Poor customer service over the phone - Tristan told me that “it would just be easier if I ordered it myself” even though I asked to pick it up in store. (It being a seat cushion since I have to drive 6 hours) I’m traveling for work - he didn’t give me any options besides “order it online”. Not possible to get it delivered to anywhere because I’m traveling. Thanks for making me feel unwelcome and dumb for even asking!

Kate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to answer all my questions and provided information that I hadnt even thought of so I could chose a mattress that would benefit me the most! I felt she was more concerned with my needs rather than making a sale. Best night sleep ever!!!

Kyle Sharp in the Grants Pass Oregon location is hands down the best, he asked me alot of questions about how I sleep, if i sleep on my back,side, stomach but the best thing was I originally came in with the idea that I wanted a certain bed but then he asked why? I replied with excuse me what do you mean an he properly asked why do you want this bed in particular so I answered and he showed me the bed i was looking for he then said I have a few other suggestions if you are interested I said okay and wow not only did he find me a better bed after getting to know my sleeping habits better he even found me a bed under my price range!! If I could give more stars I would I havent slept this well in YEARS. Definitely will be coming back for future purchases and telling everyone hes the guy!

Matt was exceptionally helpful as we are old and crippled. He was patient and knowledgeable. I bought 3 CA King beds. I picked one, my daughter picked the second, and my sister picked the 3rd. The only issue was that Matt had a very old computer that kept either dying or taking 5-10 minutes to allow another bed to be added. My husband had cancer surgery recently and we had to wait just over an hour to get the invoice because of all the computer crashes. The company only let them have one new computer, which was not Matt’s.

I found Matt, the salesman that helped me, to be very informative in helping me make the best choice for me. Being a first time bed purchaser, this was invaluable! Mattress firm has a great selection and offers quality products!

Looking forward to friday night.Another trip to Mattress Firm on 02 Nov 21 looking for a pillow. The best & only king size pillow was $120. No way am I paying $120 for a pillow. After a few moments, my wife asked if there was a sale coming soon, the sales person says, oh yea, I can give you 40% off. Why didnt you say that in the beginning. So, we bought 2 pillows at $120 w/40% off. We saved $104 and Mattress Firm still made bucks. Just quite a mark up.

Great customer service! Ive visited several times and talked with several different people, they are always so nice and helpful. They always make sure I get what Im looking for at a great price and delivered as fast as possible. Very happy, will continue to go back for any future mattress purchases.

Horrible customer service after sale.My delivery date came and went with no bed or communication.I had to call a different store in another city just to get some answers.Their Medford store was helpful even though I didnt like the answers.He said my bed didnt make it to rhe warehouse and that it would be another week.I had paid someone for use of truck and had my room torn apart expecting my bed on the original date.I tried leaving a very detailed comment on their website and it deleted both and said that there was a problem with the website. I like my bed but would never go there again or recommend them to anyone.

Every associate I encountered were knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I did not feel pressured to make a quick decision or get the most expensive mattress.

I had a great experience with this store. Triston was my sales person who was professional and helpful. I got exactly what I ordered and it was delivered exactly as promised. I was a bit hestiant when I received an email confirmation instead of a phone call but it worked and thats all I can ask for. There was an automated call telling me that the delivery was 15 minutes away and in less than 15 minutes, the truck was parked in front of the house. The driver Randy and his assistant Nate were quick, efficient, and able to answer my questions there on the spot. Great job on delivery and follow through!

The service we got was excellent. He didnt try to oversell us but treated us how we expected to be treated. We told him what we wanted he gave us some options, and we ended up purchasing a bed with a frame that moves that he suggested as part of a package. Overall very happy with my experience.

Worst experience ever in purchasing a mattress. I highly recommend you look elsewhere unless you want poor service, inflated prices and under educated employees. Chris the store manager should work at a sewage treatment plant as he is poisonous to his co-workers and customers. Extremely rude individual that at the minimum needs customer service training. I am shocked the employees even stick around.. they might as well collect Covid-19 unemployment and avoid the mistreatment.

Here is the deal. My mom had an awful bed right. So I took her here and Kyle Helped Us find the BEST. Mattress for my mom. Kyle Sharp was BEYOND knowledgeable about every product. He was not pushy about selling at any time during our visit. He was personable and nice to both of us. He even walked Away so we would feel more comfortable while laying in different mattresses. This man deserves a promotion and a raise hands down. Nicest employees I’ve ever seen at that establishment in all the times I have gone there. I even threw in some weird odd ball questions and he answered them with NO hesitation. promote him asap and I can guarantee it’ll be a successful move.

They dont keep their word. I had to returned my mattress after only having it a short time. They gave me a scheduled pick up date and then after missing work they did not show up and did not even give me a curtsey call. Rude people ..now they rescheduled me for a week out. You cant stay in business by being dishonest

Chris the manager sold us a king-size Tempur-Pedic bed 3 and 1/2 years ago. We had excellent service then and today when we purchased a queen size bed we had the same great service Chris gave us a great price on everything we bought and we are very happy with the service and the products from Mattress Firm in Grants Pass Oregon.

Helped us get financed so that we didnt have to stress that payment in full after buying my perfect bed frame earlier in the day. Very excited to sleep at least 1/2 my life away on my new Beautyrest mattress! 😊

The store was comfortable and inviting. The temperature of the sales floor was not too hot or cold. The layout of the room was easy to follow with color coordination for the type of bed you wanted (Soft, Medium or Firm). My wife and I spoke with Chris McBee who was a people person, very informative, professional and certainly not a high pressure sales person (which everyone worries about before walking into a sales area). We tried many of the mattresses and varying types and settled on one that we both feel good about. Labor day weekend was a great time for us to think about a new bed and we both are happy we did so! ;)

My first experience with this mattress firm did not go well and that was completely on me, I was tired from terrible sleep with a 4 month old baby. I didnt want to wait the time needed for delivery. Today my fiance and I decided to try again, this time with a truck to haul it the same day we purchased. Chris was phenomenal, excellent expression of professionalism alongside knowledge and likability. I hate that I ever cursed the man out over the phone. He set us up with a fantastic deal on a huge bed, Im talking massive upgrade. My son has taken his first nap on the new Serta we purchased and he is quite pleased.
