Kay Jewelers are great. The employees took their time with me to make sure I made the right decision when picking out my ring. After that when having my ring serviced they have always understood how much my ring has meant to me and made sure that I was returned within a timely manner. Bringing my ring in for inspections and cleaning are very fast and easy. Thank you!
Kay has replaced the one stone on my ring that keeps falling out. My husband surprised me and bought my wedding ring there and it is beautiful. Resize and turn around time is rather quick!! They were so very helpful at showing me what they have and were patient with me as I tried on ring after ring until I found the one!!!
The associate was not only knowledgeable and friendly, but she truly seemed to love her job. She had an excellent eye, and she had great ideas that helped me put together a set that I love. I will definitely go back.
Matt went above and beyond when helping me find the perfect gift for my wife. My wife is very picky when it comes to jewelry. I told him what kind of jewelry she currently has and then he showed me a couple of pieces that he thought would work best. He also showed me options when it came to price as well. I picked the piece i liked best out of the ones he showed me and guess what she loved it. Since then we have gone back and Matt and his staff have bent over backwards to help me and my wife. Anytime my wife is in the mall Josie is always willing to clean the rings so her hand stays nice and icy.

Very disappointed in the service. We ordered a diamond on April 23rd and its now June 22 and we still have not received our diamond. When it was sold to us, they told us it would ship within 2 days. Ive tried to get answers to where our diamond is and cant get a clear answer. I feel like we just keep getting lied to. The worst part is were stuck on waiting for them to fix it if we want to keep our insurance with them on our ring.
I worked at Kay’s jewelry. Matt Krebs and my co-workers treated me with the upmost respect! I continue to shop there even after my professional Career took a different path. I love this store and stop in to say hi when I visit at the mall.
Pay attention to the Rings on sale they wont be honest with there pricing, so do the math yourself.

I had an older chain that was covered by the warranty plan Kays offered & itd broken several times & been repaired, when I took it in the 3rd time, it was replaced. No questions asked, no hard time given, and actually I didnt even ask them to do that since I knew it was older. So nice that they proactively replaced it. Ill continue purchasing from them for this reason alone!
DO NOT SHOP HERE. They will swindle you, and rip you off. They will give you one piece of paper for you to sign and fail to mention there is an interest rate of about 20 percent most of the time!! The store manager was the one who helped me, I was charged 300 dollars for a 100 dollar purchase.. Sad because i was prepared to purchase a wedding ring from them for thousands of dollars.. they tried hard to convince me to pull the trigger that day and I am SO GLAD that i did not! Take your business elsewhere, or you will regret it!! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing suit also. Unless you want to deal with 3 hours on the phone explaining a horrible situation like mine, do not shop here!!
