I cannot remember for the life of me what her name was, but one of the ladies I worked with was WONDERFUL! I came to them about 6 months ago and the ring I had chosen online was out of production and no longer selling. Instead of sending me away or trying to oversell me, she did searches based on my budget and the style I was looking for. She based it off of my original wish and found something beautiful well within my budget and I was able to spring for all of their offered warranties! Absolutely wonderful! 6 months later and my fiance is still in love with her ring, no problems, and I am still pleased with their service.

We live Zales Outlets. We picked out my engagement ring at one and on a recent trip to Grapevine we decided to get our wedding bands at one as well. They were very busy when we first walked in but someone got to us pretty quickly. They were so friendly, patient and helpful. They really want you to love your jewelry. We found both our wedding bands here and are very happy with our experience at this location.

I walking in as El Cheapo, the sales ladies was very patient with me and with my tite grip on my wallet. I ended up purchasing a ring, that was steal, because of the numerous discounts. My wife absolutely love the ring and band.

This Zales store is great. Brenda has been awesome and such a blessing during the process of choosing our rings. I certainly recommend her. She understood our wants, needs, and budget. The outcome was perfect. If I have any questions, I know I can always call her. Ive worked with the other sales reps when she has been busy, and they also have been helpful.

Talk about racial profiling the lady there was rude and not willing to help me although when she did talk to me it was with an attitude n was very short with me. Then a caucasian person walks in and its all smiles n greetings never will I shop there again..zales is overrated anyway !

I did go in the store. I was approached right way. I did get the impression that since I was not buy at the time I was wasting her time.

I purchased a warranty on my jewelry the clamp on my necklace broke and the lady in the store said it only covered mt diamonds she said she would fix it but instead she went in the back for 10 min brought my necklace back said it was fixed and she had done nothing didnt replace the clamp I would have paid to have it fixed or got another one but she act like she didnt want to do it in the first place thats horrible customer service and a waist of my time because I would have paid for repairs but she just straight up lied to me she hadnt done nothing I was in there on 3/22/2018 she played me like a fool I didnt know it wasnt fixed until I got home and looked at it.
