Bent over backwards to get us back on the road. We were travelling through and had a rock create multiple cracks directly in front of the driver.

I drove in with my windshield moulding flapping in the breeze. They were quick to clear a spot for me so they could address the issue. I was able to drive out of there within 15 minutes safely. Quick and efficient and extremely helpful.

Would recommend. Walked in off street they were actually able to take me within a few minutes and resolved my issue (chip in windshield). They also helped me with my insurance company -they took care of the call to my insurance and did everything they could before handing me the phone to approve the work request. Very appreciative.

I had my Fiat’s windshield replaced in February because of a rock chip that had cracked my whole window. Only a few weeks later I got another rock chip in my new windshield. Novus Glass fixed my chip without having to replace and didn’t charge me because it was so close to the warranty. I would definitely recommend them. Super nice and great service!!! I stopped in on 10/26/2020 to see what they could do about my windshield and rear window leaking. Dell Shop did a leak test informed me my windshield was leaking and would need a new windshield also the rear slider window was leaking around the seal and that the seal was hard to find. They replaced both windows afterwords did another leak test found the rear brake light had a leak also the body seams had a leak they repaired all leaks they could find. I would have to say they whent over the top I am extremely pleased. Oh ya they are extremely professional

Easy to set an appointment time that was for the very next day. Prompt service to replace the windshield at a fair rate for a large diesel truck. Replacement was completed in under two hours! Happy to have the truck back quickly.

I just bought a new car out of Toyota dealership and unfortunately just a month with the car i had an Incident with my windshield while driving on the road getting hit with a rock and cracking my windshield but I Instantly called Novus on a Monday took me in on my lunch hour to check out the car and see what would have to be done and Dell was really helpful on the phone and as soon as I made it to the shop Beth was just as helpful and both delivered great customer service. Everything was taken care of quickly and in a professional deliverance and my windshield was just installed couple days after. I was satisfied and would definitely recommend and use their services again.

Contrary to all the advertising on their site they are NOT Mobile. And the woman who answered the phone was really abrupt and kinda rude - like it was my fault for not knowing they are not mobile. If thats how they handle a simple phone call I sure would not trust them to replace my two windshields.

These guys are great. Amazing Customer Service! Every person there took great care of us. The neighbor kids shattered my sons back window on accident. We called everywhere and they were by far the lowest price. Once the window was replaced, my son noticed that everything was warped when looking in his rear view mirror. I took it back and there was a manufacturers defect, they replaced it without hesitation but noticed there was still an issue. He found another manufacturer to use and it is great! I highly recommend them for their great nature, wonderful work and phenomenal desire to take care of their clients!

Ive had several windshields replaced here. Friendly service, good prices, and they tell it like it is.

They cleaned the headlights on my vehicles - they look almost as good as new. They also applied the coating to my front windows and now the rain and frost roll right off with the wipers. No more scrapping!!

Traveling thru from Canada we got a bad rock chip on our class A motor home. When we drove into Novus parking lot the attendants came out immediately to help us. High integrity and trustworthy. We are over 150 miles away and asked for this NOVUS location to repair a windshield remotely. They went out to the vehicle and found that the damage had already been fixed before. NOVUS didnt charge us for an unnecessary repair or even the trip to the vehicle. Very much appreciated.

Had the misfortune of being behind a big truck on Friday, resulting in a cracked windshield.
