The installation team was on time, professional, walked me through our capabilities, and ensured the job was done correctly.Pros: Competitive pricing, responsive, knowledgeable staff who have done many installationsCons: Lacks inventory, so don’t expect same week installations. Used these guys for the second time..last time was 8 years ago when they were STARLIGHT. Still the same owner, great work and service! Had them update our media room which the kids now enjoy with 4K, and also give us an automated home with whole house audio and music and update our outdoor too. Great service and love the 24/7 support they now have. Highly recommend!

These people are not professional at all. We signed up with them in 2018 for multimedia and control 4 setup for security as well. First of all, they are overpriced--its our mistake we did not realize that. But they completed our project after 1 year. They offered price match when I wanted to buy my own Tvs and never honored it. They double billed us and also made us buy extra stuff which we returned. They never paid for ay of these amounting to $3000 to 4000. Also their system is more complicated than the newer systems coming now. We contacted them multiple times, email, phones and also personally but in vain over the last 2 years They just dont want to return our money. Beware!

Had a large project done by STELLAR and they outperformed. We had been researching the right home theater and automation company to work on our custom build by one of the largest custom builders in Dallas. We decided to not go with the builders AV guy, but with STELLAR given the attention to detail from Shanes team! We finished our build late last year and STELLAR has been one of the best subs to work with. Our 32 zones of audio and 24 zones of video work flawlessly! Our theater room is just amazing and all the automation features (gates, shades, garage, lighting) work great. Beyond this, the service from STELLAR has kept up to its name! They are able to remote in and fix things even without us knowing. The concierge team calls to check in and so does Shane! If you are working on a project that you want to go right, I highly recommend checking these guys out. They definitely knocked it out of the park for us.

I shopped around quite a bit! Went to some custom stores and Big box stores in the area. No one matched the knowledge and design experience as these guys at Stellar. Had my Theater fully done.

Excellent service. Professional and efficient for an extensive installation. Edgar was very accommodating and professional during the development and management of the project. Evan was very honest and insightful as the lead technician. Very pleased with the end product. Would highly recommend for big and small projects.

Sales experience was great. Got a full rendering for a room conversion project. I did a full room conversion of my Game room to a Media Room and I should say the finished product looked exactly like my rendering.

Excellent service during and after the job got done . My system caused problems on a late Friday evening, 3 months after completion of the project. I was able to get in touch with Shane, the owner of the company, who walked me through some steps to resolve the issue. Gilbert called me the following morning to remote into my system and resolve most of the issues to get it working again. He was very patient while we worked to resolve the issue. I am glad to have chosen them for our home automation project. All the technicians and the owner Shane Bala are very professional, personable and responsible individuals. I have been able to get the owner on his cell phone at all times of the day and night without fail.

The Stellar team installed a home theater system for me a couple of months ago. Their service and expertise lived up the name Stellar! Their technicians were professional and reliable throughout the project. Weve been very pleased with the system we now enjoy several nights each week.

I highly recommend Stellar Home Theater. Jerrit came to my house to see what was needed and did not pressure me in any way. The two men who did the installation treated my home as if it were their own. They were neat, timely and worked well together. I am hoping to have more work done by Stellar and would want them back to do the work. Excellent service from start to finish.

Fantastic work by the STELLAR team! We did a very large project including 14 TVs, 24 zones of speakers, shades, lighting, garage, security et al! Love their work...they started and finished on time. The work was fantastic. Project management was great, and the concierge service is on the money! Glad i made this choice. I shopped around quite a bit, and went with a company (other than who the builder worked with), and was very glad I picked this team! Paul, Adam, Gil and team ..kudos to these guys!

Terrible customer service, you guys should really get some training on how to talk to customers. I dont need a salesman texting me whats up with your attitude over a text, sounds like something my wife would say. All I want is my refund of my deposit back, i already paid for the pre wiring and its holes in my walls in my brand new home. I dont want you guys service because YOUR attitude changed because I wanted to finance instead of paying cash Jake. Give me my money back Stellar so we wont have any issues.**update**After talking with the Shane the President of the company, he apologized the way I was handled and promised that he would give me a refund. But also asked for my service and he would take care of the install for my media room, after speaking with him and agreeing on some things Im happy to say we worked something out. I had Stellar outfit my media and game room with home automation, video, and sound a few months ago. I had some issues when I switched from Verizon to Charter cable. They immediately sent over Jack Ortiz and he effortlessly fixed everything that was wrong with my system. This is my second interaction with Jack who is hands down the best tech guy they have! I would recommend Stellar to my neighbors and friends. Hands down the best selection in AV and audio for Keller, Southlake, Colleyville, and Grapevine. After months of requesting service to fix issues, with NO response, we have hired another company. They laughed at Stellar’s work, and said “unfortunately ma’am, many of our clients come from unhappy Stellar customers who need all their issues fixed, that Stellar is unable or unwilling to repair.”I would give 0 stars to this company if I was able.We were instructed to use this company by our builder, who I found out, has a deal with them 💲💲💲- we didn’t check reviews at the time because we trusted our builder.
