I recently took my gf here to finance her first car after getting a recommendation. I gotta say, I’ve been to a lot of car lots in the past and this was the most comfortable experience I’ve had buying a car. There was no pressure, they have a two week guarantee on absolutely everything, a good selection with reasonable prices, and above all, they felt honest and genuine. I didn’t feel like they were working one over on us. 10/10 will recommend and be back next time I need a car.
The people were super helpful texting images. Held the vehicle while we drove a few hours to see it. Easy to located next to Dutch Bros so grab a coffee and head over to see these guys! I would venture to say there’s not a lot of honest salesman but these people are dead right. I trust him I will buy another car when I need to from these folks.

These guys are awesome. I had interest in a 2014 Ford Fusion S, and did lots of research before buying. I recommend looking up the VIN to check for any recalls, and the one I was looking into had 3 recalls. I brought it up to them, they had it fixed same day with documentation of the fixes at the Ford dealership! Then I had the car examined at my work, (I work in an auto shop) and realized that one of the tires was severely bald and it needed new brake pads ASAP. I let them know, thinking they would tell me it was as is and would be my responsibility to fix if I wanted to buy. But, to my amazement they immediately said we will get that fixed for you, TODAY! Instead of replacing just one tire, they replaced both back tires! Put new brake pads on, and are replacing the windshield this week due to a couple cracks in it that I didnt even notice or bring up to them. These guys are awesome, they made sure I was taken care of so that my kids and I were safe in our new vehicle. Thank you guys so much for your kindness, quick assistance and making it painless for me to get into a car that would be reliable for me. You guys rock!

We are having to replace the TIPM on one of the vehicles, I brought the estimate in to show Brandon and Mike. Ive never written a review before for any product or experience. This is my first review - and probably last - because Quality Cars is that good.Probably because of TV and movies, I was skeptical about going to a used car lot. I went to Quality Cars towards the end of May, and I was pretty nervous when I first walked in and worried that Id be taken advantage of. Not so. Go see Brian - hes personable and fair, and genuinely wants his customers to have a good experience. I made an offer, and got a great deal on a sweet used car. I walked away feeling super satisfied and confident with my purchase.Brian told me if anything went wrong over the next couple weeks to give him a call. After a couple days, I noticed my steering wheel was shaking at highway speeds. I called Brian and drove it back in the following day and Quality Cars took care of the issue for me.Its been nearly two months and Im still super happy with my car. I recommend Quality Cars. They will be my first stop the next time I need a new (used) ride.

I bought a Jeep at this dealership almost a year ago, and I have had nothing but issues with it since. Within days of purchase, I let the associate know my concerns which included leaking power steering fluid and leaking transmission fluid. I went to the mechanic they use to get it fixed. They had it for 24 hours and replaced the steering rack which didn’t fix the leaking transmission fluid so I told them again, and had to take it back to the same place. I was away for 3 months and my car was taken care of by a family friend, then when I got it back I noticed it was still leaking, and my gps screen had gone out and it started having electrical issues. I took it back to them and they said it wasn’t leaking....a couple weeks ago I was driving out of a parking lot and the steering rack that was installed by their mechanic he completely come off one of my wheels and not only damaged my wheel, but almost caused me to wreck. When I called to complain, quality cars told me there’s nothing they can do because I’ve had the car for almost a year, despite the problem was never fixed and their mechanic caused further damage, and only offered to let me buy another car from them lol no thanks. Your customer service sucks, your people don’t know anything about your cars, and your vehicles are junk. You should change your name.

I just wanted to take time and say that I was impressed by the service and pricing at Quality Cars. I recently needed to purchase a nice 4x4 SUV for my mother. I searched for weeks locally and found two great options here. Mikey was our salesmen, he did a great job and helped me negotiate a really good and fair deal. The dealership gave me more than I asked for on my trade in and they didnt rely on stereotypical tactics to close a deal with me. I buy cars often and was very impressed with the team at Quality Cars. The owner and finance guy were also very professional and easy to deal with. I would urge you to give these guys a shot to earn your business, its tough to find a good old fashion square deal anywhere these days, but I found one here. Purchased a 2016 Dodge Dart here for below market value here. The service is always great, and the associates are friendly. Mike helped me through every part of the process, and worked with me through some weird financing issues to get the vehicle to me. I also negotiated that the cowling of the vehicle needed to be replaced, and I was told that they would replace the part for free, which is great. Of course customers should always make informed decisions about the condition and price of the vehicle they purchase, but it seems that Quality Cars usually has some of the best deals in town.

I bought a Dodge Ram from these guys. At the time the engine had a little tick to it but I thought it was the infamous hemi tick (bad exhaust bolts). I bought this car with the warranty, which was a good thing because when I got the engine checked out it turned out that the tick was actually a rod knock. I contacted quality cars about what I had found out and they helped me with the remainder of what the warranty wouldnt cover for the replacement engine. They were extremely friendly and helpful when I came to them with this problem. I dropped 1 star because I cant help but feel that their mechanics knew that there was a rod knock and they put it on the lot anyway

Had a check engine light come on two days later after buying car and they found the problem and then repaired it at no cost to me which awesome because car came with as is no warranty and they still standed bye the loyalty. Affordable junkers.I bought a new commuter a few months ago. The car was more than $1,000 below Blue Book, however the vehicle itself was fairly problematic. The e-brake hasnt worked since day 1. 6/10 service.

I recently financed a vehicle from quality. It was a great experience. I dont have a whole lot of money to spend. In spite of that, they didnt make me feel bad or weird about it, and they managed to get me into a nice little 4wd truck. They were honest about any issues there may have been, the price was reasonable, there was no pressure to buy, and they even came through on their word and replaced the door pins that were a little worn out, which may not seem like a big deal, but the fact that they were actually good on their word and followed through makes them leaps and bounds ahead of most if not all used car dealers in the area. So thanks guys, we will definitely be back.

Buyer BEWARE!! This company will NOT honor appointments or accept deposits for long distance buyers/internet shoppers to secure the vehicle your interested in. They SOLD the vehicle when I was two hours away in a 10 hour trip -620 miles one way (pouring rain -entire trip) with an overnight stay at a hotel. $340 and 20 hours wasted. I was in contact with Mike the salesperson, and informed him I will be making the trip from out of state and I will be there the VERY NEXT DAY with a blank check ready to go! I find this very unprofessional, greedy and inconsiderate. Dont you agree? Still waiting for a return call for an apology from the owner or supervisor.

Fantastic Experience! Mike was really laid back, just let me look at the cars and ask questions when I had them. I hate salespeople who hover and push. We found a vehicle that fit our family needs and got a great deal on it that was perfect for our budget. The best part is that our bank had some problems with our financing but Mike stayed late so that we could still take the car home that night once it was all figured out. Great experience overall. Bought a 2014 Ford F-150 from Mike. He told me if anything popped up.... leaks, squeaks, whatever,....not to hesitate to call and they would take care of it. He mentioned family, and being treated as such when they deal with their customers. Well it turns out 2014 Fords have some master cylinder issues. Mine did as well but not covered by the recall. Quality got my truck to their mechanic, and through the course of just over a week, replaced multiple master cyclinders and the abs module. (The replacement master cylinders were also the faulty ones)My point is they kept at it until it was fixed!The next time I buy, I will look to them first, no doubt in my mind.

So Mikey the younger salesman sold me a car with the check engine light on for 3699, so far I am about 2800 in repairs and it is in the shop for the 5th time so I would like to NOT RECOMMEND to buy any car here. I bought it and then immediately had to turn around and have them look into it and when the repaired it I still had the engine light on. I was told I would have a week for them to use any kind of warranty to fix it since I just signed to finance it through the bank, I was only given about two days and did not get it fixed. I feel very disheartend considering I have a toddler and needed a reliable car and even stated that and I was sold a junk car that doesnt even have a 500 dollar trade in value, I personally would not be able to decieve someone like that and feel ok about myself.

The owner wouldnt follow through on fixing everything that needed fixed in the two well warranty period. He was rude and disrespectful. The other guys did get some things fixed but it took several trips and I still have a check engine light on after taking it back several times the mechanic still didnt get it right.
Bought 2 cars there, not a bad place at all
I went by this place yesterday, they have some nice clean rigs and their salesman was great. I was interested in a truck and wanted to take it home for my wife, who was at home with 3 kids, to see. I live in medford and its about 30 miles away. The owner refused to do a borrowed car agreement, which is very common. Ive bought several trucks and never have had a problem doing that. When I was in Portland a Ford dealership up there let me take a truck from Beaverton to Canby for 3 days to make the sale. Like I said, the salesman was nice and knowledgeable and I could see he was embarrassed when I told him I was going to walk if I couldnt take the truck to my wife to see. Not to mention I was going to leave the truck I came in, newer nicer model, in their possession. Dont know what the owners deal was but it seemed like a silly reason to lose a sale. Maybe he didnt think the truck would make it to medford and back?

To anyone in search of a new/used car or truck. Quality cars is more like quality service, I bought my new used truck on an as is basis with the option of a warranty but decided that I didnt want it. I took the truck for a few days and relized there was a problem with the engine. Now realizing I should of gotten the warranty I was really upset. I called the awesome staff at Quality cars. Mike answered the phone and listened to what I thought was wrong with the truck. He immediatly called the owner Lon and asked him if he would still be willing to help me. Mind you I had no warranty. They had no obligation to do anything further for the vehicle. Not only did they fix the almost $2000.00 problem, they told me dont worry about it. No cost to you, then Mike told me something ill never forget; We just want to treat others the way we would want to be treated. Now thats QUALITY!!
