As a longtime fan of Halloween I can say that this place is where it’s at lol. If you’re looking for a cool Halloween store to shop this is it! I’ve been shopping here every season and each season brings something a lil different. Who doesn’t love a pen the looks like a syringe?? I mean c’mon that’s just too awesome!!! Haha! Okay the experience is pretty cool but that is the biggest drawback and their ultimate weakness. I would love to go into the store with it fully stocked same with the cool monsters you can activate. I understand that our nation is going through COVID but it would be mind blowing if they keep it fully stocked throughout the season. Their prices are a bit steep but I think it’s worth it. I look forward to next year! And obviously the year after lol. By the way Freddy for the win. ;)

Would have been 5 starred if they would have had more then 2 demos going. Inventory was great.

The store always disappoints when in large spaces. They should make a haunted house section using their own products and charge people a buck to go through. The products are all 25-40% overpriced when compared to online and the return policy is pretty much owning whatever you buy forever. The employees are just seasonal people that needed a job and by no means makeup or costume designers but are usually happy to help you look.All in all its a fun store with a good selection. Its just disappointing they dont do a little more to make it an experiance.

No customer service to speak of. Never made us aware of the return policy. And when we went to return something, we got an answer that passed the buck to corporate, great branding there. As someone who works heavily in the customer service industry, the manager needs to understand, if you told someone their money doesnt matter, dont go up to them all friendly and try to help. Its like spitting on the face of someone you just slapped.

They aren’t enforcing masks. There were so many people that just weren’t wearing any mask at all. I’m so disgusted and disappointed I will not be going back.
