Went to this bi mart to get my hunting tags, I proceeded to stand and wait 15 minutes next to the resigster unhelped while 2 employees behind the counter at the sporting section just shoot the breeze without helping me, I eventually gave up and just walked out. I could go somewhere else for sporting goods, rest of the store and employees were just fine!

What a great place for discounts. From sporting goods to groceries an all around great store. I especially love to check my lucky number every week to see Ive won anything. Hurry up and check yours!

I love this store all the employees are so helpful and never seem to be put out by my questions. It is easy to get in and out even when the lines are long. Also relatively easy to find things. Someone is doing exceptional training. Bravo to Bi-Mart.

I used to like this store above most others and have shopped here a dozen times this year alone, but this last time disappointed me. Never once have I been asked to prove membership until today. I explained to the lady at the front door that Ive shopped here repeatedly and all I got in return was a frown and a murmur. I didnt realize plain old regular customers were no longer welcome. And why would I want to be a member now? For what? So I may finally feel welcome? Ill gladly spend my money elsewhere because even Walmart greets customers. Whats most sad for Bi-Mart is I also work for a premiere, local hotel management company and youre going to lose their business too. Again, all Bi-Mart had to do was let me in and take my money. Kinda defeats the purpose of a business to interfere with that very simple process.

Not allowed in here without a mask says the lady with her mask resting below her nose and the other employee with their mask off wiping their face. I guess screw science at this point... either way, mask mandating will ensure my $ goes elsewhere.

Alway best for prescriptions . lots of outdoor stuff. nonrefig.food.dog food,/toys/ cat food is what i buy

Not happy that they sold their pharmacy business to Walgreens and will no longer have a pharmacy. Walgreens doesnt take the Oregon Health plan so a lot of people have to find other pharmacies.

BiMart is about my favorite place to go. There is something about that place that makes me happy to shop there. The prices for one. Very good and low and will meet other companys prices. Save some money today. Shop BiMart and Tues, see if your of the lucky winners!Reccomend 100%!!

They were very kind and friendly. Even stayed ope. An extra 10 minutes when I called ahead and they were about to close. Very nice people. 5 stars!

Its like a small walmart but better and less crowded. its employee owned and nice local people work there and have been there a long time. Great pharmacy and nursery. Most everything I need at good prices. Proud to shop there.

Helpful staff and good prices but some merchandise seems dated some how. Great deals on flowers and plants, plus bags of soil,and garden tools etc.

I purchased 4 led shop lights with my debit card. 2 days later l decided that l would take 3 of them back. I had the receipt and she gave me a return form to take to the cashier. The cashier gave me cash back no questions asked. The whole transaction took less than 3 minutes. Awesome. I will shop here more.

John I think his name is, in your sporting goods dept, big guy, short hair wears a black face mask that goes completlery around his head, well he is a rude, talks down to people, if your not sure what you need he is unwilling to help you and if he does then he does so with an attitude, I know i am not the only one that thinks so, because i hear people all the time when waitng for the store to open say how much they dislike him and his attitude.he needs a job that keeps him away from people. I give him zero stars, but still give Bimart five stars

I have dealt with this store dozens of times and bought a few different revolvers here, and to be honest I think they have some of the best pricing on revolvers in most cases as much as 100 or 150 less than any other stores in the area.. Now the girls selling guns are personable, sweet and such Darlins, but the guys they are kind of well lets say (they woke up on the wrong side of the bed always)... but thats fine i know when the girls work and thats when i go in and spend my money on guns and gun stuff.thanks Bi-Mart gun Darlins you always make my day

Bi-Mart is the best combination store in the valley! Employee owned, it carries a little bit of everything in a clean store. You can shop for electronics, camping equipment and milk in the same store as your prescriptions. Ive bern a member for 30+ years and really enjoy the one-time fee for life time membership. It is totally worth $5 to shop here forever.

Small Town feel with great people who are very helpful.

I give it only four stars but just because of the quality of certain hardware and electrical stuff when you get heaters and stuff and how to replace them yearly it can be costly over time other than that the store Services fantastic majority of the customer service Associates do a very good job.

Ive had quite a few storage units here and they are always Clean Safe and Accessible..prices are fair and their staff is Awesome. Marcie is always on top of things in person not just behind the desk and screen..I Appreciate it Alot💙

Its OK prices are fine, staff can be pushy but some are friendly. Typical value store with some really great deals once in awhile. One time fee for membership.

Bi-Mart is a great place to grab the essentials. No fresh produce. Lots of canned goods, housewares, gardenware, toys, tools, paint, etc. Its like a small Walmart owned by employees and unique to the Northwest. Interesting fact: this location is apparently the busiest of all the branches!

Accidentally charged me 3 times for a TV. Big mistake, but fixed it in a matter of minutes. Walmart would have taken half a day. Shop at bimart, they are way better for about the same price.

Love my Bimart. Joined when they 1st opened in Grants Pass I think in the 70s. I get all my prescriptions there. Store is clean & organized. Great customer svc. Whats even nicer. I have been to Bimart in Eugene, & Brookings. They are all set up in the same order. Makes it easy to find things I need.

I always like shopping at our Bi-Mart store as they keep their merchandise varied and prices are fair. Employees are helpful and friendly, especially when you are trying to find parts needed to repair household items. Now of I could ever have my Tuesday number come up I would be ever so grateful.

Bi-Mart is a series of employee owned department style stores with a wide-variety of thing you need all in one place. I always find things I need and great sales. Its a place to visit to be sure. While a membership store, membership is easy and inexpensive. You will need it to enter the store but you only need to by it once and then you are a members. Your member number may win you prizes from time to time if their prize program is going. Enjoy.

Lots of great choices for many great items. Aisles are a bit narrow, but otherwise its a nice store...and the employees there are happy and helpful.

Not much in this particular bi-mart. Couldnt find one thing of soda anywhere??? So weird. Shelves were pretty bare.. Ppl working there were pretty unfriendly too. Wont go back to this store. I have been to better ones.

Always have a good experience shopping at bi Mart although inventory is low needed to find a 40 inch Samsung smart TV to fit my moms room specific to size limitations my clerk cashier Amanda went to great links to find her a right fit Although we weren’t able to get a smart TV we found a 32 inch RCA that would fit she took measurements for us and returned my previous purchase without problem she is a great asset and the reason I shop at bi Mart the employees are awesome all of them thank you

Convenient location. Great for hunting, fishing, guns, ammunition, quick groceries and pharmacy. You can buy a license to, fish, hunt too.

I love this place and have been going here since I was a child.They have many home essentials and supplies and also some of the best spring and summer annual, perennial and hanging basket plants in town. It is employee owned and you can tell how much they care in their helpfulness to their customers and the care they take of the business.

I like go here for the pharmacy. Also when I run out of some house hold items and dont want to go to somewhere like Fred Meyers or Walmart. Its much quicker in and out here. Always love exploring and finding what new things they have in.

I just joined and was pleasantly surprised by thus store. They gave a wide range of products, though there were several things I searched for, but could not find. This may have been due to this COVID mess though... time will tell.

Great place for fishing needs

I love shopping here, although their prices are low sometimes they are higher than WalMart, but usually they have great deals. I will say the staff could be nicer and definitely more helpful. Its very difficult to get their attention. They dont seem to pay much attention to what is going on around them. Its like they just want to do their job and get out of there. They need some training in hospitality.
