I really like it the attention to detail when giving an exam. There are not afraid of spending money on new equipment. Very high tech equipment used checking not only eye sight but eye health as well.

Having Dr Joe do my eye exam was really great. He made me feel like I was one of his old friends and was very generous with his time. He really did a great job of answering my many questions. 👌

I have gone to this place for years but as of today I am switching my family to a different eye doctor. I experienced the absolute worst customer service by someone who was new and didn’t know what they were doing. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever.

Polite and professional staff, got everything taken care of in a fast and efficient way while explaining each step as necessary. Our entire family goes here for all of our eye care, the prices are fair and the service is great. I recommend them highly.

I was treated very unprofessional by office staff. Asked 3 times for a statement and 3 times they said it was in the mail. I finally got one when I went in to get my glasses fitted with a mask on and not allowed to take it off. I love the new eye place I go to now.

Treasure state eyecare is so technologically advanced it is amazing how many different things Dr. Vincent can tell you about your inner eye. What once took an hour+ is before your eyes in seconds on a computer screen. ALSO I love that I didn’t have to dilate today and or have the light with the gem stone for him to look at the back of my eyes! Dr. V is also so personal that it makes you feel important and that is not always the case with other places. They also have a great selection of eye wear. If you need glasses not too many, not too little just enough to make a Glamorous decision!! Highly recommended and I am pretty picky 🧐😊

The appointment with Treasure State was very good. I was greeted when I first walked into the office. They asked me what I was there for and they always had a smile. Overall, the appointment was outstanding. The techs knew me by name and made me comfortable and relaxed.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I spaced out an appointment and called the next day to apologize and reschedule only to be told I would not be allowed an appointment for the next six months. When I asked to schedule an appointment six months out, they responded I would need to call back in six months and they would try to work me in. I understand that I made a mistake, however we are all human and need a little help once and a while. I will get eye care elsewhere and make sure I tell everyone how poor the customer service is at Treasure State Eye Care.

We’ve been going to Treasure State ever since we moved to Great Falls in 2018 and we love it. The doctors are the owners, and they along with their entire staff are friendly, knowledgeable and current with all the most recent technology and treatments and information for eye care, and incredibly helpful. Everyone is great at answering all your questions. My daughter just began contacts for the first time with the nicest and most patient technician, the opticians are wonderful at finding great eyewear to compliment everyone in the family (with a lot of choices) and the front desk is very friendly and professional. We’ve always been completely happy with the care and service with every visit, and we fully trust our family’s eye care to Treasure State.

I have been going to Treasure State Eye Care for over 10 years. Im sad to say that their service has declined to the point that I will no longer return to their office. I have had multiple issues with the front desk for scheduling, billing, and now them refusing to give me a copy of my prescription in timely manner. Getting a prescription, eye glasses, or questions answered should not be stressful or unobtainable. Im so disappointed because the doctors and other staff have been great.

Really nice, professional service staff, but really long wait. 5 weeks and 4 visits later, I’m still waiting on glasses with the correct prescription... Exams are very quick, and doc seems in a rush to move through. Wish we still had LensCrafters!

I had my yearly eye exam and the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable on my coverage. They helped me find the cutest eyewear that worked with the type of lenses I needed.

I couldnt read at all through the prescription they gave me. Objects were clear enough but letters were indecipherable. They couldnt fix it and I had to wear old lenses until I had a week off from work to adjust to the new ones.

Very efficient. Yet took the time to explain things and see if I had any other questions. I was a person not just a number.

My wife has been attempting to get her eyeglass prescription updated for almost a month. Went in to pick up her new glasses and one lens fell out while putting them on. Made another appointment to pick them up, and when she got there was told theyre not ready and was told another 5 days before they will be ready. Unacceptable, she needs them for work. Doc there is great, but everything else is a circus.So, after waiting another week +, she gets another voicemail stating that her lenses were STILL not fitted properly and will have to wait again. We realize this is not your fault, but question why you continue to utilize an obviously inept company that sends you subpar products to provide to your clients?!?

Dr. Joe Vincent is excellent, the 3rd eye doc Ive seen about my eyesight issue. (One was a local ophthalmologist who was a complete jerk and waste of time.) Dr. Vincent identified my eye problem and is actually taking care of it!! Hes also kind and quick to answer questions. I highly recommend him and his welcoming, competent staff.

I called to see if I could possibly be seen for a vision anomoly that has been ongoing for a few days when my normal eye doctor was unable to see me. The scheduler was very quick to find me an appointment as soon as possible as my problem could have been serious. Thankfully it wasnt! However, my experience at Treasure State was amazing! I never felt like the doctor was in a hurry or that I was simply revenue for the business. My concerns were genuinely listened to and everything was explained in a way that was just like talking to an ordinary person instead of a professional. I have been more than impressed and I plan to stay with Treasure State for all future eye needs!

Location, its pretty centrally located in town. They recently added extra parking and remodelled the inside. Its clean, welcoming and the front staff is always welcoming, helpful and knowledgable. My appointments are after work :) I have not had one issue with billing. The back office staff is knowledgeable as well, they all work well together- everyone is professional willing to go the extra mile.And the doctors are great too!

Very polite and friendly atmosphere with great eye care. Quickly explains what is going on with your eyes. Exams and orders of glasses and contacts done quick.

Eye Care is ok but I was kind of shocked when I asked for a copy of my prescription with the pupil to pupil measurements and was told that it would cost me an additional $49 to get a measurement they had already done when I ordered my glasses thru them. My last optometrist did not charge me so Im not sure what there problem is. I will have to think hard about going back. Not fond of being extorted for more money or being made to order thru them for specialty eye wear.

Went in for my annual eye exam and had the privilege of seeing Dr. Vincent. My visit was thorough, efficient and kind. The updated technology is so awesome, fancy!I also chose to try contacts again, my struggle is real but his diligence and patience have paid off for me. I was set up with a contact teach and learned valuable techniques that were not afforded me in the past. The lovely staff also provided me with kindness and patience while learning the new techniques, never once making me feel awkward or foolish. I enjoy Treasure State so much more with all the new improvements now than when it was under a former business name.

Awesome visit ! I went in with my crazy twin 4 year old boys and they were fantastic and very entertaining for the boy they got all three of us in and started and going very quickly and were very gentle kind and informative and patient with us :)
