Stopped at the store to talk and man was on phone. We decided to wait in the show room. Next thing we know, the man is off the phone and helping somebody else who just walked in. We left!We decided to give him a second chance. He wasn’t there. The receptionist is new so she can’t tell you anything. She tried to get his assistance via phone. We had an appointment and said we could come back but he couldn’t promise he’d be there. We’re done trying to force our business on him.

He was professional and very helpful in showing me how to properly check and take care of the maintenance on the doors on a regular basis, and also how to check to make sure the springs are still functioning properly to avoid a catastrophic situation.
