Russ went out of his way to do a tight installation on my classic Chevy truck. Unfortunately that wasnt what I wanted, so he voluntarily re-did the whole system to my satisfaction at no extra charge. Now it looks and sounds great, and Im super happy. Thats extraordinary customer service!

The owner of this fine establishment saved me over four hundred dollars in brakework that a well known shop in the area said I needed done on my Volvo. Im not keen on naming names, but lets just say it rhymes with les sob (which is fitting, because thats what their insane mark up on parts +labor will make your wallet do). I would recommend giving Russ from North Valley Muffler and Brake your business, if you appreciate honesty in a mechanic.

I have been screwed by mechanics for years. The is the first honest mechanic Ive met for years. He tells you the truth as far as what is going on with your vehicle. Russ is the owner and person to talk to. You will be treated right.

Excellent work I sat under my truck for an hour just concentrated on how the duell exhaust was going to be ran to stay away from gas tank and step wells ect, and when it was done I was amazed! More than just professional it was art.
