Horrible Customer Service, we made an order of 2 lithium batteries to be shipped directly to our mechanic in NC as we have planned a trip to his garage the following weekend and it was better for us for the batteries to be shipped directly to him, they canceled our order because the shipping address and billing address did not match (obviously). No phone call to confirm with us, just an email letting us know our order was canceled and refunded (which will take 10-12 business days). Now the trip that we have taken time off of work for can not happen because of this.

Was able to pick up my order. They actually have quite a few items there. I was told they do not have the larger batteries in stock. The receptionist was very friendly. She also checked my power sports battery to make sure it was okay. (It was) will definitely do more business there.

Even though its all the way across town I love the people in this store. They always find what I need if not they order it its always quick when they do have to order it. Their selection is huge and they are very helpful and friendly.

Ordered a battery and it was shipped and delivered within 2-4 days. Unfortunately the battery was no good. Went to return via USPS and UPS and shipping fees were almost as much as the battery. I spoke with Barry and he refunded total amount. He even told me when turning it in for proper disposal not to let anyone charge me.

Solid 5 stars. They have a real live customer service agent (sarah) who answers the phone and is very knowledgeable. This is the only place Ill buy batteries from now

I bought 2 expensive deep cycle batteries from BatteryStuff. 18 months later the batteries were found to be defective. Sorry, out of warranty. Gave zero offer to help with manufacturer.

Terrible. Helped build my solar system for my survalence camera. They built it too small and it didnt supply enough power. I called back and the tech guy was just rude and arrogant. Blamed me for not providing the right info. But I did. And at the time of purchase the guy had no problem selling me the system. Then the tech told me how difficult it would be to return my items and that there was a restocking fee. Blah blah. Horrible customer service. Dont waste your time and money.

Excellent customer service. purchased a battery for my quad and it needed to be replaced, under warranty, they sent me a new one. Free!
