The staff at Visionworks is very professional and kind. They were patient as I tried on several frames they then had to clean and they made recommendations on which frames they thought looked best on my face.Karina was very helpful and made sure I understood every detail of my purchase. She talked me through all of my options and was patient while I was a little indecisive. She made recommendations on what choices I could make that would meet my needs and my budget.Overall, this was the most pleasant and simplest glasses buying experience Ive had in decades of buying glasses. My mother and I have had nothing but the best service from this Visionworks. They have been incredibly helpful with ordering glasses, getting them adjusted, and navigating insurance. Jose is awesome, but all of the staff are great and friendly. I would highly recommend coming here for glasses, especially if you need them quickly.

I recently took my father here for glasses we had been to 3 other places and he wasnt satisfied with any of them. I was told about this location by a friend who had a good experience here, so I decided it was worth a shot. We drove from Mansfield to Grapevine and let me tell you it was well worth the drive. We worked directly with the manager Mayra, my father still was recovering from surgery was a little grumpy, the patience Mayra had with him was an exceptional experience. They were not overly helpful, just two people in the store and the one who helped me was a bit lackadaisical and had a sour disposition overall. Kept commenting on how the company had been sold over and over again. It also took almost 3 weeks to get my sun glasses and normal glasses that were BOGO at $500.00! Is that really BOGO or is it just a ploy? Doesnt seem like much of a bargain at $500.00. No, I did not pick expensive frames or lenses and I have a relatively common Rx. No bifocals or progressives, just a normal pair of prescription glasses and sun glasses. In any event, I would suggest shopping around and look for real deals with a more pleasant and attentive staff.

Not recommended. Horrible quality brand new Nike Frame that didnt last 4 months. Parts falling off when they shouldnt be!! Ripped off. Why are they selling damaged inventory to unassuming customers?

My prescription expired I get that but my insurance doesn’t kick in until July. I needed some contacts just to get me through and of course they can’t help at all! The want me to pay full price for an exam when I will have my insurance next month! Not helpful at all with the situation! I thought they were better than America’s Best but I was sadly mistaken!

Not happy with customer service. Bought 3 pairs of glasses almost a year ago and have had many problems with lenses falling out. Been back to various stores to get repaired. After last vacation ruined by lenses falling out numerous times, I returned to place of purchase in Grapevine, Tx.Their solution.......”Don’t buy this type of frame next time.” ????????Lenses still pop out with danger of being lost.You can bet I wont buy the same frames......Definintely wont be returning to buy from Visionworks!Feel the solution they offered IS UNSATISFACTORY.
