My doctor released me from the use of oxygen more than two months ago. Lincare got the notice. I have called them six times to come and pick up their equipment. They have not responded. I am about to move and don’t know what to do with the equipment. They say if I leave it out front they will charge me. I’m going to send a letter to the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Federation. I’m so angry.

I had my residence burn and all my equipment with it. The whole staff was very helpful with replacement. One man James was visiting from the Medford store went above and beyond making sure I had a bipap before I left. Thanks to the whole staff and especially you James.

Im new to cpap and its been a long process getting on a machine finally. This place has been a terrible experience for me. I have been having mask issues since I got the setup from them, they only have a cpap specialist in once a week, and its nearly impossible to get a call back. After finally getting a mask change from the first one as it was irritating my septum they gave me a large of the next one without measuring and it was too big... So for 2 weeks now Ive been trying to get a different one or a smaller one and Im told i need to wait for a smaller size ordered even though I made it clear I would be glad to try a different mask entirely. Im taking my business to medford if there isnt another option here as this is the last thing I want to be worrying about.

All I wanted was a CPAP headgear. $29 on the internet. Prescription Needed! What a racket. I have a HSA card...simple...No wonder the internet sales is going to take over the world.Good luck in the future...I will not be returning and the reviews below show Im not alone.James Lowe

Rude, unfriendly and not helpful at all. Terrible customer service, if there was a way to give them zero stars, thats what I would give them. :(

Not helpfull at all with cpap machine and mask fitting procedures they offer 3 but will not let you be try on any only every 6 months not happy so you have to be sore and uncomfortable um not also very rude on phone
