Truthfully, I havent had a better experience buying shoes. The customer service was excellent! They really cared about making sure you didnt walk out of that store with anything less than exactly what you needed. Their return policy is also very lax, meaning that returns are nice and easy should you need to make one. Certainly will be coming back for any footwear needs.

In town visiting and was looking for new tennis shoes. I have very flat feet and have a hard time finding shoes that have good arch support. Never heard of this store before and was about to pass it up but glad I didnt. They have more tennis shoe options than a sports store. Walked right in and was immediately greeted and assisted. The gentlemen that helped us was Reginald, I believe he was assistant manager but he was wonderful! Checked my (lack of) arches, grabbed my size, and pulled at least 6 different kinds of shoes. Not just ones that would help, but also those that wouldnt just so I would know what to look for in shoes. After finding a pair that I really liked he also showed us different products to help take care of them. Probably spent nearly an hour here and it was worth it. He really knew his shoes and what would work well and what wouldnt. Also showed us different orthotics that we could pair with the shoes to make them even better. Which he mentioned that some of their products have been signed with the store so only they sell them. Reginald really went above and beyond when assisting us and made the experience one to remember. I also work in retail and recognize a genuine hard worker when I see one.

I had been fighting with Plantar Facitis and losing.. Trying to find a working solution at my usual shoe stores wasnt getting me solutions for work and after work.My daughter dragged me to Trade Home shoes, and I was relieved to find their helpful staff who knew their products and helpful solutions that gave me immediate relief.I havent gone anywhere since.

Tl;dr: excellent service, knowledgeable salespeople who were willing to work with me to find and fine tune the correct shoe for my impaired goblin feet.Between degenerative arthritis, plantar fasciitis, Mortons neuroma, a stately set of hallux valgus, and a womens 12.5 shoe size, my feet are exceptionally difficult to shoe. Within half an hour at Tradehome Shoes, however, I found myself shod (Hoka One One Gaviota in Mens 10.5 W, for those keeping track.)More than finding the right shoe for my podiatric issues, the salesmen explained how each might help. I halfway listened, but was mostly just glad that each new pair felt better than the last, and that every shoe felt better than those I wore into the store.I was so impressed that I bought a pair without even cross referencing prices on Amazon. Tradehome Shoes is that good.

Searched all over town for a pair of boots and this was my last stop, this dude Kiante helped me find the perfect pair within minutes. Ive honestly never been happier 10/10 would shop again

I was in the store just browsing at the shoes since I was interested in buying some new shoes today, however the worker who was there today was very disrespectful, told us that we were cringy, and stated that we weren’t customers and were loitering because he thought we weren’t going to buy anything, then he told us that if we weren’t going to buy anything we needed to leave because we were wasting his time. Very disappointed with this customer service. Also ps it was the worker who looked like Maui from Moana who was being so disrespectful towards his customers.

Spent $300 for 2 pairs of shoes here, was told by the store manager that if they did not work out for any reason he would take care of me, well my foot was in so much pain and ribbed my foot raw, I took it back and they said no and he acted like he didnt know who I was, I will never buy from this store again,,your word is what you gave me and you sir are a liar
