Ive ordered some shoes that you could not buy down here. I still have not gotten my shoes. I dont know what the deal is but I work with thousands of people at DFW Airport and believe me you are not getting a good review.This is ridiculous and Im just going to get my money back. Welcome folks to the new and lazy United States.

OMG the patience of Job they are amazing. My favorite pair of shoes on my First nephews birthday my 💓. He is RIP. My day could have been gloomy I spent it shopping and being cared for. The people were amazing

Came in undecided not knowing what I wanted, but DRE and ALEJANDRO helped me out find a perfect shoe for myself. Only 2 of them in the store with a lot of customers and they still were getting to everyone while still being able to help me. Perfect service right here, man.

This shop has huge variety and budget friendly as well.The stuffs are good.I used to buy my sports shoes and my wife love to buy her sandals from here during summer.They have a large collection of sandals with different design.and they are durable as well.she used to use it very regularly during summer.Only downside is sometimes you are not able to get another pair of shoes as it is not organized properly

Poor shoe store, just like every other foot locker! They only carry these big gorilla shoes! Never have anything below a size 11! Why bother even going in store anymore when all they can do is order them for you! Your better off shopping online!

Horrible service.ive never had a problem with footlocker ever until yesterday when i was going to get some WHITE shoes and ended up getting what was a mix of a white shoe with yellow stains and used soles.the shoes had already been used pretty heavily and they didnt even come in a good box the box was all crumpled and torn everywhere i went to go return them as soon as i noticed these problems and what was supposed to be the manager whose name is Lauren C. Had the worst behavior ive ever seen from a manager she started blaming us and calling us dumb for buying those shoes and the person who sold me the shoes Ethan R. Said it was my fault because he showed me the shoes before i bought them and told me they were the only ones they had which were all lies because he just gave me the box without saying a word to me never going to footlocker ever again on the other hand finish line had very nice and honest people there unlike footlocker

The worst cashier ever Ms Laurenn was so dumb she gave me the wrong tenis shoes she made pay for the wrong tennis shoe and than she told me that it was my mistake, than gave me cash back wrong! She needs a brain and calculator pls!

I was overheating in my boots while visiting the mall so I stopped to get some cheap other shoes - the staff there were so accommodating and did everything they could to find shoes for me! And they did! I wear them every single day now!

This has to be the most incompetent shoe store in the DFW area! I swear the manager Lenny is trash and the one assistant manager they have tries to help but it doesnt fix the issues. ALL of the workers just stand there looking crazy like what is going on????I ordered a pair of shoes in-store and had them delivered to the store, got the delivery conformation that the shoes were in. So i go to the store to pick them up and 1st NO ONE has the key to the post bin to check for packages bc the manager has the key and he is on vacation. 2nd they tell me they cant find the order or my shoes and that I will need to come back when the assistant mgr is back and to no avail he tells me the exact same thing!!!! Like really why are you guys even open if you cant help with a simple pick up order???? This store is TRASH guess thats why they are not a high performing store.....

They don’t have a phone number you can call them at for questions. Every time I call it says the phone is busy I’ve called 25 times throughout the past 2 hours. Hoping to get information before I drive 30 minutes to the location to buy something I’m not sure if it’s there. Very annoyed.
