Not only did they get my tires rotated during my lunch, they fixed the hand on my Darth Vader Lego Keychain. I kid you not! What awesome service. My Keychain was missing a hand, I was joking about it with them,, and when I came bwck his hand was replaced. The gentleman who waited on my said he had one in his desk.. Seriously they have a great fun atmosphere, good customer service, I have been coming here on and off since before I could drive actually!

I will definitely be back here. My first experience was calling them late on a Friday afternoon and they were very accommodating in getting me in to switch my tires over from winter to summer. I live 40 miles from town to this saved me a trip and I greatly appreciate it.

They do exactly what they say they will do, and actually seem to appreciate your business, no matter how small job it is!!!!

Despite how busy all of these guys were, Mark treated me with compassion and was accommodating to my emergency snow tire needs while I have been traveling. I called every place in town with no luck on a shipment until a week and these guys were able to get an overnight shipment of tires for me. It did cost me a bunch but it was well worth it and I appreciate a person who works with compassion. Thank you for keeping me safe 🙂

Came from Fort Benton to get a new tire and they had it done in literally 10 minutes with the easiest most polite service Ive ever seen. Really great guys.

Fast friendly service on a Saturday afternoon. I showed up near closing time and they got two flats up and running for me without issue. They even stayed 15-20 late to help me out. Thanks!!

Horrible professionalism and service. Take your money somewhere else. They said first come first serve yet my wife waited 1:50 min before calling me. 10 minutes later I arrive and politely asked he counter when she will be done and the amount of time she had been there. The guy jumped down my throat. I said roger that sir then went sat down to lower my blood pressure. I went back later and he said COVID got his employees taking $600 a month extra and work is understaffed. He could had tole us that upfront and been forthcoming when my wife arrive. I would steer clear of this junk-house. And other people were upset in the place of the rack and stack of dirt come first service.

Wow! Great customer care. I bought snow tires and wheels elsewhere and had them shipped to Big-O where I received a prompt call and got them installed same day. Friendly bunch, nice waiting room. Old tires placed in plastic bags. Very pleased.

I was very pleased with the salespeople. They were very friendly and eager to look at my tire; which had low pressure. There was a nail lodged in it, they patched it and did not charge me.

These guys are awesome! Friendly staff that know their stuff. Went in with a flat, turned out it was a broken stem valve. They could have taken me for a lot more but their integrity is outstanding!

My wife took her car here to get an oil change, when she got home the check engine light came on and it was leaking coolant. We never had any issues with the car before she took it to big o tires. DO NOT GO HERE!

We got a flat one weekend. Because it was Sunday, we took it somewhere else, and after waiting 4 hours to get it fixed, they said it was “unrepairable”. The next day, we dropped it off at Big O Tires and they had it done in 45 minutes. When I picked it up, it was 30 min before closing but even though it was busy, they didn’t think twice about putting it back on my car when I asked. And it was FREE because we bought the tires there. I will never go anywhere else! Great, friendly customer service and people who know what they are doing is a hard combo to find.

We use Big O for most company vehicle maintenance, and they have no disappointed us so far. Prices seem to be fair, and they do a lot more than just tires as well. Free coffee in the lobby doesnt hurt either.

This is a great place for women who need tires or a tire repaired and want to be treated fairly and not take advantage of. I needed a leaky valve stem replaced on a tire. I dropped the tire off. it was done an hour later. Cost $10.

Our car was overheated. So we went to see if they could squeeze our car in, but they were full. They still took the time to come out and check our fluids. Turned out we were out of anti-freeze. They filled us up and didnt even charge us😁😁😁Thanks Big O Tires😁

Play put my wheels on wrong in Great Falls Montana my motorhome is a dually they put the rear wheels on incorrectly I cannot put my valve extension on that they did not put on it really aggravates me bad you have my name phone number and all that in your records and you I tried doing a deal on Big old tires and it wouldnt work big old Fields taking put my valve stem on right this time never come here again
