Excellent phone repair shop. Knowledgeable, the owner is passionate about the craft, and he’s been in it for a long time. They even helped me figure out my phone didn’t need as much repair as I thought. Highly recommend this place.

If i could give these guys more stars i would. i was six hours from home, with a broken screen that was messing with the display, and i desperately needed it fixed. i went all over town including verizon and i wish i would’ve gone here first. they were able to help me the best and got me fixed at the cheapest cost. they were so helpful and so kind. i wish i had a place like this at home. they are honest and genuinely looking to help. i could not thank them enough

These guys are my heros. i bought an unlocked phone went to atnt store on (they lied to me charged me double than what they said, then when i contested the charge with my credit card atnt locked my phone then jacked me around for a month. had to pay the bill w anyway to get an unlock code that didnt work. brought it in and he fixed it and found me great service at Target with another hero named Dillon. thanks again

My phone broke and it felt like my world was ending.Its a dramatic embarrassing statement but true. I worked with 3 different employees during my phone crisis. Each one was helpful and patient with me. I was a difficult customer changing my mind about what I wanted several times. They worked with me and even finished my repair earlier than expected.I still dont know how phones work. But I can trust that they do and will help the next time I drop the ball/phone.

For the second time, I paid $35 to have tempered glass put on an iPad subsequently the iPad screen was cracked I carried it in for repair and discovered that there was no tempered glass installed. They claim that when I paid for the tempered glass they gave it to me install that it’s not their responsibility and that it’s a courtesy for them to install tempered glass. That is absolutely ludicrous.This place is a scam, if you can find somewhere else they have your product repaired it would be in your best interest to do that!

The screen on my LG went out suddenly. I came in and although the first guy said my phone was flexed before hearing about the issue. The gentleman that I spoke to on the phone earlier in the day said to give him 45 mins to check if it was a screen issue or something more serious. 45 mins later he said yes it was the screen said theyd order it the next day and the phone would be fixed by Friday 2 days later. Phone works perfect charges perfect no issues. My only glitch is now my stylist falls out and will not click back in. Not worth having them open the phone up again. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend. Thank you so much for the speedy repair and getting my phone worrying and back to me in time for me to head back home to Omaha.

Amazing at fixing phones

Brought my phone in to get the screen replaced. They went above and beyond trying to help me. They called me notifying me they had broken the back of my phone when fixing the screen and fixed it free of charge and apologized for the inconvenience. Would definitely go back.

Tesla cell repair rocks IF you get RANDY to talk to or work on your phone. He appears to be the only one that knows a lot & is willing to help. I go there over & over just for him.

I purchased a new screen for my iPhone. 1 month later it started having problems (discoloration, dark lines). They said there was nothing they could do about it, and offered no solutions to my problem besides purchasing another screen for $150. I would not recommend their business as they do not stand behind their product.

Handled my problem very well

I paid them o fix my PlayStation. They swore they fixed it, but I got it back in even worse shape than what I came to turn it in as. All that was wrong with it was a loose HDMI chip. But now a lot more is wrong. They will not accommodate me at all. I spent $500 on this brand new PlayStation. I’mNot happy with cellular repair AT ALL.DO NOT GO HERE

Theytested my Verizon phone and verified that it is NOT working correctly. Had to have something so i bought a refurbished HTC 10 and and a year later it still works perfectly, unlike the refurbished warranty phone i got from Verizon which also falied in short order. I came in to get a estimate on a new button for my phone he said it wasnt worth doing it on this phone because the phone is not worth it. he did clean and try to make it work. The gentleman there was friendly and professional, he advised about my defender case leaving a mark on the phone and advised i get a tempered glass. so I bought one there since he was nice and cleaned my phone for me. These guys are awesome would recommend and will use myself.

Had to take my phone there millions of times and every time they make sure everything is perfect and that my phone is working properly before they tell me Im able to take it home. Randy has a wealth of knowledge about virtually every phone out there and was extremely helpful in getting an old iPhone 4 up and running again after I thought it was hopelessly broken beyond repair. Ive been to other places in town and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I took my Samsung notebook to have battery replaced. Man behind counter stated they couldnt replace battery, but he did something on screen I didnt see and my notebook now needed a password to sign in. I had never assigned a password to my unit. I had to do a hard reset to recover my notebook. Wont take anything there again.

When my Samsung Galaxy S6 decided to act up for no reason, I not only got a replacement for it at a good price, but I also got a discount because of how badly the system had been hacked. Came in for a simple screen protector replacement. It took under 10 minutes, the price was great and the staff was professional. I highly recommend this place if you need a new screen protector applied.

I was from out of town (TEXAS) for a 50th high school reunion. My phone was acting up, so went in to the store for analyzing. After a couple of hours and losing all my contacts/pics, etc., I bought a new phone from them. After giving me the phone, and I left town, it didnt work. I am now trying to get them to refund/me and accept return of phone. NO luck so far, but am willing to change my review if someone would address this!!

Brought in my Oneplus One, a relatively rare phone, and these guys managed to find the part, order it, and have a new screen on it in less than a week. When it came back and the earpiece didnt work, they promptly ordered and installed a new one and everything works perfectly now. Impressed.

Went in to get my phone cleaned after dropping it in the toilet (yeah, I know, I still feel stupid from it). Josh helped me out & even though he was overwhelmed at the time when I came in, he was able to give each customer the time and attention they needed.It was a flat $15 for the service- which took less than a day for them to finish -where my phone was dried and cleaned and some water lines caught in the LCD screen were removed. My phone was working okay beforehand (but sometimes was acting a little dodgy) and now its back to how it was before the incident!The only problem they couldnt fix is my rear camera piece that was ruined from the water damage, but we are currently working to find a piece from a reliable seller (rare). I will update my review later based on how that works out!

Fast friendly service and work, fair prices

If I could Id give 0 stars. Went in for battery replacement. I kick myself I didnt ask for old battery when I left. I had shorter battery life after they put new one in. Took back in next day because they have 1 day money back guarantee. Guy (not Josh) was angry I brought back. Wanted to know why I wanted new battery to begin with. Told him for longer battery life. Asked me if I was accusing him of ruining my phone. Said no, I just wanted longer life on my battery. He said he could warranty the battery but then hed lose money all day long. Grabbed my phone, opened it up, took battery out. Went in back and got another one and put in phone. Told me I had too many apps on my phone and that was the problem. I took to another place because still had no battery life and phone would get very hot. They said I got an old battery and it was swelling in my phone. Put new battery in and it has been awesome. What I expected when I first got a new battery. Buyer beware.

They were efficient and easy to deal with. Phone had a new cover in less than an hour. I had been there a few years ago and same thing.

The staff there are very good at what they do, unfortunately they were not able to help me but they sure checked out my phone for free and where very good at breaking down the high tech info so I could understand what was going on.

Went to take my phone in for a new battery and took a picture of the removable battery. Waited two weeks and a sum of money given, I check the battery and its the same, all the way to the scrape that I accidently put on the battery. Dont trust these guys, theyve a scam.

My husband had his Note 8 repaired here, which had the camera glass missing. The cameras worked just fine before the repair and we even showed the employees working before the repair. We came to pick up the phone and the cameras were really grainy and wouldnt focus. We mentioned something and they replaced the camera with the manager making several snarky comments about us getting a free camera. I still choose to pay for the repair, but the comments were extremely uncalled for as the device didnt have a single hardware issue before repaired at this shop..They also failed to apply adhesive tape to the back glass which just falls off at this point...Dont forget about the battery we now have to replace as it suffered heat damage from prolonged heat gun placement..

They were nice at first but when I went to return the battery I bought they wouldnt replace it only refund then rudely told me to buy another battery elsewhere

Went in today to see if my phone was repairable and although he was friendly the gentlemen that helped me didnt seem like he even wanted/cared to help a customer he picked it up looked at the back of it and just told me it was most likely gone it seemed like a mother board problem and sorry mind you all of this took maybe 4 minutes of chit chat so I left pretty down I thought I would just maybe try one more place since the guy didnt really seem like a go getter I stopped at Batteries+Bulbs by the mall and when I went in they told me they didnt work on the LGs i believe anyway Pat the guy helping me couldnt have been cooler not only did he explain to me what happened he took my phone in the back and after a little wait he came back out with my phone up and like new!!! Omg I WAS SO HAPPY and not only did he go out of his way for us he didnT CHARGE ME it was definatly a good choice saved me buying a whole new phone so I would not be returning for future cell phone problems :(

They replaced the screen on an iPhone, shortly after the speaker stopped working. Went back in to ask them if thats something they could fix or had happened while replacing the screen... The guy workig was beyond rude about the entire situation. Took the phone and left, they will never get another dollar of my business.
