Lack of stock and bad customer service. Was lied to by the cashier and told if I applied for a JC Penny card Id get a discount no matter what. I did not receive any discount and instead I was charged $60 twice, for the item I bought. Will not be back!

It has been a while, long time since I have been in, the store didnt seem to have as much merchandise as I recall. While not empty they still have a nice selection of merchandise.

Only place in town to find a decent selection of tall man shirts.

Very small store with little selection not worth going into and not very well organized/streamlined it need a whole new makeover and add some new more appealing products to the store.

I found some cute workout clothes and using my card, I got 30%off. What a great deal. The young lady that checked me out was friendly and courteous.

It appeared that the store was in closing mode. A lot of empty racks and open floor space. Long lines was causing other customers to get angry and leave. The Cashier told 3 customers in a row, how she was working on her day off and that 4 people called off. This explains the long lines.

Its OK. A good place to pick up your online orders and get free shipping.

Wife buying clothes for the kids. There goes the bill money. Personally I think Walmart is more affordable if you are covering your body. Kids are picky.

I have looked all over Great Falls for sleeveless blouses and some pajamas that fit. Because their dressing rooms are closed, it took a couple of visits to find these items

Okay. Not a great selection at this time. They were out of my size in a few things I was interested in or maybe the items were in quarantine. I heard one of the clerks tell another customer that items had to be quarantined after they are tried on. I managed to spend a few bucks anyway.

If I could give zero stars I would.I came into the store with a purchase order & needed to exchange a few items for the correct sizes. Not only is the store extremely understaffed, the few staff I did interact with were managers/supervisors & although my purchases brought in over $350 of sales, they treated me rude, as if my transactions were an issue or a problem for them to have to complete.I was also not greeted or helped the same as white customers. I was even made to feel uncomfortable like I was in the way with my cart & items because I had a purchase order. As if that made me less important as a customer and as a person.Shop somewhere else if you have the option. If I had the option I wouldnt have brought my business to this store.

I went for some shoes and they had some I wanted but not in my size and was told they werent expecting any to come in so I got what I needed elsewhere, in the same mall.

Normal jcp. All of the changing rooms were closed and it was nearly impossible to find the only one that wasnt. There was also very little staff and we waited in line for almost a half hour.

Very hospitable. Clerks did price checks and also reminded me that I could get a 25% discount if I used my credit card. Great sales also, on what childrens clothes are left. All in all, I saved about $40 and paid around $20.

A Lady named Teresa at this store deserves extra credit! She worked so hard to get us the lowest price possible. We would walk straight to her for assistance because we knew she would do her very best to help us with all requests. She makes me excited to shop in-store!

This is the best store in Great falls for Quality goods. Great Car park. Store was rather warm though.

Store is clean but you can get mixed up on the sales items. They are mixed in with the regular priced items so you have to watch carefully. Also it seems like they are short handed. Hard to find employees to answer questions. We ended up leaving and finding another store that wanted out business.

Just outdated. Nothing new here and no reason to shop here. Everything they sell is done better or cheaper by someone else. Located in the mall its got decent location, with great parking though. The employees make coming here halfway worth while. The employees shine and will bend over backwards for customers. Another note is that returns can be a chore here, definitely something you dont need during the holidays.

We always enjoy shopping at JCP.They have something for everyone in the family. Household items. Inside, outside they probably have it in store or it can be ordered online. My family has been shopping JCP for a couple of generations. All the way back to catalog shopping. When we were kids we could hardly wait for the JCP Wish Book to come in the mail. We would spend days just thumbing through the pages. Making lists for ourselves and every other person in our family. Such wonderful memories. Thank you JCPENNEY. ☆ We love you ☆

Ive always Loved JCPenneys and I have shopped at JCPenneys ever since my oldest son was born many years ago. It saddens me to see how hard it is to go to a retail store and be able to purchase the things you need, and I know online is a great way to shop also but for me its more of the experience than it is waiting for the box to be delivered at my door. I am very grateful that JCPenneys is still around for now anyways! My favorite article of clothing has been St Johns Bay clothing slacks and tops! I remember the time when they got rid of all the st. Johns Bay clothing and it was awful I remember talking to other women all we wanted was are St Johns Bay slacks back in the store.

Seems like the help is always doing something else, as you can never find someone right off the bat. Also, I am never acknowledged when I come in. Seems odd to not recognize your customers.

Well organized department store. You dont have to be searching hard for your size. Not every item available online is in store. Same day pick up in store when you buy items online. The store carries quality brand products

It is okay. It used to be much better in the mid 2000s. I used to spend much more time shopping here than I do now.

Great prices and lots of different styles and sizes. Last I was here they are working on the Sephora installment so the womens/juniors clothing area was a bit of mess but this is the only time Ive seen it messy. I am sure once they are done with the Sephora section itll once again be clean. I do not tend to look at the other parts of the store but know they carry some great home brands as well as kitchen appliances. The shoe department doesnt have the best selections but if youre here theres the rest of the mall to look for the right shoe.

The store is always clean and well stocked. Sephora just opened so Im guessing JC Penney will be around the mall for awhile.
