We replaced carpeting in our home with hickory hardwood from No Frills in 2015. We did a lot of shopping around before choosing No Frills. Brian Bradley assisted us in finding the right installer and beat the best price we found online for the product we wanted. He was very patient with all of our questions and knowledgeable about both the product and installation. We just went back to No Frills for flooring in our vintage travel trailer. Like Brian, Preston Mace assisted us in choosing the right product getting it ready for our installer. Everything went perfectly again. Definitely recommend.

I was hesitant to even stop in at No Frills Flooring, thinking it was a low end remnant type outlet. After looking at two other stores, we decided to give it a try. My wife and were surprised by the level of knowledge and professionalism displayed by Preston. We found high end flooring for a very good price. Preston was very helpful with his knowledge of the various materials and backings available. The process went smoothly and we love our new kitchen and bath flooring. Convenient location in the Grants Pass shopping center and great deals. Staff are knowledgeable, I needed a small amount of Waterproof LVP I was last in on Wednesday & the selection was great. It wasnt in stock in their Grants Pass location, but they got it in same day from one of their other warehouses! It was a pleasant and quick transaction... Ive also heard good things about the Medford No Frills from friends and family, next project ill return.

Preston Mace at No-Frills went the extra, EXTRA mile for me! My home had a slightly odd color palette to match and I had a very limited budget. He listened to me and kept trying until we got it right! He spent as much time as I needed, then spent additional time to find the fastest and cheapest available. The carpet turned out fantastic, but I appreciate most the level of service so I could relax during a stressful time. :-)

Prestonsburg was very helpful in our decision regarding the type of flooring we needed in our home. After we made the decision, he demonstrated how to install the flooring and gave us very helpful tips. He also offered to repeat the same process for anyone that might be helping us. When we picked up the flooring, he asked us to call him if we had any problems with the product or the installation and he would help as much as he could. I genuinely believe that he meant it and will.

We love NO FRILLS! Weve only lived in grants Pass 11 months, and we re going on our fourth job using their products, in two different homes. We met Danon the first time we went there. We always like going in and visiting with Bob, and also Mitch. They all help out. I have a hard time making decisions, and they give information without pushing their idea. Danon is a nice young man and knowledgeable. Weve worked with different contractors that they recommend, and have had good success. Prices are great!

My saga began several years ago now. I had laminate installed in two bedrooms, vinyl in my bathroom and carpeting in my master bedroom. Everything was great and I was happy with the work. Right away I noted that I had a lot of the carpet yarn when I vacuumed my bedroom. When this continued each week when my room was vacuumed I became concerned and I called the store. I was told that someone would come out to look at it. I noticed that just running my hand over the carpet would pull up quite a bit of yarn. I have called at least a half dozen times, and to date nobody has come to look at the carpet. Clearly its a faulty piece of carpet and the yarn is not securely glued to the backing. I expected to have the carpet replaced. My most recent call a few months back I was told that they couldnt find me in the computer and that maybe I have the wrong store. However a man who was in charge said that his brother would come out to my home to look at the carpet. Nobody has been here to date. They were happy to take my money but have utterly failed to stand behind their product. If you have no problem, all is well, but if theres a problem dont expect them to make it right. I would t recommend this store to anyone I know.

What a great experience it was doing business with No Frills Flooring in Grants Pass. Danon was knowledgeable and patient. I took home at least a dozen large samples in my efforts to find the right one. Mitch helped me out when Danon wasn’t available. What a great team. I settled on a beautiful Mohawk laminate and I couldn’t be happier. Pricing was great. I chose Dominik Russo from a list of installers and he was a great choice. His team is amazing and I really believe his floors are like works of art to him. Beautiful work. I’ve waited a long time for a new floor and these two teams made it worth the wait. Thank you all.

I bought an older double wide mobil home in Grants Pass and needed to replace the carpet. I wanted vinyl plank flooring. The flooring contractor I was using to install the flooring suggested No Frills Flooring. I am very happy with the service Sales Associate Mitch Pronobis has provided to me. Mitch is very knowledgeable about the various products. He was able to get the product quickly and worked well with my flooring contractor to get all the boxes transferred to my house. The LVP I wanted was one of their more popular styles: Vigor LVP Plus. The floor is wonderful! So soft under foot. Easy to maintain; I just damp mop it in addition to sweeping. The cost came in under what I had budgeted for new flooring. Thank you for helping to beautify my home!

Danon was very helpful in the purchase of two different wood flooring earlier this summer. We like the look of the Tribridge Ivy League and used it in our bedrooms--more casual with the white grout look, but goes with everything. We put in Continental Sunkissed in our livingroom/diningroom and up the stairs. It is a more formal look with grain detailing and less variation in the planks. Looks great. We used the matching end nose pieces recommended for the stairs, and the steps are solid under foot. We hired our own installer and got quality products from No Frills Flooring at a good price that was delivered on time.
