The tire price was a little higher then I expected... BUT The owner Keith is a super nice and caring man.. he went out of his way to help me and my family get back on the road to Arizona.. he even went the extra mile and picked my family 👪 up from the freeway and took them to his shop.. THE F-IN tow truck took FOREVER.. so he ended up taking them to a hotel... he actually didnt have to do any of that ..but found it in his heart to help us out... and the next morning I walked all the way to his shop(( had no wheels and I guess that town dont have any taxi or Uber service)) he seen me and the First thing he said was how did you get here.. I was going to fix your car and bring it to your hotel... I was like WHAT... SO THANK YOU KEITH.. YOU ROCK.. and you made a bad day good...

The owner (Keith) is such a kind hearted man. He went above and beyond to help us find a wheel for our car. I recommend him for any kind of car need. Thank you sir!

They Always do a great job on my vehicle

We were driving back home on a 25 hr trip when our van started running hot. These guys got back on the road at a very reasonable price and even sent us to an amazing local place for lunch. Really nice people. They turned a bad situation into a chance to meet some really nice people.If you need mechanical help in this area these guys can help you out.

Excellent service. I needed the fuel filter replaced on our E-450 with a 7.3 liter diesel engine. This is a very challenging job. Riverside handled the job expertly and quickly. The cost was reasonable. I highly recommend Riverside Auto and Diesel Repair.

They expertly fixed my bent leaf spring hanger on my travel trailer. Also got two new trailer tires installed. Friendly and knowledgeable. Very reasonable. We were fortunat to come by when they werent too busy.

I took my vehicle there to get my transfercase replaced because their price was reasonable which now was a big mistake. When I got my vehicle back it wasnt shifting and my speedometer wasnt working. Come to find out the wires, plugs were not properly installed back. I told them about this but they will not admit to any mistake they did. I feel that this mechanic is NOT a certified mechanic. This garage is not only dishonest, but more, there are no certified mechanics working there. The owner is unreliable and going through serious personal problems making his work and supervision scant and unreliable. There is no oversight in the garage. People there might be friendly as other posts suggest, but every employee there will stab your back or ruin your car, or both. This post is not a personal vendetta. Im trying to warn you from further damages to your car by dishonest and incompetent people. Do not patronize this shop. Owner is especially predatory with women.

I was skeptical about Riverside Auto and Diesel Repair after looking at the reviews. They seem to be hit and miss, but this is where my Roadside Assistance insurance had my truck towed.My trucks shifter suddenly would not put the transmission into any gear. I was stuck in Park. A dishonest shop could easily have conned my into spending hundreds to get it fixed. Instead, they quickly found and replaced the broken part, getting me back on the road in less than 90 minutes and for under $100.Okay, yes there are dog toys in the waiting area, but I did not see the dog, a two year old chihuahua, till I was paying my bill. Thats too bad, because I would have enjoyed hanging out with him while the truck was being fixed.I dont plan on breaking down in Grants NM again, but if I do, Ill bring my truck back here.

****** DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE****Well I had them rated a 5 star but after leaving with the truck and getting 5 miles down the road it starting getting hot again after them putting a new water pump on and putting antifreeze in it. We went back they purged the system added a little antifreeze it ran fine then get 20 miles down the road and started getting hot again. We brought it to the Dodge Dealership in Gallup, they tell us that Riverside Auto and Repair put the wrong anti-freeze in it and possibly didnt clean where the old water pump was and got some trash in the new pump or thermostat causing it to get hot. Ive called numerous times to speak with Keith the owner and he wont return my call. We paid them over $200 for this service and now we are going to have to pay more at the Dodge dealership to have them flush the system since they put the wrong anti-freeze in it and messed up the water pump or thermostat... I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!
