Excellent body work after we hit a deer coming through on a road trip. The car looks brand new after the work they did! Mike was personable and great to work with, he kept me updated throughout the process with ordering parts and how the car was coming together as I was out of state and had to coordinate transportation. I highly recommend Acme Body Shop!

An excellent body shop to do business with. CSRs do a great job communicating about your project and techs do awesome work getting your vehicle looking good and back on the road. Have done business here several times, always treats or sweets in the office by the coffee pot. Mike will make you laugh but will tell it to you straight when it comes to your cost and completion timelines. Paint matches are great, new parts are shiny, and they even washed off my muddy pickup. Hopefully we never hit a deer again, but IF we do, we’ll be back

Our vehicle was professionally repaired and we were kept in the loop on the progress via text which is nice to get a quick update when you dont have time to take a phone call. They even updated our insurance and car rental place so picking up our vehicle and dropping off the rental was smooth and painless. Highly recommend this place!

My car got rear-ended a while back and I took it in to Acme to get worked on. They ended up having to replace nearly my whole trunk and tails lights. Due to having a nice car, I went ahead and went through with it.I could not be more impressed by the quality of work and professionalism of this body shop. I also get my car detailed through them and they do a outstanding job every time. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Outstanding repair of my 3 month old CRV which suffered major front end damage due to a deer strike. Mike and crew kept me well informed along the course of the repair which was lengthy due to unavailability of some parts. Picked up the car and it looks brand new. Have driven it for two days now, no issues, everything works great.

Acne Body Shop is the only car-related business I have ever used that made me feel like I was in the loop and not taken advantage of. My car had several problems and they always welcomed me in to take a look. They even took an extra step and drove me to work several times while my car was being serviced. I cannot recommend them enough.

Took my truck in with some front bumper damage for an estimate. Staff was courteous and very knowledgeable on the parts and what work was to be done. They took photos and sent the requested information to my insurance company and upon my request went ahead and ordered the parts. They called and informed me the part was in earlier than expected so I was able to get my truck in a day earlier. During the repair they found that other parts were damaged so they made arrangements with my insurance to cover the extra cost and informed me immediately of the added repairs. All the repairs were done earlier than expected and when I picked up my truck it was washed and clean.. The shop did an excellent job on the repairs and I am very pleased with the results and the professionalism of the ACME staff..

I chose this business because I am a USAA policy holder and Acme is a preferred shop with my insurance company. It took 21 days to get the estimate (and a whole lot of excuses why it didn’t take the 2-3 days I was told at drop off), 147 days my car sat on their lot. The estimate said 30 days to fix. The parts needed were on a nationwide back order. On pick up date I walked with the Manager, Mike Sullivan, to my vehicle only to find the Caesar salad, sandwiches, and opened soda cans that we ate on the accident date left to marinate in my vehicle for the 5 months. That is the attention to detail they provided.The things that aggravated me enough to post my experience is are the following:1. Not once did Acme initiate a call informing me of the status. I only received a call if the insurance adjuster contacted them. It was so stressful calling the manufacturer and insurance adjuster for updates. Customers don’t like feeling forgotten.2. I wasn’t informed of the supplemental amendment of the estimate until I picked up my vehicle 5 months later. You changed a $22K estimate to $27,276.85 on a vehicle valued at $33,900.00. The initial estimate gave you the business. Your initial low estimate didn’t include all of the deployed airbags and the third seatbelt. I wonder if my car would have been totaled and saved my family these months of inconvenience and stress if the initial estimate would have been more accurate.3. After I got my vehicle back I drove it for 33 days with rattles and various other issues I returned it for repairs twice still not all problems fixed. My insurance had me go to a second repair shop, my vehicle was deemed unsafe to drive because according to GM a vehicle that has all airbags deploy must replace all in use seat belts which wasn’t identified with your shop. And guess what, the seatbelt was on backorder. We finally got our car back after 8 months, but at least you got your $27,276.85. Not military friendly!

I got a quote to repair a couple of dents in my dodge ram. They quoted over $2000.00. So I went to another shop and they quoted $608.00. They are a way too pricey for me.

This shop is a joke my family waited 3.5 months for there vehicle to get fixed and they got it back with orange peel that flaked off scratchy paint no running boards broken mirrors I give bad reviews for this company, @Eds auto body does amazing work tho
