured added benefits and the overall value of the Polaris. I had been researching and shopping for months. I bought it from Riley on the spot. I was in and out with no hassle or pressure. I would recommend Absolute Motorsport, ABSOLUTELY!!!!!!

Usually don’t write bad reviews, but they earned this one. Had a youth side by side worked on and came back with very important parts missing. When informed of it, I was told “they probably fell off..... not a big deal usually”. My kids safety is a big deal! If Jason was more in charge, the place would be great. Stay away from Riley.

At least gave ma an option to get work done on my Honda quad.

Super disappointed, after being call 3 times to ask for price and availability of one 570 quad foreman by the time I when there basically to pay and pick up the quad they backed up with the price justifying has a mistake, rally !!! I call 3 times to check price !! . Please avoid this guys.

An absolute door knob. Unhelpful. I expected more out of Polaris. I guess I will buy a suzuki next time. Polaris does not care about problems after you give them thousands.! Their dealers in Grants Pass......SUCK! I thought I was buying a quality product. Just another Take your checksituation!

We have purchased lots of bikes from these guys. They are always great they go above and beyond to make sure we are happy. We just got a new bike from them today and was more then willing to drive 2 hours out of way just to buy from them.

Let me just put it to you this way I have a local Polaris dealer 10 minutes from my front door but I choose to drive 30 minutes to Absolute Motorsports ? Why? Because they actually take care of me and the machine that I relentlessly beat up. Their mechanics take the time to come out and talk to me about issues as well. Riley and the crew get it done.My only regret: I didn’t buy my machine from them

I would have made the score lower If I could. These guys are a total rip off. They screwed up my machine, then told me I had the wrong parts...then told me latter that it was because the mechanic they had was doing drugs but now it will be ok. I WOULD NEVER LET THESE PEOPLE WORK ON ANYTHING OF MINE EVER AGAIN.....Filing complaint against them with Polaris. I can not believe how unprofessional they are. WOW.

Lousy service!! went there, the place was dead and i still couldnt get someone who wasnt too busy to walk by me. then i tried calling for my part and to discourage me. he guessed my part would be 2 weeks out and didnt want to pay no mind to what i was asking for. your better off saving your gas and breath and order online. youll save money, it will be delivered to your door and you wont be treated as your a nuisance.this wasnt my first time there but surely is my last!
