My kids absolutely love popping into this place anytime were at the Grapevine Mall. They always have something for everyone. I picked up a few Stephen King books for myself and this puzzle book for my son. Staff is always nice and helpful, and everything is always neat and organized.

This bookstore is perfect...they have thousands of books with sections and subsections.There is also educational toys for kids as well.The staff is so nice and friendly.You can order online and pick up from the store.

Such a cute store, I could spend all day looking through all of their product and probably never run out of things to check out. First thoughts were that its the perfect place to start Christmas shopping or picking up gifts for friends and family. They have something for everyone.

The book store itself tends to be great. I’ve personally always preferred Barnes and Nobles, but BAM is good for convenience. However, when using the website to order a book, I inputted my gift card, and it charged me four dollars for no reason. Later, when I tried purchasing the book again, it claims that I had a bad connection and it wouldn’t work no matter what I did. Overall, absolutely horrible website that needs work.

Love this store. Has something for everyone including my little boy! Boardgames, books, toys, and more. We always visit this place during every visit to the mall.

First off, I love book stores. Though in this case Books a Million is something special. Huge selection, not simply books but also writing, art, teaching, gaming, collecting. Just walking around the store is a treat. Very worth the visit.

Then once you wait the 14 days, they make you wait another 3-5 days for said refund.I’ve purchased with this company before, and nothing like this has ever remotely happened before. The way they do shipping is absurd as well. UPS first and then transfer to USPS (surprise surprise this transfer is where my shipment got lost). I’m extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with them. Customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful.Save yourself the headache, go to Barnes and Noble instead. I’ve never had any negative experiences like this one with Barnes and Noble.

Going to a bookstore is a good way to lose yourself for an hour. The store has an excellent selection of games, books and novelty items. I enjoyed looking through the clearance section and left with a handful of new books.

Great selection of books and all kinds of interesting things. I ended up with a t shirt. You can grab a good read as well as a good conversation starter.

The customer service needs much improvement. My boyfriend and I sat in the store quietly reading. The store associates were aware of our presence, and said nothing to us.Out of the blue, the manager yells at us from across the store and firmly stated “you cannot sit and read.” My boyfriend sat on the floor and I sat on the edge of a book shelf.She did not approach us quietly or with respect. It was embarrassing. I’ve never experienced such harsh treatment at a bookstore.We did nothing to aggravate the staff and was quiet the entire time we shopped. We do not know what provoked her, but that was not okay. Her approach was not necessary.

It was nice to go into a book store. Plenty of great choices. You cannot replace browsing the aisles of a book store with computers.

It was overall a great experience had a large variety of books and accessories to choose from the customer service was excellent and helped me get set up with discounted prices with the membership plan and helped me with everything that I needed would highly recommend anyone that is passing by in the mall.

I brought my kids to choose their summer reading books. I leave this to them, so I hang back and wait. I sat on the floor to wait. This guy with curly hair comes by and tells me (AS HE CLAPS HIS HANDS ) Maam we need to get off the floor. I dont have an issue with the request. But I did have an issue with the hand clapping. He also did this as he was guiding to other young men with him, So I had an audience. I was embarrassed by it so I grabbed my kids and left. The clapping was unnecessary. Do Better please.

Great place, its quiet and peaceful and can serve as a momentarily getaway from the chaos outside, my only complaint is the lack of stock for some manga but its understandable seeing how it some series can boost in popularity in a short amount of time

Books a million is just flat out a great store! Whether you want a page turner to pass the time, a record to sooth your soul, or a board game for the whole family, this is the place to get it! They have an amazing rewards program and the staff is very helpful. Quantity is sacrificed for quality though, as the store is a bit understaffed, and employees are hard to find.

This place always has really cool stuff. I wish I could resist walking in and walking around. I see things from Avatar: The Last Airbender, Harry Potter, and all sorts of other fun things that I dont see elsewhere. Maybe Ill have to leave my wallet outside from now on.

Ive shopped here a handful of times. Theres is a wide selection and I recommend coming in. Even though today reading books for fun isnt as common I advise everyone to give it a try as an alternative to watching TV. Not only do they have books but they have fan themed toys and whatnot. Great place to distract the mind and shop for information, education or just entertainment.

Great customer service! I was looking for a specific book and the associate helped me find it right away. While they could not price match their online price for my item, the associate helped me order it online for in store pick up, which only took about twenty minutes to process and picked up. I was so surprised and pleased by the service here, seeing as its a popular store in such a busy mall!

They have such a wide variety of things here. I just went in because my son really likes this store. I wasnt looking for anything in particular, but I came out with Christmas presents for my coworkers. The gifts were perfect for them and on sale which was even better.

Got to mall at 11am to get in and out of store with my girls as Glickman as possible but was meet at door from an employee who said only 5 people in the store at the same time since there inventory was being done today..... poor planning on store owners part. There was multiple people who left due to the wait.... there had to be at least 20 ppl inside doing inventory. Why would you do this on a Sunday? Especially when store opens at 11am. Why not do it before opening or after hours... limiting your customers will not pay your pay check...sorry you have lost 5 customerstodaySorry

Spent three hours here waiting for a date to show up, love the wide variety of books and pop figures! The date might not have been worth it, but I dont regret the time I spent exploring the store!

I went in looking for a very specific Funko Pop, which they unfortunately did not have. However, their customer service is top notch! The lady that I spoke with was very kind, and I really appreciate the time she spent speaking with me and assisting me!I would highly recommend them simply because of their customer service!!!
