The guy who helped me today was very helpful! Staples would not print a label from my ebay that I needed, without them having to sign in to my account. They said they werent allowed to and to use their self serve computer. The employee at old town mail house walked me through the steps of getting it sent without them having to sign in to my account. Thank you so much for being helpful!

Best customer service I have had in a very long time. The people there help me with so many things including tech support. Im a senior and am not tech savvy. They help me print out emails from my phone, help me with different forms that I have no idea how to do thank you so much! They always have a smile and in this day and age we need more people like them!

I am in need of notary services since my bank is currently not offering theses services at this time. I called a bit before their opening time expecting just to listen to the answering service giving info about times etc, I was surprised When someone promptly answered the phon. I have not prepared myself on what I wanted to ask so I was a little unprepared. When I spoke to Jeff I composed My thoughts I asked several questions which were all answered. Customer service went well above what I expected And although I don’t recall using his business before I will certainly take them out for all future services of their type.

Old Town Mail House is the greatest! I do not like waiting in line only to be rushed as other mailing facilities. I usually go to Self Mail on NW Washington St, but I had about 20 lbs of makeup products and product books to send back to a company. Jeff greeted me, said hello and helped me right away. Very courteous family owned business. I support local businesses 100%. They took the time to address my situation, didnt rush me or sell me the largest box that was not necessary.

Was in here the week before Christmas so it was no surprise that it was unusually busy. I had a package with a pre-paid shipping label that needed to shipped via USPS. I advised the older guy with the mustache (I think his name was Jeff) when I first walked in and asked him where the line started since it appeared there were two lines. He rudely said the line ENDS over there without making eye contact and pointing. 20 minutes later, Im next, a lady cuts in front of me and Jeff had no problem with that.Finally, my turn, I hand Jeff the package and he says Just dropping off? I said, I need an acceptance scan, thats why I waited in line. He then starts, arguing with me, telling me they dont do acceptance scans because hes not the post office. I told him, Ive been in there (the mail house) before and they have scanned the packages without problems. He scanned the package hands me the receipt still insisting that it wasnt an acceptance scan (even though thats what the USPS calls it). When I asked him if he knew the USPS would be picking up the package later that day, Jeff, again had to try to correct me and said rudely, No, Ill be dropping the package off!So I get the vibe unless Jeff is making a sale he doesnt want to have anything to do with me. Or maybe it was personal? Either way, dont advertise USPS services on your website if youre going to have a Im doing you a huge favor and you must bow down to me attitude about it!Thats the last time Ill be in there!This place gets an extra star only because the younger guys that worked there Ive dealt with in the past didnt act like I was bothering them just by asking them to do their jobs.

This is the old-fashioned personal service that is often lost in the modern commercial world. I am known by name and treated as if I were special every time I go in. The service is efficient but its the warmth of the whole family that makes doing business at Old Town Mail so positive.
