Wife ordered an edible arrangement 5 days before a baby shower. The day of she called early morning and left a voicemail to confirm the order was good. Owner calls 10-15 minutes after and says there’s no one to handle it and she is boarding a plane for a family emergency.We understand things happen but a communication the day before via email or text or even calling to let us know they can’t do it so we can plan ahead of time. Even having one of your employees reach out would be totally fine.Poor planning.

Asked for all fruit to be dipped in chocolate. Strawberries etc. not a one. Where is balloon. They deserve a zero. Shame on this store. Don’t use it.

As a planned delivery company there are TWO things you should do well. DELIVER ON TIME & COMMUNICATION. They failed both.I ordered a week in advance for a delivery to be made on Valentine’s Day, which coincidentally is also my wife’s birthday. We are out to dinner today(the day before) for her and I get a call notifying me the delivery driver is at my house. He says yes it’s early but when will you be home. Driver sounds very inconvenienced and wants to bring it to the restaurant. Either way the meal is interrupted. We cut the dinner short and go home to meet them. Items were all fine except the flowers were beat up. If you’re going to deliver EARLY you MUST at least contact the customer to check availability and let them know what’s going on. The first call or communication I get from you should not be you at my door saying “uh yeah you’re not home and I know it’s early”. No sh*t I’m not home, I had a PLANNED. delivery for the next day. Not to mention they charge extra for Valentine’s Day delivery and then deliver it a different day! I’m sorry that I, the customer who planned everything out, inconvenienced you, the company, because you couldn’t be bothered to communicate with me ahead of time!

Communication is key! We were interrupted with a phone call cutting our birthday/Valentine’s dinner date earlier we couldn’t even eat our meal. Please call ahead of time don’t inconvenience the customer due to the lack of communication. Also please deliver flowers that aren’t snapped in half. Spending over $100 for something that was suppose to be special was just a terrible experience. Customer service representative didn’t even care in the slightest. Show some sort of emotion when it’s the company’s fault. Don’t make the customer feel belittled. Be better.

One start is a star too many.February 12, 2020 I place the largest order for chocolate covered strawberries that they offer. Totaling $125.19.It is February 14th, 2020 at 9:39pm and the recipient has not received placed order.I did not receive a phone call or even an email about a delay in my order.I called the store. No answer. Automated answering service informing about the wait. I waited & I waited. Then I hung up.I tried to contact corporate, “sorry we are closed at this time.”I fully understand that Valentines Day is a BIG one for them, but customer service should be A TOP PRIORITY. I placed my order TWO DAYS BEFORE!A phone call, even a cowardly email wouldve completely changed the outcome of this.At this moment right now, $125.19 has been stolen from me & my valentine has NO CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES!This was the first and also the last time I will be using any Edible Arrangements location & I will tell every single person I know.

Their products are good but pricey. The other issue is that they don’t have info online about the serving size of the bouquets. I have to call and ask every time I order.

If I can give them ZERO that would be worst. They have transferred my ordered to different location without telling me and MISSED to fulfill Birthday order. I called them next day on phone for 20 mins they hung up on me so I call back again they have nerve to tell me they are busy and don’t have curtesy to be nice to their customer.They couldn’t fulfill my order till 3 days later, they couldn’t refund me because it was transferred from other store and all of this was not enough sales person told me “ ma’am this is not mom n pop store we are franchise so our things are systematic” I just want to laugh and say Good Luck Edible Arrangements if you can survive with your poop like business ethics.

I use edible arrangements often. I ordered a mothers day combo for my mom and picked it up at the store since that was part of the special deal. The whole process is straight forward and they even finished my order almost an hour ahead of time... On mothers day. Not bad. Will continue to use them often.

Worst customer service that I have ever seen. 1st did not tell me about delivery charge or 19.99 until my card was ran. Then on delivery date did not deliver all the paid products. When called the store took over 30min on hold the was disrespected by the associate. Was told it Valentines Day and mistakes happen sorry if we are not happy. Will never use Grapevine location again. If I could give zero stars I would so ticked off.

So I ordered a mug with chocolate covered strawberries online for my girlfriend. The mug online was not what was in store which is fine but they are refusing to refund it because my girlfriend ate the strawberries out of it, which is understandable, but they were rude in telling my girlfriend this, so rude they made her cry. I called up to the store to try to work out their problem with my order and they told me of very rudely too. This is the last time I will ever use this companies services.

Ordered Valentines gift to be delivered. Got email saying they did not deliver it and Nothing else. I was charged and when I called all I got was automatic answering machine. When I called to place an order they answered immediately. Very disappointed and will tell everyone not to use this company.
