Nicholas (Nick) is the Assistant Manager. He was extremely efficient, enthusiastic, helpful, caring, funny while staying very professional and overall very easy to work with. He answered everything with a smile and made it all so easy to understand. We worked with the Verizon store on 10th and it doesnt compare whatsoever. Very little help. They said very few words to us. Nick and his team Jacob(trainee) were friendly and so so HELPFUL. we had a very complex situation and two phones to deal with and they made it a breeze!!!!! Nicks was also assisting other employees while still training Jacob and all while helping us and didnt veer off track once! He was outstanding! I hope this gets to the higher ups! If you would like more detail I will write anything more. The Verizon company is lucky to have a team under Nick. He is a GREAT LEADER AND VERY POSITIVE!😊

Sales associates listened to our concerns with regards to upgrading two phones.Helped us to make the right decision for us based on needs and budgets. Then went the extra mile to be sure both phones were transferred over to minimize our time spent trying to figure it out. Ryan took care of everything, didn’t pressure to buy everything, explained the thought process of why they offered those extras you never care about. He trained someone at the same time, boxed up our trade-ins, put all the goodies together that we bought, screen protectors applied, great conversation while waiting for the downloading of everything. It was a long visit but everything was accomplished and we got upgraded to 2020. Great experience.

Great place! I usually hate wireless stores because everything is always overpriced. I was looking for an adapter for my note 10+ that connects USB-C to headphone jack. All the other wireless and electronic stores I checked were either out of stock or very overpriced. I was able to get one here for $10 and they were extremely friendly and helpful. Ill definitely be back!
