I have definitely had better experiences at Diamond than I ever have at the Depot.Everything is more convenient from the parking to the loading and everything in between. Im glad we have a Diamond and I would definitely recommend people to check them out if they havent already.

Everyone there is helpful and nice. They have helped me with many projects around the house. Last one was a security screen door for my front door. Had it in stock. In and out and done with my project.

While not ever as busy as Home Depot...they rarely have what you want and it’s a wasted trip. Except for nuts and bolts, screws and fasteners. Best selection around in that department.Customer service is the worst, even if you ask the manager, he just lies and says he will look into it, but he never does.We tried to support Diamond but now we’ll just take the drive to Fields or Farmers for customer service we like.

Nice to have a place to get the items I need for my projects. Everyone has always been helpful. Needed some special self tapping screws and it was something they stock.

We are new to the area and Diamond was recommended by the person we bought our home from. We spent over 3 hours and almost $300 in the store buying supplies to build raised beds. We were very disappointed by the lack of customer service. We saw a lot of workers, but no one was especially helpful. It seemed like we were imposing if we asked for help. We will think twice about going back.

They cant even answer the phone so I will drive there and find out if they even have what I need, ten to one Ill be back on to either lower or higher the review.

Prices and selection is great, but the customer service sucks. No one wants to help, would rather stand there and jack jaws. When asked to help was like I asked for their first born.

Lots of staff asking if we need help, clean bathrooms, and clean store.

Not nearly as nice or helpful as it used to be. I was looking for spackle. I was told it was right there on the shelf -except the space was completely empty. I was then told (not shown) that there was spackle on the drywall aisle. There isnt. I asked two employees questions and got zero help and rather snotty answers. The cashier was was just a bad.

Love the store. Have everything the depot has and they are competitive and local.

Place wasnt friendly...spent the whole time there looking thru the 1 million nuts and bolts while having employees walking past doing nothing in the aisles but look at what I was trying to accomplish then walk off. Asked for help to be ignored blatenty. Im pretty sure they spend more time trying to catch theives then they do work or help. Followed me all over when I litterly needed help with propane fittings and door hinges...if I blow up while closing a lopsided door...its on you diamond

Diamond Home Improvements is a great hardware store, carrying many items not available at Home Depot. Great place to do your shopping.

Absolutely horrid, the store is disorganized and messy. Walked around looking for an item for 10 minutes and was not offered help once!! Walked by multiple employees standing around. Called to make a complaint and was generally dismissed by the supposed manger, take your business to the Home Depot!Seems rude, condescending employees are unfortunate trend. Hopefully you guys get that worked out.

Ive been shopping at Diamond for years. The people have always been courteous and helpful

I have a bunch of rentals so I shop at Diamond all the time I like it better than Home Depot because the clerks are more readily available. They have a good selection and I think good prices. I have also stopped shopping at Home Depot as much as possible because they took away the veterans discount. Diamond gives a 10% veterans discount and they never even ask for proof your a veteran.

Thought I was picking up my carpet in Grants Pass, instead it was waiting for me at Klamath Falls. Richard was very courteous and knew I was disappointed. He had it sent on the truck over to Grants Pass and then kept in touch by phone until a friend could pick it up. Great customer service!!!

Diamond has a great selection of power tools, and almost always a few bucks cheaper than home depot. Plus they have a better variety of brand names. Also they have bulk nails and screws which saves a bunch of money and you can get as many or as few as needed so you dont have to buy a whole box of screws if you only need a couple, and I dont feel like Im in Walmart when I am shopping there.

Not to helpful to ladies that stop by to pick up something for their husband. You get pointed in the general direction.

I usually like this store.., tho I wish they had a gift home decor Section like some of the Ace hardware stores had. We were there last night on Friday, November 15. The store just put in new counter tops. My friend walked up with his vest On and the new counter snagged it and ripped it he just bought this vest the clerk just laughed and shined it on I feel like the store should replaced his vest since he just bought it and they just put in the new countertops. My reply was what if this was a little child that walked up and snag their skin on the sharp edge. We felt feeling like they didn’t care this had happened.The clerks reply was wow that’s an expensive vest you just ripped. We were there about 6:30 pm.

No matter what other store opens in GP, I will continue to shop at Diamond because they have earned my business for years with quality products, good prices and wonderful service. Friendly staff to help find items. Stock can be a bit limited on some items. Prices are sometime lower then other stores on certain items and higher on others. Overall a good place for home improvement and gardening supplies, without having to go very far into town. Also, free popcorn in nice.

Dimond closed early for a party why could they not do this at 6pm instead of of 5 .this is a inconvinice need a part really bad will take my business to home depo from now one there open till 9pm.

I bought two portable a c units on 4/30/18 I thought that they would be brand new since there were no indication on the box that they were refurbished. The price sure didnt indicate it. BEWARE!

Great service and selection of wood stoves. Knowledge of the stove pipe and accessories could be improved though, as I had to go to Smokey’s stoves to get the right pipe for my installation.

Local business is the best business. This store has the specialty items you cant find anywhere else.I do woodwork, and keyhole brackets are a major piece of my work. Diamond is the only place that has them. Bravo!

I mostly shop here when I need to get gardening supplies quick bc they ard the only location at the north end of Grants Pass. But selection can be limited sometimes. However, the staff is great and I usually get what I need even if I have to settle a bit. Their prices are competitive. I like the staff a lot.

Was hard to find the weed eater string. 3 employees asked but none knew where to find it. (Hint: ask the contractors who are also customers). Depressing store -- feels crowded and unorganized. Havent been there in years and Im pretty sure I wont go again for a long time. Ill stick to Fields in Murphy or Farmers in GP.

Their garden selection is not very good. I saw lots of sick plants. Their employees in this section are useless as far as information goes and rude. If you have a real need go to a real nursery, not hear.
