This place thinks they are sum kind of exclusive club but there are literally a dozen other dispensaries a stones throw away dont waist your time or money with Cafe Verde... The employees think they are above others and tht kind of service isnt welcome in our valley

This is a great dispensary good selection great prices and great staff and service ive been to every dispensary in grants pass and merlin and quite a few around the state this is definitely my favorite but when I read some of the other reviews I almost cant believe some of the reasons people are giving them a bad review first I noticed complaints about how there flower is prepackaged and i believe its to help try to keep the buds from getting dried out ive been to other dispensary where they have a big jar the flowers are in and that looks cool but every time they open it to get flower out they release moisture out of the jar drying out the flower and the second big complaint is about wait time witch is due to covid regulations totally nothing they can do about that. they are a popular dispensary and there is almost always a line thats a great sign of a good business in my opinion ive personally spent thousands hear been going for years and ive only had one bad product and when I returned with it they gave me a nice discount. By far the best dispensary in the valley!!!!

Cafe Verde is a very basic dispensary. They have somewhat friendly budtenders and a decent selection. The big problem I have with this dispensary is that ALL of the flower they sell is very dry and you do not get to see any of the flower prior to purchase. It is ALL prepackaged. They do have pictures on display of the flower they sell, but the pictures do not accurately represent the flower you will receive. As I have read in other reviews, the budtenders try to have long conversations with customers regardless of how many people are still waiting. I would suggest going to another dispensary if you have the opportunity. The one thing that this dispensary has over other dispensaries is that they are open until 8pm whereas other dispensaries in the area close a 7pm

Unbeatable prices, wicked selection, and phenomenal customer service.

As a grower of 4 years and a veteran id say to please steer clear of this establishment. I started coming here after things started getting better because my family owns a business up the road not even a mile away, the associate who i usually deal with is very helpful and knowledgeable. I understand sometimes when product is sold that there will be defects and not everything is perfect but when i spend 40 on a cartridge i expect it to be filled, especially from a brand i buy LITERALLY every 3 days. I can literally go across town and buy the same brand of cartridge and not have a quarter of it missing. Tried bringing it back and was told thats just how much air comes in cartridges. Im sorry but im pretty well versed in this business and wont be lied to. Not going back.

This is probably the slowest dispensary in all of Oregon. The budtender feel it is necessary to have 15 minute conversations with every single customer not realising theres other customers waiting in the lobby. You can drive to Rogue River in visit a different dispensary in the time it takes this one to help 1 customer. They either need to let more customers in the store or stop the unnecessary conversations and move it along. On top of the extremely long wait times the quality isnt even that good for the prices. Save yourself the wait and just drive to Rogue River.

I got some flower from this place and they told me I cant even look at the flower I am purchasing due to covid. I understand taking safety procedures seriously but every other dispensery I go to other then this one will not only let me see the flower, they have a hand fan that they hold up to the flower to let me smell sample it. Needless to say if I got to at least see the flower I was purchasing I wouldnt have purchased. It seems pretty shady to pre-pack your flower in bags you cant see through... at least get bags that are clear on one side so people can see what they are purchasing. Other then that the prices are nothing to praise but the gummies and cartridges are well priced. So I couldnt give 1 star. Just a honest review.

They have great product and staff are very helpfull, they do have alot of sales on product but a little on the spendy side.

I do understand that these are difficult times, but... If youre going to limit access to one person at a time, I suggest you also limit the amount of time a given customer can monopolize your facility. I just spent half an hour in your lobby with no where to sit while the person ahead of me tried to decide what they wanted. Theres nothing you have in stock thats worth wasting that amount of time when there are other dispensaries nearby who are far more accessible.

My first visit was yesterday, and I was amazed! Lots to choose from. The bud tender was very knowledgeable. The flower was very tasty and a great price. I do recommend their carts as well. ❤️ You guys rock!

As a long time oregon resident whom helped legalize marijuana, I found cafe verde to be one of the most disrespectful and almost abusive dispensaries I have been to. The woman working there spoke to me in very condescending and degrading tone. Felt I was treated like a drug addict because I was seeking a legal herb for my pain. We worked hard to make marijuana accessable to everyone only to be judged and treated like dirt for patronizing a dispensary.

I would like to change my previous review I didn’t know or have any idea or understanding of what I was doing at the time I wish I could apologize or take it back because it turns out that Cafe Verde is actually the best dispensary in Grants Pass in my opinion they have proven to be exceptional and top notch on all levels Cafe Verde your whole team goes hard keep up the greatness

Ive been to every dispensary from Merlin to medford and out of the around 3 dozen dispensarys ive been to, this has the biggest selection, the best prices, and the happiest, upbeat and helpful staff in the valley. I spend hundreds here and would recommend anyone to do the same! I usually have to go from place to place getting one thing here and there but Im able to come here and get everything I need.BEST PLACE IN TOWN!

My new favorite! They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are also very conveniently located. I highly recommend them to anyone. They have a huge selection of edibles, flowers and concentrates. My go to now.

CAFE Verde cultivates some of the most funky fire around. This place is the stank bank.

We used to visit this place before it was re-branded, I went the other day because there hours are better and I space things out. I was surprised, very well done on the remodel, prompt professional service, clean. In and out. Just wish they had a drive up window LOL. Wouldnt that be a gas, Ill have two tacos with a 3 gram salad LMAO

Worst dispensary Ive ever been to, they charge $9 for a pre roll that was 7%! I couldnt believe how they are ripping off their customer base out thereTake the extra couple minutes and drive down the road the the one in Rouge River I believe

Lots of options. I was in there for flower tho and nothing was displayed in glass jars or anything visible. All display bud was small nuggets in mylar bags that the budtender squeezed in order to allow you to smell. I bought an eighth of a strain in high hopes of some fire, but I recieved a sealed non see thru package and when I got home opened it to find larfy stemy stuff.I think what would make this a better experience would be to allow visible display of what the customer is possibly buying. Sales are being lost off this

I was disappointed to say the least. We had to stand in line one at a time like grade school and after waiting 20 minutes in the cold, the dude at the counter was rude, the weed was garbage. I’ll never go back.

This place is incredible, for sensilovers of all kinds! They have the most selection Ive ever seen of o.g cannabis which is such a clean concentrate with no fake terps! Ok deals, but staff isnt knowledgeable about product. Two employees here insisted that cannabinoid content and THC content are the same thing. Also unorganized - takes them a while to find any product in the drawers. Theyre never sure whether their weedmaps menu is current or not.I called with questions about menu items, which seemed to irritate them due to their lack of knowledge. They insisted they could better assist me if I just stopped by. While there, I asked the employee to show me a few Sativa-dominant strains of wax with a high THC content. He says if I just look in the case, I can find it myself. I explained I was in a rush and wasnt familiar with the product layout in his store, so a employee showing me would be more helpful than me looking around. He starts presenting me with indicas. After correcting him, he starts showing me Sativa strains with the highest cannabinoid content listed on the front. When I point out that I asked about the THC content, he says oh, its the same thing, but its not. After flipping the packet over, the THC percentage is clearly listed on the back separately, a completely different number. He then justifies his error with well yeah, but....they pretty much go hand in hand, so.... Dont lie just to make a sale.

This is the worst dispensary Ive been to in Oregon. I got concentrate from dab factory and it was unsmokable. I called about a return and they said they dont do them. Its hard to want to buy from a business that doesnt stand behind their products.
