Took several pieces of my wife’s jewelry to be inspected and cleaned. The manager Devon Bell was the most rude individual I have ever encountered managing a store. I could not believe how poorly his behavior was. Never had an issue with helzberg before but I will never set foot in that store again
When we walked in we were immediately greeted by Devon and Ashley. We explained what we wanted in an engagement ring. They didnt try to get us into something else, they listened and after some time looking we found a perfect one. What I really appreciated was they never asked for a hard budget, then tried to find something right at that amount. Rather, they worked to find something we loved.If it didnt say Outlet on the front you would not know its an Outlet store based on the great service inside, which was better than many non-outlet jewelry stores we went to.
Oh my goodness! Rick was such a great associate. He knew when to jump in and help out, and he knew when to take a step back and let us do our own thing. He’s full of energy and HILARIOUS! He has such a true and genuine personality that made our shopping experience wonderful.Would definitely go here just for Rick! Thanks man!
We got a very good deal on a wedding ring set. Bill Musavvir was very helpful and listened to what we wanted and were looking for. I totally recommend him.
They were extremely accommodating to service my wedding ring that was bought through another Helzberg store! The workers were very kind and compassionate to get my ring taken care of at no cost to me :)
I walk in about noon no one was there to help the associates in my opinion whee hiding i walked out and took my businesses to another store i will give them one more chance on Saturday i hope they make up for last time i will update this review to let you all know
The WORST customer service you will ever encounter. The Manager has no regards to loyal customers or how to even say the right thing. This place is an absolute joke.We order a ring from them in store and then go to check out. At that time they asked if we had a credit card with them and we stated that we did. They look us up and said that the card was canceled due to inactivity after 2 years. So we went ahead and trusted them and reapplied for another card and completed our order. They told us that we would get a call from them after a week and the ring should be at our house no later than 10 days, 14 days later we call them and ask about the ring and they said it was still not ready and they would call us back. Another week goes by and still no phone call, so he calls them again and they said it was ready for pick-up, even though we requested shipping at the time of purchase. So at this point we are pretty upset and they expedite the shipping, after it was shipped went to search the tracking number and it said incorrect address. So we call FedEx to see what we could do and they said nothing, the store had to make the call and change the address. That took another day, Finally got the ring after almost a month. The manager had no regards in trying to make the situation better.Now 3 weeks later come to find out the credit card that they said was canceled was never canceled. We found all this out when trying to pay the bill to Capitol one. It turns out that the credit card does not expire for 5 or 6 years. So we call customer service, who then links us to the store and the only thing she could say is that from the bottom of her heart she knows no one would lie to us and that she was sorry.Helzberg Diamonds has lost a loyal customer.

I purchased my first Pre-owned Rolex from here, and the experience was excellent. Ive returned since then just to get my watch cleaned, and each time someone comes over and greets me almost immediately.
