As a long time quilter I have found this little shop to be a retro to when I was a young quilter. They have a great deal to offer and are more than helpful whenever possible. The staff is astounding and more than willing to hold an item to the end of the day for you, I live an hour away and have called and had them and been happy to receive them when I am able to get to their shop.

Iv taken 4 machines in there and he knows about each brand, He also told me the quality of each one., Smart, nice older gentlemen

Fantastic service here! Tons of fabric options available. Knowledgable staff as the longtime owner is very nice hes fast and efficient in all he does. I can get kirby bags and belts here parts for my sewing machine and anything else for my sewing needs. Right in ths middle of town makes it a convenient place to go! Highly recommended!!

Fabulous. As always, excellent service, friendly, no hassle ever, I come back every chance I get, and consider it my go to place for not only fabric, but help with projects. Way superior to any other fabric store, and the guy in the repair shop did an amazing job on my sewing machine when it needed some major surgery. Runs perfectly since. Fair prices too!

My first trip into this store was to get a brother xl3022 foot and needles. I wandered the store for a good amount of time and thoroughly enjoyed it.I was helped immediately, shown and told many new ideas for my beginning stages of sewing.I recommend!

Accidentally thought this was an upholstery place after walking in through the furniture store side. You would think that would be understandable. I don’t need to be treated like an idiot because you’re frustrated that people make that mistake. Actually, I asked the guys in the furniture store if this was an upholstery place and they said “yes.” A friendly “we don’t upholster furniture” would have been nice. Also, if your dog isn’t friendly then maybe he shouldn’t be in the store. I know running a small business is challenging so more power to you but there’s no need to be rude. After all, as a small business owner you rely on your community.

I love going to this shop. The gals are awesome and the material is high quality. I recommend this shop to all quilters.

Ladies I’m the main store are great, sweet and helpful, they get a 5 Star, I had a question about my sewing machine and they sent me to the back to talk with a guy who I assume does repairs... his dog was beautiful but was just as grumpy as the man was, it barked and growled at me and my 7 m old baby the whole time I was talking to this man. I had a picture of my sewing machine and the model number. I asked him if he had a plastic bobbin cover plate and the metal bobbin case to go over the bobbin( and he said in all his years he had never seen a metal one...I think he was too quick to try to figure out what I was talking about to listen to what I needed) He assured me it was easier if I brought in my machine!( carrying a 7m baby and a machine in there sounds easy) That there was no way he could tell me if any of the pieces would fit without bringing it in... apparently doesn’t have the internet? He talked down to me and had me so frusterated I was almost in tears! I finally left with the intentions of never giving him my business. I wanted it fixed today but I’ll settle for what I found on amazon, cost me 7$ total and says it fits my machine... worth not having an interaction with him again and waiting 2 days to start a project!

Best fabric craft store ever ! I love the ladies here because they are very helpful and just fun to be around. Not to mention they are very good at explaining how to make just about any project, they really know there stuff ! My mother and I continue to go back because they treat everyone like family.

The fabric store is wonderful. The ladies in the fabric store are wonderful. The old man who does the machine repairs... Not so great. He is mean, rude, hateful. Vile. I asked him for a bobbin holder for 301. Mine was gone. He said he had one, 70 dollars. . I told him I ordered one online. It made a clicking sound when I used it. He said it wasnt the bobbin holder. There was something very wrong with the machine. I explained to him the sound only happened when the new bobbin case was in. He told me I was not a sewing machine repairman didnt know what I was doing, I was stressing him. I went to another location, got a bobbin case, put it into the machine. This one worked fine. It was the bobbin case. . Wont go back. Not even for fabric part. The dog is scary too.Thank goodness for online. Thats where I will get my sewing machine parts. Dont want to support mean people.
