I manage the Noxon, Montana location of Harlows School Bus Service, a national transportation company with locations in six states and Canada. We had new decals designed and applied by the team at Cat Graphics, in Great Falls, and they did a fantastic job, both in design and application. Im so unimpressed. A call made last week I spoke with Kyle. He was apparently too busy to even take my information down and completely disregarded the customer service aspect of his job while even saying he was too busy to even take basically hung up on me. I wont be giving my time or money to this place. Why and how have you not seen this behavior in the past with him? Ive asked a few of my friends about this place and almost everyone had the same response. Kyle doesnt care about his job and you are losing money because of it. If there was no star option i would have hit it. Be Professional!!!
