Nothing special. Didnt put whipped cream on any of them, told them twice but gave up once We were handed the drinks without it, it was even on the receipt whipped cream its in the pictures of the drinks we ordered. And they werent busy. Campfire mocha tasted like milk, white chocolate huckleberry was bearable and the granita was nothing special. Definitely would rather go to 10 other coffee places in great falls this was like a generic starbucks.

Had wonderful service today in the drive thru. They went above and beyond. I appreciate everyone who showed up to work today. I know it’s been hard lately. My coffees were very tasty. Thank you so much.

They didnt listen and made a sugar free latte 1/3 of the size I asked for. When it was remade, didnt taste like vanilla. Asked for almond before, they were out. They said its all the warehouses fault. Not theirs for making it wrong. Awful, cant drink it, have no idea whats actually in it. Had to pour it out.. Truly awful experience, never again. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Nice little place to grab a cuppa what ever you like.Would rate 5 stars except for 2 things:1. Most of the chairs available are bar height stools which are difficult & uncomfortable for disabled & older people to sit on.2. They do not have either fresh lemon or even lemon juice packets for their teas.

Employees are not treated fairly and do not get breaks or lunches. Very hard to keep a manager around (we went through 4 in the year and a half I was working there). Overall not a clean place to work. At the beginning of the pandemic we were not provided face masks or gloves. A city brew employee in Missoula protested against working during a pandemic without proper equipment and City Brew fired her. Would not recommend working for this company or supporting this company whatsoever.

The ham and cheese pretzels are to die for. Huge variety, reasonable prices, delicious food and drinks, and impressively quick staff. 5 out of 5!!

If you want lots of attitude with your coffee, want it wrong, and want it thankless - this is your place. Ordered inside on Saturday afternoon, 8/21 and got two iced lattes. When we got the attention of one of the two staff she huffed that was what we asked for and walked away. The assistant manager then gave us more attitude. Go to the Starbucks in the Albertson market instead, better coffe and way better service!

My husband and I always stopped there for cappuccinos when in Great Falls. Last week I stopped there and the cappuccino was so weak and the foam was tasteless.

Constantly being upcharged when you guys are out of the coconut milk I want, when theres literally a Walmart a block away, is maddening. You could put up a sign so I dont have to waste my time. Just lost my business.

We went here twice while in town. I am rating it 4 stars for the quality of the coffee, which was excellent. The thing is, they asked me both visits whether or not I wanted whipped cream and, although I said yes both times, they neglected to give it to me both times.

Went into the City Brew in Great Falls yesterday. The individual with the lashes that took my order was unfortunately rude. I asked her to make a drink and she looked and acted like I was from another planet. She gave me anything but attitude,she continued to whine to her co-workers about this weird drink...Billings City Brews I miss you!! I wondered why there were no cars in the lot.

Went in a couple weeks ago after the local mask mandate had ended. They wouldnt serve me without a mask even though the folks at tables were allowed to be maskless. I left and will not be back. Also, Ill stop buying the whole beans from Sams Club and shift to a company who wants my business.

This place is a joke sizes are ridiculous a medium is literally the same size as a large. They didnt have 2 of the items that we asked for. They charged my account 24.36 but my reciept said 20.30 called the bank and apparently its a security messure threw city brew to insure that thet get their payment ok but i confront them on it and they tell me its my bank when it was city brew but they didnt know that the place they are working for does this.They handed me 3 reciepts trying to say it was my bank when it wasnt!! Will not return there

Great food items and really good coffee. Service was very good too! It was a nice, clean place to sit and chat and the food was served on a stonewear plate not in paper. The only thing that would make it better is if they would use mugs and real cups when you are eating in. We will definitely be going back. Its a very nice alternative to Starbucks.

My usual coffee place was closed unexpectedly today so I decided to look up other places open. I chose City Brew completely by chance and I do not regret it at all! Besides the coffee being absolutely yummy the ladies were so polite and quick with the order! Loved it! Strange rules at this place that are outdated and serve little purpose. Not too friendly service as a result, I expect. For me, Tipping is a city in China when it comes to this place.

Super friendly staff and great coffee! I always get my iced vanilla latte here and our corgi Watson, loves the attention the staff gives him! Best cheesecake square ever! They make a perfect blend of sweet and bitter in the coffee drinks. Wait time isnt terrible in line either, but Id recommend going around 1-2 pm when traffic has died down.

My wife was treated poorly after Carl the initial server got her order wrong and then wanted her money back and argued with her as about the drink not being sugar free and after she waited for more than usual she asked for her money back which was met by arguing and lots of bad customer service by the manager Beth stating that she made the drink and it appeared like she was personally offended. This place is disrespectful to customers and I would warn those coffee lovers to stay away from this place. Its no wonder they are hiring since they definitely need the help or at least train people to give good service!

Always a great consistent place to stop and get either just a good drip coffee or something fancier. Their Flat White is so much better than Starbucks (as long as you ask for no sweetener)

We were driving along and spotted City Brew so we decided to stop and try it out.I bought a pumpkin spice latte. It was actually very good. I could taste the coffee they put in and it really wasnt that bad.The wife got a Mango smoothie, and BOY WAS IT SWEET! They dont use real mango pieces, they use a syrup that is packed solid entirely of sugar syrup with mango flavoring.We also got two pieces of their pumpkin bread, which was actually not too bad. Its nothing like homemade, but still not bad.They originally forgot my mango smoothie, but their window server (drive-thru) was very kind, and went and got it for us right away.I feel this store has very good intentions, however they are definitely going the cheaper route for their products. I also see many other negative customer reviews and I see where they are coming from, however, they are mostly just too picky, or are trying to sound smart and/or tough.I gave it 4 stars because all-in-all, not too bad. Staff (met one) was very friendly. They lose a star because the owner doesnt appear to be in this business to satisfy the customer, theyre only in it to make money. This would probably be why they arent using higher quality food products.

Always go there for my white girl coffee. The Moroccan White Mocha is to die for, and Im sad they are getting rid of it. I normally get fast and friendly service, but the two girls that where there tonight where more interested in gossiping with the person waiting at the window rather than making my drink so I can get back to work. Thats why theres only four instead of five.

I really enjoy the hot black chai tea however tonights service took longer than it has in the past. Ordering went fine however it took like 2 minutes for the gal to take the money and acknowledge we were there then what seemed like 10 minutes to get the drinks. So I guess it really depends on the time of day to get faster service.

I have been here several times over the last year. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They know their products well and are willing to tell you anything you want to know about them! A little spendy...cheaper than Starbucks. But NOT outrageously priced, $5.50-$6.00 for a Large, and ALL caffeinated drinks come with 3 shots standard! (I get 4, but Im a coffee fiend!☕☕☕)... ANNND... ALL their drinks...BOTH hot and cold, blended or steamed...are all just a lil bit of heaven! Not really kid friendly.. definitely more of an adult time out for coffee,scone, biscotti type of place. But they DO make caffeine free drinks as well!( I know! Right!?). 😲🥺The seating is a little cold and impersonal, feels like you are far away from your companions...Could use a more Central Perk from Friends look, but it is clean and friendly. I will continue to go back as long as they are open and running. A customer for life I hope. My go to coffee shop!

My coffee is never made correctly. They forgot our orders today and made orders for a few other people first. They have no utensils for the food we ordered. Only the guy that you our order was pleasant or willing to help. The rest completely ignored us. This is not the first time my coffee has been messed up. I go because its close to home but its really not worth paying for coffee that isnt correct.

They are good when quality control is good, better than most, but they have uneven quality control. If I were management, I would focus on training and consistency.

The selection of drinks and food here are amazing. They are to die for and are all so delicious. The employees are so nice, helpful and respectful.

We were at the Great Falls location recently and I ordered a latte. It tasted like they used drip coffee rather than espresso. There was nothing done when I brought it up to them. The City Brew on Broadway in Missoula is one of my favorites so this was a bummer.

Ive been to this location a few times, but not any other ones, so my review can only fairly be applied to this location. The staff have always been friendly to me through the drive-thru, and have answered my questions, but the coffee is horrible. I order Americanos, and they taste like bad, brewed coffee and not espresso, which is what is supposed to be in them. If they dont have a good base to start with, I cant imagine any but their heavily sugared drinks to taste good, which Im not interested in. Will not be returning.

The coffee was great and had a piece of raspberry cheesecake that was good and they brought your order to your table in good time. Cute place and several places to sit down and enjoy coffe with a friend

Awesome service with a friendly smile, great prices compared to Starbucks, spot on delicious coffee brews, warm inviting place, would recommend to everyone.

My fav is their Glacier Chia Tea. I usually hit the drive through but their interior is a comfortable atmosphere. Several like to go in with their lap tops or news paper and chill.I have had 2 of my orders skewed but they were quick to remedy it. That is the only reason for the 4 star rating.
