I just called to get a quote on a replacement window and was told it would be $125 just for someone to come out. No thanks. The woman on the other end of the phone was nice though.

I had new patio doors with blinds inside the glass installed. The entire process was smooth and everyone I encountered was wonderful from sales to office to installers. Says a lot about the company when everyone is wonderful. Efficient, on-time, professional. The sales guy wasn’t pushy, but rather knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. He answered all my questions and didn’t rush me. He even called following installation to check on everything. I love my new doors!

Love our Pinnacle Windows and Doors. Service is excellent. Kim adjusted our in-glass blinds. He was quick and efficient. He took the extra effort to make sure all sliding doors were greased and easy to open and close. Kim provided great customer service and educated us on the care of our Pella doors/windows. We love our between the glass blinds. They provide blackout and heat protection in the summer.

The quality of work by the installers was excellent. They were professional and fast, plus respectful. They were conscious of my cats not running out the door and placed a carton as a barrier. Im at awe with the final result. I had four doors installed, and Im completely satisfied. I will definitely contract them again. I already been recommending them to my family.

Good windows, they look nice. I was surprised that they took out each pane of our old windows separately rather than a whole window at a time, so it took longer, but they definitely did the job carefully and well. Enjoying the new windows!
