I came in regarding my vehicle key FOB. The woman working the store that day was extremely helpful, even taking my key apart trying to determine the problem and taking the time to print for me a lot of helpful info. Great experience. Will definitely use this store in the future.

Wife took her iphone in to get the screen replaced. The touchscreen never worked properly after that, so we brought it in to be fixed again. This second screen popped off the phone. When we brought that in to get fixed, they managed to break the screen further. I asked if they possibly applied the adhesive wrong, to which they replied that the iPhone 11 doesn’t have an adhesive for the screen. It does. It’s $4.99. You can google it. And because they didn’t apply it, the screen popped off, and we will be taking the phone to another repair store.

I would have scored the business five stars for ease of ordering online, but knocked off one because their issue with staff availability, that means they are closed on the weekend, is not reflected on their web site and cost me a fruitless trip only to read the notice to that effect on the shop door.Other than that hiccup I liked the online system that directed me to the correct replacement battery for my VW Jetta. I called on the Monday as soon as they opened and was able to pick up the battery immediately. Staff were friendly and handled the core refund without issues later the same day.

The individuals that were in the stores Young fella and an older guy both were extremely accommodating recommended somebody that could install the battery that they were unable to install because its a Mercedes and it needs to have backup power so that the computer doesnt fail that said they directed me to Les Schwab where they said they would install it for $10 which is reasonable in my world have a nice day

Went in for scheduled replacement of iPhone battery. Worker messed with phone with old weak battery installed and claimed something was wrong with phone and wanted me to sign a release stating phone was broken before they installed new battery. The phone has always worked perfectly and has had no issues. It was working fine and he even called the office with it and received a call with it with no issues. Everything worked fine- just an old battery. After 10 minutes of testing the phone and it working perfectly and unable to duplicate any problems he thought might exist, he said I must sign that the phone was broke before he could work on it. These guys are amateurs with phone battery replacements and want you to hold them harmless for any screw-up they may incur - even with them testing the phone and unable to show it had any problem prior to new battery installation. I left with phone in hand and went to Cellular Madness on F street. They replaced the battery quickly, without problem, and the phone is still working 100%.

So Id make sure you guys hirer people that know the product you sell, went in there to get a few batteries and the kids didnt know anything or wouldnt look it up. I really like the store but employees are uneducated.

They have batteries, bulbs, key fobs and charging cords. Just not the one we needed lol. The staff were happy and helpful.

They wouldnt return a battery I had just purchased even tho it was within the 14 day return period ..will never do business with them again

Battery was ready for me when I arrived. They rolled out their tool cart, proceeded to pull my old battery and cleaned the terminal and installed my new battery. They even hooked up a device to my data port as not to lose my pre-set radio stations.

Grants Pass employees helped us obtain a camera battery from Medford store while we were on vacation.

Confused about how they will open your watch check the battery part# and close it back without offering to change it for you

I ordered 2 phone batteries which the Grants Pass store needed to get from their Medford store (35 minutes away) . It has taken over 4 days and when I talked to the salesman on the phone I admit I was irate because its taken so long and each time I called he kept promising my batteries would be in the next day. I got upset with him and the conversation ended by him hanging up on me. Will never use this store again.
